There is a large number of colleges and universities in Nanjing, and the quality of education is among the best in China. However, it is still difficult to avoid some problems that hinder the improvement of teaching quality. This paper makes relevant research on the teaching status of universities in Nanjing, analyzes the problems existing in the teaching quality in Nanjing, and puts forward relevant suggestions and opinions from the three main aspects of students, teachers and universities.

Effect evaluation is an important means to promote curriculum ideological and political construction and improve the construction effect. Through the organic integration of basic requirements, ideological and political requirements and practical requirements (three dimensions) with the response layer, learning layer, behavior layer and effect layer (four levels), a complete evaluation system can be constructed, including evaluation indicators, feedback and application of evaluation results, the main process and auxiliary support of evaluation. By using this system to supervise, evaluate and revise curriculum construction, it could provide reference for schools, teaching units and teachers to do a good job in curriculum ideological and political construction, and could also provide basis for improving the quality and effectiveness of curriculum ideological and political teaching.

At the present stage, the process of education reform in China's colleges and universities is accelerating, and new standards and requirements have been put forward for English teaching in the context of new liberal arts. In this teaching environment, teaching activities should be carried out with a certain degree of comprehensiveness, to help students consolidate professional knowledge at the same time, create a good classroom atmosphere, cultivate students' independent inquiry ability, effectively improve the applicability of English teaching, and strengthen the core competitiveness of students. In this regard, this paper analyses the factors affecting the quality of English teaching in colleges and universities and the path of improvement, so as to promote the overall improvement of students' English language skills and comprehensive application ability.

This paper primarily examines the ideological and political implications within the plant physiology course of the seed science and engineering discipline, analyzes the current problems in the ideological and political construction of plant physiology courses in colleges and universities, and proposes optimization principles and improvement methods to fortify ideological and political construction in plant physiology courses. The application of modern virtual reality technology in various fields is changing day by day, and its application in the field of music is also increasing. Higher mathematics and probability statistics are compulsory courses in higher education. For students with different learning levels and different understanding levels, probability statistics is more difficult to learn than higher mathematics, and the flexibility of learning methods of higher mathematics is insufficient, which has a negative impact on learning efficiency and teaching efficiency. Chinese ethnic courses are carried out as a manifestation of the diversity of Chinese literature, which profoundly reflects the national identification with the sense of national values. In the context of the construction of new liberal arts, the ethnic literature courses should aim at manifesting national characteristics, inheriting cultural traditions, and building the national spirit. This paper first analyses the significance of the teaching reform of Chinese nationalities courses, and then, combined with the contemporary national conditions and science and technology, puts forward the teaching reform measures to promote the integration of national cultures, cultivate students' innovative spirit and practical ability as the practical purpose, to re-create the teaching methods of Chinese nationalities courses, and to promote the development of national culture.

Applying NM technology to college EW (English writing) teaching can provide a lot of information for EW teaching, which has a very good role in promoting the development of college EW teaching. Under the big data environment, great changes have taken place in the financial management activities of enterprises. As a college that provides professional talents for the society, it should explore the reform of financial management curriculum. Our school also positively responds to the change, proposed the reform measure. Some achievements have been made, but some problems remain.The present article takes Zhongkai University of Agriculture and Engineering as an example to explore the transformation path of the financial management discipline. It delves into the importance, current situation, goals, existing issues, and measures taken to address them in the process of transforming the financial management discipline. In the analysis of the measures, we put forward four directions of transformation, including teachers, curriculum, curriculum assessment and teaching resources. Through these reforms, we look forward to contributing to the development of professionals who can meet the needs of financial management in the big data era.
