Exploration and Practice of the Construction Path of the Integration of Ideological and Political Education with Engineering Courses under the Background of New Engineering 新工程背景下思想政治教育与工科课程融合建设路径的探索与实践

"Curriculum-based ideological and political education" is a new approach to ideological and political work and course education in the new era. This paper proposed implementing the fundamental task of moral education, which is progressively implemented in the overall objective of talent cultivation. This includes integrating educational objectives into the design of teaching, incorporating all aspects of materials and methodology, as well as including every level of assessment. Through innovative teaching methods that integrate ideological and professional education reform, the approach aims to continuously improve the quality of professional education and increase the attractiveness of curriculum-based ideological and political education in universities. Practical application has shown that teachers must continually improve their understanding, flexibly utilize various online teaching platforms, and work together to build an ideological and political education "grand team". This will allow the seamless integration of ideological elements into the curriculum in a subtle and stimulating way, making the curriculum-based ideological and political education approach more interesting and fulfilling.

Research on Project-Based Teaching Methods in the Introduction to Artificial Intelligence 《人工智能导论》项目教学法研究

This study aims to explore the impact of project-based teaching methods in the Introduction to Artificial Intelligence (AI) courses on students' academic performance, practical skill development, and learning experiences. By comparing students in the experimental group who were taught using project-based teaching methods with those in the control group who received traditional teaching, we found that project-based teaching significantly improved students' academic performance, helped them develop practical AI skills, and provided a rich and positive learning experience. The research results offer valuable insights for AI education on how to enhance teaching methods to meet the growing demands of the AI field, providing practical recommendations for higher education institutions and educators.

Exploration and Practice of Ideological and Political Demonstration Course in Mechanical Major: Taking Thermodynamics and Fluid Mechanics as an Example 机械专业思想政治论证课的探索与实践——以热力学与流体力学为例

The objective of ideological and political education in specialized courses is to combine knowledge impartation with value guidance, thus integrating the cultivation of ethical values throughout specialized courses. Thermodynamics and Fluid Mechanics is a core compulsory course for students majored in mechanical engineering, which mainly introduces the fundamental theories of the energy conversion and transfer, as well as the basic principles of fluid statics and dynamics. Taking Thermodynamics and Fluid Mechanics as an example, the present study explores the construction of ideological and political demonstration course from the following five perspectives: construction targets, teaching resource library, teaching team, teaching methods, evaluation and achievements of curriculum ideology and politics education. The curriculum ideology and politics education can help the students to reshape their core values, and significantly enhance the students' innovative awareness and creative abilities.

This study delves into the intricate dynamics of Positive Discipline within China's unique educational milieu, focusing on kindergartens in Guangzhou and Foshan, representing urban and suburban contexts, respectively. While Positive Discipline's virtues are globally acknowledged, its application, adaptability, and challenges in non-Western settings, particularly in China, remain relatively unexplored. Through rigorous qualitative methods, including classroom observations and Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) with parents, this investigation assesses the intersection of Positive Discipline with diverse pedagogical and cultural nuances. Findings reveal that Kindergarten A in Guangzhou emphasizes progressive, student-centric methods, resonating with Western pedagogical philosophies. In contrast, Kindergarten B in Foshan harmoniously melds traditional values with contemporary positive discipline techniques, echoing Confucian teachings. Parental insights underscore a universal desire for more personalized positive discipline strategies, suggesting the importance of tailoring Positive Discipline to individual needs while honouring broader educational paradigms. In essence, the study accentuates Positive Discipline's malleability, asserting its potential to integrate global principles with localized values, thereby illuminating pathways for a more holistic, child-centred early education landscape in diverse contexts.

Strengthening the ideological and political construction of courses is an inevitable requirement for universities to achieve the fundamental task of cultivating morality and cultivating talents. Teachers of basic courses should take this opportunity to conscientiously fulfill their duties and responsibilities, continuously deepen teaching reform, and comprehensively promote the ideological and political construction of courses. Taking independence, a specific knowledge point in Probability and Statistics courses, as an example, organically integrates professional knowledge with ideological and political elements. Through Chinese stories, Chinese culture, and students' own stories, reasonable scenarios are created to stimulate students' interest in learning, inspire them to engage in rigorous logical reasoning, guide students to actively think, analyze, and solve problems, and establish cultural confidence, institutional policy confidence, and national pride, At the same time, we also pay attention to applying what we have learned and implementing curriculum ideology and politics in practice. Practice has shown that the teaching design of integrating probability and statistics professional knowledge with ideological and political courses has achieved good teaching results.

It delves into the current challenges and solutions posed by integrating the TBL model with flipped classroom teaching. To harmoniously meld teaching philosophies, encompassing "teaching and learning" and "tailored instruction," and to amplify teaching efficacy and students' academic achievements, this article aspires to provide innovative avenues and extensive practical orientations for the reform of English education in higher institutions.

This paper aims to deeply study the problems existing in primary school English picture book teaching, and put forward corresponding solutions to improve the quality and effect of teaching.With the increasing importance of English in the world, English picture book teaching in primary schools has become an important means to cultivate students' language ability and cultural awareness.However, picture-book teaching faces many challenges in practice, including the selection of picture-book content, teacher training, student participation and evaluation methods.By taking a comprehensive look at these issues, the article provides solutions designed to help education practitioners better address these challenges.

The exploration and practice of curriculum ideology and politics in specialty courses of cooking and nutrition education 烹饪与营养教育专业课程思想政治教学的探索与实践

This paper proposes solutions to the problems existing in the implementation of ideological and political education in the professional curriculum of cooking and nutrition education (undergraduate). Starting from the four ideological and political goals of serving the country through science and technology, engineering ethics, craftsmanship spirit, and teacher ethics standards, it explored the ideological and political elements of culinary and nutritional education major curriculum and seeks ways to integrate them, and summarized the linkage mechanism of public courses, professional courses and practical courses and ideological and political education. To provide theoretical basis for training technical and skilled talents with the spirit of innovation and good professional ethics.
本文针对烹饪与营养教育(本科)专业课程中思想政治教育实施中存在的问题提出了解决方案。从科技报国、工程伦理、工匠精神、师德标准四大思想政治目标出发,探索烹饪与营养教育专业课程中的思想政治要素并寻求整合途径,总结出公共课、专业课、实训课与思想政治教育的联动机制。为培养具有创新精神和良好职业道德的技能型人才提供理论依据。

Reform and Development of Compulsory Junior Secondary Mathematics Curriculum in International Perspective 国际视野下初中数学必修课程的改革与发展

The purpose of this paper is to discuss the compulsory junior high school mathematics curriculum in terms of reform and development from an international perspective. First, the mathematics curriculum systems of different countries in the international arena and their advantages and disadvantages are introduced. Secondly, the current situation of the domestic compulsory junior secondary mathematics curriculum is analyzed, including the curriculum and students' academic level. Subsequently, drawing on the mathematics education reform practices in three countries, namely Singapore, Finland and the United States, the development trend of compulsory junior secondary mathematics curriculum in international perspective is proposed, such as the integration of technology and mathematics education and the focus on heterogeneous learners. Finally, it is suggested to strengthen teacher training and the introduction of multiple assessment systems for China's mathematics curriculum reform. Through this study, it is expected to provide useful reference and inspiration for the reform and development of compulsory junior high school mathematics curriculum in China.
本文旨在从国际视野出发,探讨初中数学必修课程的改革与发展。首先,介绍了国际上不同国家的数学课程体系及其优缺点。其次,分析了国内初中数学必修课程的现状,包括课程设置和学生的学业水平。随后,借鉴新加坡、芬兰和美国三国的数学教育改革实践,提出了国际视野下初中数学必修课程的发展趋势,如技术与数学教育的融合、对异质学习者的关注等。最后,建议中国数学课程改革应加强教师培训和引入多元评估体系。通过本研究,期望能为中国初中数学必修课程的改革与发展提供有益的借鉴和启示。
