Inspection of the lightning condition at pedestrians crossings 行人过路处雷电状况检查

The article relates to the problem of numerous accidents on pedestrian crossings on Polish roads, caused mainly by incorrect lighting. Adduced statistics show that a significant number of accidents involving pedestrians occur at pedestrian crossings, which mostly happen during the winter months and hours, which lack solar lighting. These factors show how vital for pedestrian safety is proper lighting. Disturbing statistics have contributed to taking the preventive steps by conducting road safety audits and lighting condition as-sessment in Warsaw in 2016. The article describes the procedure of safety audits carried out in the form of local visions by the use of specialized measurement tools at selected pe-destrian crossings and factors that should be considered when assessing the lighting status of pedestrian crossings. The results of measurements of vertical lighting intensity at pedes-trian crossings, measured for two directions of vehicle traffic, were analyzed. The state of illumination of pedestrian crossings was classified based on the subjective, objective, and final assessment introduced. Comments and recommendations regarding the improvement of the lighting condition at pedestrian crossings were summarized. The conclusions of the final report on the lighting of pedestrian crossings in Warsaw districts were presented, based on which classified the risk factors. After analyzing the obtained measurement re-sults and subjective assessments of auditors, corrective actions were proposed to improve the safety of people at pedestrian crossings.

Review of research methods for evaluating passenger level of service at airports 机场旅客服务水平评价研究方法综述

The passenger level of service is a qualitative measure used to relate the quality of passenger services provided by the airport. The level of service can be perceived in correlation with both quantified and unquantified service characteristics. The global IATA Level of Service (LoS) standards are based on the maximum queuing time and space required per passenger for various terminal sub-systems. The provided level of service by the airport influences passenger experience and therefore is an important factor of airport attractiveness for airlines. The level of service is correlated with terminal facilities size so it is necessary to take it into account when designing new airports. Decrease of the LoS below acceptable standard is a trigger for operational and physical improvements of existing processes. Moreover defining the target level of service is necessary to determine terminal capacity and set coordination parameters. This paper discusses the importance of level of service at airport passenger terminals and presents methods for LoS assessment. Advantages and disadvantages were identified of each level of service research: manual observation, automatic detection, calculation and simulation. The paper includes recommendations for evaluating level of service during airport planning and operations phase.

Effect of biodegradable oil use on the mechanical properties of plastics used in the railway surface(Odziaływanie biodegradowalnego oleju na właściwości mechaniczne tworzyw sztucznych stosowanych w nawierzchni kolejowej)

The purpose of this study is to present the requirements, methodology, and results of research on the impact of biodegradable oil on plastic components used in the construction of a railway turnout. Briefly discussed are what railroad turnouts are, how they work, and what problems occur with substances used for their lubrication. They have an impact on the mechanical properties and durability of products made of polymeric materials. These types of materials absorb various kinds of chemicals, to a greater or lesser degree, and this affects their properties. For the tests, we used a universal lubrication oil with biodegradable properties, which is its most significant advantage. However, it may not cause deterioration of the turnout operation and change the properties of materials used for its construction. These types of oils require more frequent applications on cooperating components. We used the two most popular polymer materials. The first is high-density polyethylene (HDPE), used to make all kinds of rail spacers, dowels for fixing rails, sleeves, etc. The second, polyurethane (PUR) is most commonly used for rail pads of various shapes. The methodology and results of testing the impact of a lubricant (biodegradable oil) on the change of mechanical properties such as strength and hardness are presented. The tests were carried out at various temperatures; the time of exposure to oil was seven days; the results were referred to samples conditioned under standard conditions. The tests carried out on the impact of the biodegradable lubricant on polymeric materials (HDPE and PUR) showed little effect on the change of strength parameters of these materials.Celem niniejszego opracowania jest przedstawienie wymagań, metodyki oraz wyników badań oddziałania biodegradowalnego oleju na elementy z tworzyw sztucznych stosownych w budo-wie rozjazdu kolejowego. Krótko omówiono czym są rozjazdy kolejowe i jak działają oraz jakie występują problemy z substancjami używanymi do ich smarowania, które nie pozostają bez wpływu na właściwości mechaniczne i trwałość wyrobów z materiałów polimerowych. Materiały tego typu wchłaniają różnego rodzaju substancje chemiczne w większym lub mniejszym stopniu, a to ma wpływ na ich właściwości. Do badań został wykorzystany uniwersalny olej do smarowania o biodegradowalnych właściwościach, co jest jego największą zaletą. Jednak nie może on powodować pogorszenia pracy rozjazdu oraz zmieniać właściwości materiałów użytych do jego budowy. Tego typu oleje wymagają częstszego aplikowania na elementy współpracujące ze sobą. W pracy wykorzystano dwa najbardziej popularne materiały polimerowe. Analysis of the development of aviation infrastructure on the example a country from North America 以北美某国为例分析其航空基础设施的发展

In the era of globalization and the permanent travel of people between faraway regions of the world, air transport is one of the most important means of transport. Today it is also one of the most secure transport modest possibilities. This idea stands at the beginning of the article subject. This work aims to present the aviation infrastructure of Mexico and to analyze how it has changed over the years. In this contribution, on the example of Mexico country, a statistical analysis of characteristic parameters determining the development of aviation infrastructure was performed. A statistical analysis of selected aspects may enable us to reveal the situation related to air transport in North America and the predictions might visualize expectations in the following years. The factors that determine the development of infrastructure in this country are also presented. The most important elements of the aviation infrastructure, such as airports, are described. They were divided in terms of the number of passengers served and the amount of transported cargo.

Intelligent transport system of biomass acquired on protected water and relieom areas 水利救灾保护区生物质智能运输系统研究

The article presents a control system for a specialized tracked vehicle for biomass transport technology in wetlands, implemented as part of a development project: "Autonomous technology of biomass transport acquired on protected wetlands." The new vehicle project has been developed by a consortium led by the Energetics and Dynamics of Agricultural PIMR team in Poznan. His task was to find a solution that would significantly improve productivity and safety in the transport process, taking into account the minimum negative impact on the ground. For this purpose, an intelligent algorithm for selecting a safe route to a work vehicle, taking over the collected biomass, and transporting it to storage places was designed, made, and tested.

The picking process is one of four processes that are carried out in the entire warehouse. The correctness and the time of its execution have a large and direct impact on the entire warehouse process. In the aspect of time, one should strive to minimize it while maintaining appropriate quality and diligence of performed activities. The purpose of this article is to present the need for continuous improvement of pro-cesses taking place in the enterprise. An example of the picking process was developed and discussed and a solution was proposed to improve its functioning.

Concept of the First Polish Vacuum Train – 4p 第一辆波兰真空列车的概念- 4p

The paper presents the general concept of the First Polish Vacuum Train, called 4P for short. Against the background of historical solutions, well-known concepts of the Hyperloop system and its own original idea have been characterized, adapted to Poland's conditions. Based on previous work on the development of electromobility, information on the 4P system was presented, selected from 15 studies carried out in 2013-2019, describing issues such as rolling stock, infrastructure, stations, loading, and unloading systems, safety systems, costs, potential routes in Poland. The Hyperloop system was compared with the 4P system, showing the superiority of 4P for national conditions.

Neural modeling of the truck vehicle operation system 卡车车辆操作系统的神经网络建模

The purpose of the work is to develop a model of a truck maintenance system using artificial intelligence methods. Based on a thorough analysis of the literature, criteria and characteristics have been defined that affect the maintenance system of vehicles. Trucks with a permissible total weight of 3.5 tons were tested, which provide transport services in Poland and constitute a fleet of transport companies from the SME sector. MLP (Multi-Layered Perceptron) neural networks were modeled by using computer software.

The article presents the significance of the analysis of threats related to the human factor in the rail transport system. The place and role of the human factor in the Directive on railway safety is described. Railway incidents in 2010–2017 were analyzed in terms of events caused by the direct action of employees in positions related to the safety and conduct of railway traffic. Methods that infrastructure managers and rail operators canuse to correctly define the place and role of individual work posts in the organization and their impact on rail traffic safety are indicated. In addition, the article proposes a procedure for identifying threats in the area of the human factor, the interfaces associated with the work position of the traffic dispatcher are defined.

Possibilities of using carbon nanotubes in General Aviation 碳纳米管在通用航空中应用的可能性

Nanotechnology is a relatively new field of science that focuses on technology at the nanoscale. Matter in this dimension often shows significantly different properties that find their application in completely new technical areas [1]. General Aviation, like every other area of aviation, constantly strives to reduce the costs of production and operation of aircraft while maintaining unchanged safety and reliability parameters. Systems used in aviation, for example communication, usually do not apply in the area of General Aviation because of their cost. An example of this is the anti-icing system used in passenger airliners, which cannot be used in GA aircraft due to the costs and additional construction load. Carbon nanotubes exhibit very good hydrophobic properties, thanks to that, they can turn out to be an excellent substitute for systems in the area of aviation transport.
