In the study, the level of antibodies to fasciolas in the milk of cows in the Moscow region of Russia was assessed and the relationship between their number and the productive characteristics of these animals was traced. In October 2021, a milk sample was taken from a dairy farm in the Moscow region of Russia, and the number of antibodies to Fasciola hepatica (ODRf) and Ostertagia ostertagi (ODRo) was assessed. Their level was determined using multivariate linear regression models and their relationship with economically significant indicators was traced: the amount of protein in milk, the percentage of fat in milk, and the interval between past calving. An increase in the ODRf quartile from 25% (0.412) to 75% (0.976) was associated with a decrease in the volume of milk produced per year by 0.8 kg (day of the lactation process) (p=0.002), with a decrease in fat content in milk by 0.07 % (p<0.001), with an increase in the interval between sections by 4.6 days (p=0.04) in the absence of a significant relationship with the level of protein in milk. In the case of simultaneous infection with both parasites, the effect of ODRf and ODRo on the volume of milk produced was additional, rather than synergistic.

To find out the effect of systematic training in adaptive football on the motor abilities of students with congenital hearing loss. 24 nineteen-year-old male students with congenital hearing loss were observed. They were divided into a main group of 12 students who started training in adaptive football, and a control group of 12 young men who had physical activity only in the process of university physical education. Standard functional tests were used and traditional standards were recorded. The obtained data were processed by Student's criterion (t) and correlation analysis. Systematic training in the framework of adaptive football among young men with hearing loss increased their coordination properties, motor characteristics, and body stability in space. Those who go in for adaptive football increased their level of strength capabilities and increased endurance. Systematic training in adaptive football significantly increased the accuracy of sports and domestic movements and stimulated internal organs. These results were achieved by enhancing the basic functional and metabolic parameters of the trainees' organisms. Training in adaptive football increases the motor capabilities and the effectiveness of neural control over the muscles in young men with congenital hearing loss studying at the university.

Under observation were taken 39 young men studying at the university, throughout their lives, who had low muscle activity and started systematic volleyball training 3 times during the week. The control group included 35 young men studying at the university, who for at least the last 2 years systematically participated in volleyball training at least 3 times a week. During the study, traditional biochemical, thematic, and statistical methods for obtaining scientific information were used. After six months of regular physical training in the blood of young men, there was a normalization of the content of products synthesized from arachidonic acid, a decrease in the content of cholesterol molecules, and acyl hydroperoxides in the erythrocyte membranes with an increase in the number of phospholipids. By the end of the observation in the blood of young men who started volleyball training, there was an increase in the number of discoid erythrocytes and a decrease in the content of erythrocytes with a changed shape. It can be assumed that with an increase in the level of muscle activity due to systematic volleyball training, previously physically untrained young men develop optimization of the surface characteristics of erythrocytes, which can facilitate microcirculation and metabolism throughout the body .
