A conceptual model of G2G e-government information sharing is set up to explore what factors influence participation in G2G e-government information sharing for government agencies. It is tested through empirical research taking the samples of economical and financial information sharing. It is showed that legal/policy environments, program championship agencies, leader's support, IT capability, process traceability and organizational hierarchy have significant influence on the participation of electronic information sharing across agencies.

This paper investigates the interplay among anticipated regret, experienced regret and satisfaction in a service retention context. Results from an online service patronization decision making experiment show that the higher consumers' anticipated regret before a service visit, the lower their visit intention for the same alternative when they experience regret after the decision. Furthermore, a forward looking perspective in regret context has been advocated, in specific, the impact of experienced regret on next visit intention is partially through adjusting anticipated regret and partially mediated through satisfaction.

One of effective ways resolving group decision problems is utilizing group decision support systems (GDSS). However, the component that executes the function of comprehensive disposing decisions usually is the voter with intelligence in a GDSS now. In this paper, we design an intelligent group decision voter to resolve group decision problems among three parties in the logistics system, including supplier, logistics company and clients party. The whole voter design primarily consists of logic design and system design, the error tolerance method is introduced in design. The realizing method of the voting system is combination of hardware and software. Due to this method, the voter is practical and reliable in logistics systems.

In order to support the collaboration policy, the mutually beneficial relationships have been replacing the traditionally adversarial relationships between wholesaler and retailers. The joint decisions characterized by the ordering price, order quantity and replenishment schedule is collaborated through inventory and pricing policy. This study intends to derive the greatest benefits for both of the wholesalers and the retailers within cooperative environment. The right quantity discounts and the best ordering policy can be achieved by maximizing the joint profit of the deteriorating items under different profit-sharing ratios. We develop a wholesaler-retailers inventory model with an exponentially deteriorating inventory and price dependent demand. A numerical example is used to illustrate theory of the model. The results demonstrate the extra profit accrued mainly to the down-stream site. Thus, profit sharing to derive the greatest benefits for the whole system should be in-cooperated.

Considering informed traders' information endogenous production cost and uninformed traders' strategic trading, this paper establishes a gamble model among market maker, informed and uninformed traders using rational expectation idea. It gives and proves the necessary and sufficient condition of the existence of a unique linear equilibrium in market and gets the analytical form of the equilibrium. This model is the extension of the general strategic rational expectation model. The results will be beneficial to further researches such as the optimal market mechanism design, and so on.

In this paper the popular Apriori algorithm and its improvements were introduced and a great many complex data in air transportation were used to fast discover the association rules. For too many rules are produced in the traditional association rules and the Apriori algorithm is not used widely, this paper chooses the improvement algorithm to prune redundant rules based on traditional association rules, which simplifies the rules and overcomes the disadvantages of traditional association rules, like the redundant rules and difficult application.

This paper studies the issue of the ticket selling service system of Chengdu railway station from the point of view of queueing theory. A basic queueing model of the ticket selling system is formulated, and two different optimizations are studied respectively from the point of view of system structure and the vacation policy. For each optimization, not only the theoretical analyses but also the application limits are considered. Numerical analysis based on the realistic statistical data is given. At last, we draw a conclusion in section 5.

As a metropolitan center and the most developed city in China, Shanghai, had the influx population of rural labor force more than 4 million by the end of 2006. How to manage and serve the continually influent rural laborers is a systematic and complex problem. This paper first conducts a systematic investigation to grasp the current situation as well as the relevant service management condition. On the basis of the investigation, the paper gives an analysis of the driving factors, influential mechanisms and the laws governing the changes on the whole, presenting the guiding principles and measures to improve the service management of them with a full-life-cycle methodology.

This paper focuses on investigating the demand of the rail mode for airport ground access. Air passenger traffic is experiencing ever-increasing levels of demand due to worldwide economic growth. This, in turn, is leading to roadway traffic congestion near airport regions. In order to deal with the roadway traffic congestion problems, the development and enhancement of airport railway systems is a must. However, planning the establishment of a railway system and also the weighting given to a specific mode requires an intimate knowledge of passenger demand and factors affecting this demand. Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA), which has its own airport railway system, is chosen for the case study in this paper. With the use of the survey data collected at HKIA, a multinomial logit model has been calibrated for identifying significant factors affecting the demand of the rail mode. The results indicated that travel cost is the key factor affecting air passenger ground access mode choice decisions. Party size and number of pieces of baggage carried by an air passenger also affect the use of the rail mode. Based on the model results, sensitivity tests were carried out so as to propose the optimal discount scheme for increasing the utilization of the rail mode for accessing the airport. It was also noted that the provision of connecting services to railway stations and the strategies to assist the passengers with baggage are critical elements of a successful rail access to an airport. It is believed that the calibrated model and proposed strategies can assist the planning of airport ground access services at international airports.

There exist inclination and selection processes in enterprises' front collaboration based on Agile Virtual Enterprises (AVE) and Collaborative Planning, Forecasting and Replenishment (CPFR) mechanisms. This paper analyzes the existing configurations and dynamic features of AVE collaborations; and it also explicates enterprises' management patterns that have shifted from vertical to horizontal integration and have displayed AVE characteristics, corresponding to CPFR mechanism and its front collaborative protocol management. It further points out that AVE front collaborative relationship consists of such factors as impact, intimacy and vision, particularly displaying AVE collaborative protocol and features. Based on the motivation for constructing front collaboration and conditional models for AVE-based CPFR mechanisms, this paper addresses four issues: (i) the desire for maximum returns for AVE members is the driving force for the formation and growth of AVE; (ii) AVE can improve resources' utilization effectively; (iii) inclination and selection processes play an important role when AVE's collaborative protocols are formulated; and (iv) capacity and efficiency are preconditions for enterprises to become AVE members.
