The parking guidance system (PGS) is one part of ITS (Intelligence Transport Systems). At present the existing central problem is that the system control structure is ambiguous and the information of parking space issuance isn't timely and exact; its form is single and it hasn't the forecast function. Through the analysis for the route characteristic of big city the paper establishes the PGS control structure. Through the empty parking place analysis for the different the time period and area-parking field the paper concludes the factors that influence the parking place change. And then the paper concludes the control model of PGS information issuance. Last through the parking place data analysis for the past years parking field and considering the influence factors the paper concludes the empty parking place forecast model through Matlab simulation.

Trust risk has become one of the main barriers to online trading, and how to design an effective trust-building mechanism has become the key to the further development of e-commerce. According to e-commerce's character of systematic trust and cause of risk, an online trading stage game model revolving intermediary organization is established, and corresponding optimal behavior chain is constructed; based on this, find solutions to the realization condition of optimal behavior chain, and disclose the relationship between parameters required by an effective intermediary mechanism in e-commerce trust-building. This study shows: the price of digital ID and fine coefficient to the fraud are two key parameters in the operation of intermediary mechanism; the condition for effective operation of intermediary mechanism is that the price of digital ID is less than or equal to the discount value of honest income expectation in each game stage, and the fine coefficient to the fraud is less than or equal to the ratio of expectation present value of honest income in each game stage to the maximum of average social interests.

In an increasingly competitive environment, it seems to be important to analyze risks in term of quality bound to the different strategies of outsourcing. Indeed, beyond the advantages of the outsourcing at the strategic, financial, organizational and operational level, the outsourcing hides significant dangers which greatly link to the quality of the service. The objective of our research is to analyze risks in term of quality that take the Tunisian firms, in the setting of their textile and clothing activity, when they embark on the outsourcing of one or more of their process, and to examine the effect of this act on the global firm performance.

Asset management approach is introduced to management of irrigation infrastructure asset in China. One management model was constructed and it will assess and monitor the serviceability of irrigation infrastructure, including assets' condition, performance and importance. Besides, it is suggested that irrigation asset is in on-going decay and great consideration must be given to replacement requirements over the asset's life. Therefore, based on serviceability assessment results, certain annuity of asset in residual life should be deposited with three different ways advocated, according to decision-makers' judgment. A case study is carried out of Zhanghe Irrigation District in China.

To stay competitive, the enterprise interests itself to the influence of certain particular parameters on its processes performance. For that to be made, it counts on indicators that it uses in order to be able to decide actions to undertake within every process. So, the performance measure becomes an imperative phenomenon in any enterprise looking for better distribute its strategic orientations to control in a continuous way its processes progress and therefore its position between its competitors. The object of this paper is to present a continuous evaluative model of the manufacturing enterprises processes performance based on the case based reasoning approach.

The bullwhip effect in a supply chain seriously decreases the operation efficiency of the supply chain. Information sharing has been used as an important tool to resolve the challenges of supply chain management faced. Firstly, this paper analyzes the causes of bullwhip effect systemically, and then this paper analyzes the value of the information sharing in the a-supplier-multiretailers model. We find some useful conclusions between exist of information and absence of information. At last we use the shipbuilding supply chain to illustrate plenitudinous information sharing will decrease the bullwhip effect.

In recent years, Project Management Maturity Model (PMMM, or PM3) has been attracting more and more attentions in the field of project management, which aims to improve 'process maturity' of a project. However, there are hardly applications or researches of PM3 in construction industries, of which project managements are essential characters. This paper constructs a construction project management maturity model (CPM3) according to the principles of generic PM3 and processes of general construction project. The five maturity levels of CPM3 and the structure of it are presented. Besides these, assessment and improvement methods of construction project management maturity are also discussed. An empirical study based on questionnaires is also processed while assessment analyzing. Implementation of CPM3 and some relevant topics are also discussed.

Nowadays, information technologies are widely used in business. Enterprises hope to make good use of the advanced technologies to analyze customer purchase behavior for better marketing. So it has become a hot issue to find interesting customer purchase patterns in a large amount of information. This paper proposes a method of granular computing to mine interesting purchase patterns. The granule represents a set of tuples that have the same attribute value in the database. For all tuples involved in interesting purchase patterns, we can represent them by using existing granules or creating new granules by logical operations (AND or OR) among existing granules. And then we use these granules to generate interesting patterns. This method not only can improve performance efficiently without scanning database repeatedly, but it is easier to understand for users and improves process flexibility. Especially for some complicated user demands, some high-level concepts which users take interest in don't exist in the database, but we can generate new granules by OR operations to represent them. So it's very convenient to mine interesting purchase patterns using granular computing.

Car rental is a high capital input and high-risk industry. It is true that the risks from finance, rental fraud, and traffic accidents are the three main risks faced by the car rental industry in China, and endanger the survival and development of such trade. In this paper, we will make analysis on the above three risks, and then we will present corresponding counter-measurements for car rental companies to manage and control these risks. At last, we will put forward some proposals for the car rental industry and the government.

Factors affecting the intention and premium of purchasing life insurance are investigated in this paper. Results of factor analysis and structure equation model indicate that the extent of worrying about future, economical condition, cognition about life insurance and adventure activities preference have significant positive effects on the intention of purchasing life insurance; economical condition has significant positive effect on the premium of purchasing life insurance; health status has significant negative effect on the premium of purchasing life insurance. Among these factors, Cognition about life insurance has the biggest effect on the intention of purchasing life insurance; economical condition has the biggest effect on the premium of purchasing life insurance. Based on the theoretical results, there are some credible marketing policies for life insurance trade.
