Classification with incomplete survey data is a new subject, and also which is an important theme in data mining. This paper proposes a novel, powerful classification machine, support vector machine (SVM) based model of classification for incomplete survey data. Using this model, an incomplete survey data is translated to fuzzy patterns without missing values firstly, and then used these fuzzy patterns as the exemplar set for teaching the support vector machine. Experimental results from the real-world data verify the effectiveness and applicability of the proposed model. Compared with other classification techniques, the method can utilize more information provided by the data, and reveal the risk of the classification result.

We study the value relevance of accounting earning information of dual-listing companies. We find that the accounting earning information according to HK-GAAP (or IASs) is useful for H share, the investors in A share markets prefer unexpected EPS to EPS, the financial statements based on HK-GAAP(or IASs) also provides useful information to the investors in A share markets, the investors in H share markets make their decisions mainly depending on HK-GAAP (or IASs)'s information. Therefore, dual-listing companies should provide accounting information based on HK-GAAP (or IASs) to overseas' investors. From the view of the information transmission, the segmentation between mainland and Hong Kong capital markets is distinct.

Corporate governance addresses many governance mechanisms to reduce the agency problems. Recently, more interest has been aimed at examining both individual and joint effects of various mechanisms on some measure of the magnitude of the agency problem. However the results mixed. In this paper, substitution effects of key control mechanisms were examined. These mechanisms include equity ownership, boards of directors, managerial compensation and debt. Consider about endogeneity, six simultaneous equations model were presented to capture the interrelationships among the four control mechanisms. Then, ordinary least square and two-stage least square estimated the equations with panel data during the period 2002-2004 in a 513 sample of listed firms. The results supported the view that there is interdependence among various governance mechanisms and the choice of one mechanism will depend on the choice of another.

Urban leisure development (ULD) turns the concept of leisure into economic regionalization, encompassing the leisure ideas of individuals and communities, their leisure behavior, and related industries within the urban scope. The research of ULD is based on our country's state of national development. The importance of ULD is shown to be more important in the forthcoming age of "experience economy." Hence, the study of ULD will be more highly valued in both theory and practice.

Unexpected events may cause some disruptions in the supply chain system. While unexpected events on the coordinated operation of the supply chain have increasingly influenced, existing research literature on the supply chain is in a stationary environment. Based on the modelling of supply chain system and the unexpected events, we give communication mechanisms of an unexpected event in the supply chain, and through two different distribution to simulate the uncertainty unexpected event impact on the supply chain. From the perspective of supply chain risk management, we provide the inspiration for the manager.

Service aggregation play crucial role in service provisioning, for those components that follow a certain sequence and perform a combination of coarse grained services, they are qualified for service aggregation. Service aggregation is validated in parsing statistics, this pre-built coarse grained service provides upward service provisioning and brings in its values in eliminating the integration interface and risk caused by boundary implementation. In the new age business driven services, coarse grained services construct the foundation of enterprise skeleton and rely on the aggregation from fine grained services, this shorten the gap between business and IT and streamline time to market. The skeleton it produced exploits a loosely coupled approach in creating integration interoperability and constructing the foundation for service.

Load-balancing technology (LBT) is one of key technologies solving reliability and usability of common service information system (CSIS) , but there is some deficient lying in existing load balancing strategy and realization technology. These deficient include indirect load sensing, unidirectional and subjective balance strategy etc. In order to settle these problems, this paper presents a new load balancing strategy and realization technology based on Multi-Agent, gives its structure and algorithm, as well as simulation experiment. The experiment result shows the new LBT based on multi-agent can realize dynamic load balancing among all system members by using less resource of system and the effect of load balancing is superior to the others.

We present an elastic registration algorithm for the alignment of biological images. Our method combines and extends some of best techniques available in the context of medical imaging. We express the deformation field as a hierarchical B-splines model basing on the information of landmarks. The hierarchical B-splines model allows us to deal with a rich variety of deformations and match two images at increasing levels of detail. We solve the registration problem by minimizing the mutual information between the reference image and the test image. Results using MRI brain data are presented that the degree of matching is higher and the cost of time is less, compared with the algorithm which has not used the concept of hierarchical B-splines.

This study examined a mediated model of the relationship between proactive personality and job performance (N=131). The model suggests that proactive personality was correlated with contextual performance, and proactive employees were more likely to be motivated by status striving, which, in turn, enabled them to perform better in contextual performance.

This paper studies on the components of cooperative technology innovation. By constructing the cooperative technology innovation model based on Multi-Agent, we examine the mutual effects mechanism of technology spillover in cooperation and enterprises' innovation competence. We present the simulation models and examine the validity of model. We conclude that enterprises' innovation competence increased by the level of cooperation technology spillover in Multi-Agent cooperation system. We also conclude that the credit mechanism can impel the technology spillover and enhance the innovation competence of the cooperation system.
