Sleep is a basic need for everyone so that the body can function normally after its daily activities. In adolescents there are changes in sleep patterns, including reduced sleep duration, delayed bedtime, and differences in sleep patterns on weekdays and weekends. Thus, the quality of adolescent sleep also tends to be reduced or disrupted. There are several serious consequences of sleep disturbances such as excessive daytime sleepiness, impaired attention and memory, depression, frequent falls, inappropriate use of hypnotics, and decreased quality of life. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of students' knowledge about sleep pattern disturbances at the Palangka Raya Model MAN in good, adequate and poor levels. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method. The population in this study were students at the Palangka Raya Model MAN in the 2020/2021 academic year. The sampling technique used was total sampling with a total sample of 90 respondents. The instrument used was a closed questionnaire. Based on the results of the study, it was obtained an overview of students' knowledge about sleep pattern disturbances in the good category of 78 people, the sufficient category of 12 people and no respondents in the less category. Based on the results of the study, it was shown that most of the students' knowledge of the Palangka Raya MAN Model regarding sleep disturbances was good, namely a number of 78 people. Suggestions for future researchers are to be able to develop this research so as to obtain varied research results.

Treatment of tuberculosis with main anti-tuberculosis drugs (OAT) includes isoniazid (INH), rifampin (RIF), ethambutanol (EMB), streptomycin (SM), and pyrazinamide (PZA). Although most Anti-Tuberculosis Drugs (OAT) are acceptable in therapy, they have potential side effects, including the side effects of hematological reactions such as anemia. This study's purpose was to compare HB levels before and after the intensive phase of Anti-Tuberculosis Drugs treatment in TB patients at Petanahan Public Health Care Center, Kebumen Regency. This was an analytic observational study with a cross-sectional design. The sample in this study was 28 people. The result showed that the average Hb level of pulmonary TB patients at Petanahan Public Health Care Center before and after the treatment were 11.05 g/dl and 11.6 g/dl, respectively. Therefore there was an effect of comparing Hb levels before and after the intensive phase of Anti-Tuberculosis Drugs treatment in pulmonary TB patients at the Petanahan Public Health Center in 2021. The increase in the average Hb levels of patients with pulmonary TB before and after the treatment was 0.55. The sig values obtained from the analysis of Hb levels before and after the treatment were a = 0.200 (p0.005) and 0.023, respectively. Due to the P value (0.023 < 0.05), Ho was rejected. It meant that there was a difference in Hb levels before and after the Intensive Phase of Anti-Tuberculosis Drugs treatment in patients with pulmonary TB at Petanahan Public Health Care Center, Kebumen Regency.

Ethanol is the result of sugarcane fermentation which is converted into molasses (cane drops). Then the distillation process is carried out by heating for a certain time so that a certain level of ethanol is obtained. The process of making ethanol is an activity that has a high risk for its workers. The heating process produces vapors that are harmful to the body, causing health problems for workers. Liver disease is the most common complication caused by exposure to ethanol. Alcoholic fatty liver is a reversible disease that can progress to alcoholic hepatitis which can cause liver cirrhosis and liver failure. This study was conducted to determine blood ethanol levels, Gamma GT levels and the effect of blood ethanol levels on Gamma GT in ethanol production workers. The research was conducted by quota sampling as many as 24 people in 8 traditional ethanol-making industrial houses in Ngombakan, Polokarto. Ethanol examination was carried out using the Gass Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry method and Gamma GT was carried out using the colorimetric enzymatic method. The results obtained are the average ethanol content of the workers is 0.45 mg/dL and Gamma GT is 29 U/L. The results of linear regression analysis showed Sig. 0.257 (0.05) meaning that there was no effect of ethanol content on Gamma GT levels. Based on the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.058, it means that the effect of ethanol on Gamma GT is 5.8%.

The role of cadres is very large in the implementation of Posyandu, some of their responsibilities are monitoring the growth and development of children and toddlers, providing health education to mothers and children, so that people know and are able to practice what needs to be considered in handling children, pregnant women or mothers. If the cadres are not active, the implementation of the posyandu will also be not smooth and as a result the nutritional status of infants or toddlers cannot be clearly detected early. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between cadre motivation and cadre activity in the implementation of posyandu. The design of this study used a cross sectional design. The population in this study were all Posyandu Cadres in the Work Area of the Menteng Health Center with a total sample of 55 respondents. The sampling method used is total sampling. The research data was taken using a questionnaire. After tabulating the existing data, it was analyzed using the Chi Square analysis test. The results showed that there was a relationship between cadre motivation and cadre activity in implementing posyandu during the pandemic in the Work Area of the Menteng Health Center UPT, Palangka Raya City (with a P value of 0.000
