Electronic cigarettes (e-cigarettes/vape) are currently millennials' most popular tobacco or nicotine product. One of the liquid content in e-cigarettes, such as nicotine, is known to stimulate the secretion of catecholamines which can cause an increase in lipolysis in the liver. As a result, free fatty acids in the liver increase, triggering an increase in hepatic triglyceride secretion into the blood vessels. This study aimed to determine the difference in triglyceride levels in millennial vapers and non-smokers. This study uses a descriptive-analytical method with a cross-sectional approach which aims to describe or describe a situation objectively, then described. The results show that the average triglyceride level in millennial vapers is 136.5 mg/dL. While in non-smokers, 91.9 mg/dL. The Mann-Whitney test results obtained a significance value of 0.042 (p < 0.05), so it can be concluded that there is a significant difference between the results of the triglyceride level examination in millennial vapers and non-smokers.

Pesticides can increase productivity in agriculture. Excessive and uncontrolled use of pesticides can pose a risk of poisoning farmers. Decreased levels of cholinesterase enzymes characterize poisoning. The duration of spraying is an indicator that can affect the levels of the cholinesterase enzyme. This study aimed to determine how long spraying affects cholinesterase enzyme levels in farmers who use organophosphate pesticides. Examination of cholinesterase using the enzymatic cholinesterase test method. The most commonly used sample is a sample of serum rather than red blood cells. The study's results stated that there was a relationship between the duration of spraying and the levels of the cholinesterase enzyme. The duration of spraying in a day gives an idea of the intensity of pesticide exposure. The longer the spraying time, the higher the pesticide exposure and the decreased levels of the cholinesterase enzyme in the blood.

Lead is a heavy metal that is added in the manufacture of gasoline. Lead acts as an anti-knock to increase engine efficiency. Lead can cause air pollution. The main sources of lead pollution are motor vehicle fumes and gasoline fumes. Operator of Public Refueling Station are workers at high risk of being exposed to lead. The continuous accumulation of lead can inhibit the formation of hemoglobin. Research is needed to know the relationship between lead level in blood and hemoglobin level on the Operator of Public Refueling Station in Gombel Semarang. The research type is observational descriptive analytic with a cross sectional design. The research sample of 18 respondents is the entire population of Operator of Public Refueling Station in Gombel Semarang. Lead level in blood is an independent variable. Hemoglobin level is the dependent variable. Lead levels were measured by the ICP-MS method and using the Agilent 7700 X. Hemoglobin levels were measured by the SLS-Hemoglobin Method and using the Sysmex XN 1000. The research result was lead level in blood 1,6-5,7 μg/dL, hemoglobin level 12,4-18,1 g/dL. Test result of Spearman correlation obtained p= 0,581 ; r=-0,139. It was concluded that there was no significant correlation between the level of blood lead and level of hemoglobin on Operator of Public Refueling Station in Gombel Semarang.
