Strategi Manajerial dan Capaian Mutu Sekolah 管理和学校成绩策略

This study seeks to examine the impact of the implementation of manage- rial strategies undertaken by principals on the achievement of principals' quality. Managerial strategies in this study are measured into three strat- egies: 1) the effectiveness of school management, 2) strengthening the competence of graduates, 3) empowering teachers and staff. This re- search using quantitative research and sample in this study SMK Negeri 1 Semparuk through panel data regression analysis. The results showed that managerial strategy signif- icantly influenced the achievement of school quality. The effectiveness of school management strategies has a significantly positive effect on school quality outcomes, strategy of strengthening the competencies of gradu- ates and empowering teachers and staff has no significant effect on the achievement of school quality. As a recom- mendation, school principals should encourage graduate competencies through empowering teachers and staff to be actively involved so that school quality can be achieved.
本研究旨在探讨校长实施管理策略对校长素质成就的影响。本研究的管理策略分为三个策略:1)学校管理的有效性,2)加强毕业生的能力,3)赋予教师和员工权力。本研究采用定量研究方法,并以SMK Negeri 1 Semparuk为样本,通过面板数据回归分析。结果表明,管理策略对学校质量的实现有显著影响。学校管理策略的有效性对学校质量结果有显著的正向影响,加强毕业生能力和赋予教师和工作人员权力的策略对学校质量的实现没有显著的影响。我们建议,学校校长应鼓励毕业生培养能力,让教师和教职员积极参与,以达致学校质素。

The Effect of Online Learning on Student Learning Outcomes on the Theme of Objects Around Us in Class V SDN 101752 Klambir Five Academic Years 2020/2021. Thesis. Primary School Teacher Education Department. Faculty of Science Education. Nahdlatul Ulama University, North Sumatra. This study aims to determine the effect of online learning on student learning outcomes on the theme of objects around us in fifth grade elementary school. The subjects of this study were the fifth grade students of SDN 101752 Klambir Lima, totaling 36 people, consisting of 19 boys and 17 girls. This study uses descriptive quantitative research with data testing using SPSS 25. Data obtained through filling out questionnaires by respondents, data from schools and interviews as supporting data. This study tested the validity, reliability, normality and hypothesis testing. The results showed that online learning had a significant effect on student learning outcomes. It is proven from the results of testing the validity of the value of sig.(2-tailed) is <0.05. Judging from rcount and rtable, the result is that the value of rcount > rtable. The rtable value of 0.2785 was obtained from looking at the respondent's data. The results of the reliability test are known that the value of Cronbach's alpha > 0.6. The results of the Kolmogorov Smirnov normality test with SPSS are known that the value of Sig = 0.200> 0.05, so it can be concluded that the residual value is normally distributed. The value of the coefficient of determination is 67,1% and the remaining 32.9% is explained by other variables not explained in this study. And the results of the hypothesis test show that the value of fcount and ftable = 69,234 > 4.121. From the test results, it can be concluded that online learning can be a substitute for face-to-face learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. Keywords: Online Learning, Student Learning Outcomes.

Meningkatkan Aktivitas dan Hasil Belajar Siswa Kelas XI GP pada Materi Mengevaluasi Data Hasil Logging Geofisika melalui Model Pembelajaran Student Facilitator And Explaining (SFAE) di SMK Negeri 2 Karang Baru

Masalah hasil belajar siswa di sekolah masih banyak yang mengalami masalah, terutama hasil belajarnya masih rendah. Hal disebabkan oleh berbagai sebab, diantaranya masih ada guru yang belum mampu menggunakan metode yang benar. Peneltian ini dilaksanakan selama 3 bulan dari bulan Januari sampai dengan Maret 2022 di SMK Negeri 2 Karang Baru Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas XI GP dalam mengevaluasi data hasil logging geofisika mata pelajaran Teknik Eksplorasi menggunakan model SFAE pada SMK Negeri 2 Karang Baru Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di kelas XI GP SMK Negeri 2 Karang Baru Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang yang jumlah siswanya 12 orang siswa sebagai subjek penelitian, Untuk memperoleh data, penulis menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data tes dan non tes. Setelah data terkumpul dengan baik kemudian diolah dan dianalis dengan cara membandingkan antara siklus I dan siklus II. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya peningkatan hasil belajar siswa kelas XI GP SMK Negeri 2 Karang Baru Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang pada materi mengevaluasi data hasil logging geofisika menggunakan model SFAE. Hal ini terbukti pada pra siklus dari 12 orang siswa hanya 6 siswa (50%) yang tuntas secara klasikal, pada siklus I meningkat menjadi 10 siswa (83,33%), sedangkan setelah siklus II meningkat menjadi 12 orang siswa  atau (100%)  yang tuntas secara klasikal.

Faktor-faktor Organisasi pada Penyelenggaraan Pendidikan Inklusif di Kecamatan Jelai Hulu Kabupaten Ketapang

This study aims to explore the organization of education units and teachers in Jelai Hulu sub-district, Ketapang district in implementing inclusive education and implementation in schools. The population in this quantitative study were junior high school teachers in the Jelai Hulu sub-district, Ketapang district, namely 60 people. as for the sampling based on the purposive sampling method by selecting samples in the form of teachers with civil servant status and contracts totaling 30 people. data analysis using regression analysis. determine the research model and formulate the structural equation in accordance with the proposed research hypothesis. estimate the model parameters by testing the model. Model testing is carried out in three stages, namely evaluation of statistical assumptions, coefficient of determination test, overall test using f test, and individual test using t test. Teacher performance is more focused on the principal's managerial ability and teacher work motivation in an effort to improve the quality of school-based education. The results showed that the overall managerial ability of the principal and work motivation affected the performance of junior high school teachers in the Jelai Hulu sub-district, Ketapang district by 54.5%. the remaining 45.5% is the influence that comes from other factors. for example: school organizational climate, work ethic, organizational culture, principal's performance, satisfaction, loyalty, service, negotiation, quality, and others.   Keywords: Teacher Performance, Work Motivation, Managerial Principal

This study aims to describe the exhibition activities carried out by students and their impact on creativity. This student exhibition is part of a course assignment. The approach used in this study is library research. data collection is carried out by reviewing and/or exploring journals, books, and documents (both printed and electronic) and other sources of data and/or information that are related to the focus of the study. In fact, this activity that produces student work reflects an increase in student creativity. It can be concluded based on their knowledge of the grade of their creation as a result of students' opportunities to assess and respond to their work.

Analisis Tujuan Pendidikan Islam dalam Al-Qur'an

This short article aims to analyze the Educational Objectives contained in the QS. Al-Baqarah: 31, QS. An-Naml: 40, and QS. Al-Mujadalah:11. The discussion of this research is to prioritize the literature of the Qur'an al-Karim by taking one of its own themes that will be discussed. For this reason, the author takes the thematic interpretation research methodology or Maw'ī Tafsir. The commentators usually use several references or sources of interpretation in interpreting the Qur'an where the source is used for explanations or as a treasury of interpretation, so that the results of the interpretation have the original intent of the verse being interpreted, or as a comparison of interpretation. For this reason, the primary data sources in this discussion are the verses of the Qur'an which contain the Educational Goals including QS. Al-Baqarah: 31, QS. An-Naml: 40, and QS. Al-Mujdah:11. Which of course has a munasabat in it, both between verses in one letter, as well as between verses with different letters in the Qur'an al-Karīm. Then the data is supported by secondary data, this data is obtained from the hadiths of the prophet related to the topic of discussion, the history of the companions and tabi'īn, the opinions of the previous commentators, and books related to the topic of discussion. which is the focus of the main discussion of educational goals according to the Qur'an contained in Al-Baqarah: 31, An-Naml: 40, and Al-Mujlah:11. These three verses will be linked with the munasabah verse with other verses. The results of the interpretation of the three verses contain educational goals. Humor Verbal pada Komik Setrip "Tahilalats" Karya Nurfadli Mursyid

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan parameter humor verbal pada komik setrip Tahilalats dan megklasifikasikan jenis-jenis humor verbal yang terdapat pada komik setrip Tahilalats. untuk mencapai tujuan itu digunakan General Theroy of Verbal Humor (GTVH) dan 12 jenis humor verbal Shade. Data pada penelitian ini adalah humor verbal yang terdapat pada komik setrip Tahilalats yang diunggah di akun Twitter-nya (@tahilalats) pada periode 1 Januari – 31 Maret. Penelitian ini menerapkan pendekatan kualitatif-deskriptif dan untuk metode penelitian dan analisis data digunakan metode analisis isi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 56 dari 60 komik setrip Tahilalats mengandung atau memiliki humor verbal. Pada 56 komik dengan humor verbal tersebut terdapat 8 dari 12 jenis humor verbal yang dikemukakan oleh Shade, yaitu: pun (2); joke (27), satire (10), parody (4), ancedote (8), irony (4), sarcasm (2), dan wit (2). Joke menjadi jenis humor verbal terbanyak yang ditemukan pada komik setrip Tahilalats pada periode 1 Januari – 31 Maret dan parody menjadi jenis humor verbal yang paling sedikit ditemukan. Setiap KR pada humor verbal komik setrip Tahilalats memiliki pengaruh dalam kelucuan humor komik setrip Tahilalats dan menjadi bagian penting dalam membangun humor verbal tersebut.

Pengaruh Budaya pada Praktik Manajemen Mutu dan Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Siswa di Sekolah Menengah 文化对中学生质量管理实践和服务质量的影响

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas budaya yang mempengaruhi hubungan antara Total Management System (TQM) dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap siswa di sekolah menengah (PSQ). Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh kualitas budaya dan praktik TQM pada PSQ. Sampel berupa kuesioner yang diisi oleh 268 guru dan 559 siswa dari 56 sekolah menengah di Kabupaten Kubu Raya (Kalimantan Barat). Model yang diusulkan terdiri dari konstruksi eksogen (kualitas budaya) dan tiga konstruksi endogen (dua konstruksi mewakili praktik infrastruktur dan praktik model inti TQM, sedangkan satu mewakili PSQ), dan menentukan hubungannya. Analisis empirisnya mengungkapkan bahwa kualitas budaya mempengaruhi efektivitas praktik QM dengan menunjukkan efek yang signifikan pada infrastruktur dan praktik kualitas inti. Pada akhirnya, analisis mengungkapkan bahwa kedua aspek QM ini secara berbeda berdampak pada PSQ. This research aims to find out the influence of image media on the ability to compile the text of the procedure of students of class VIII PGRI 3 Medan Junior High School. The method used is the experimental method. The tool or instrument used is a test to arrange the text of the procedure in sequence and logical. Students who received treatment using image media were categorized as "very good" because 31 students (75.61%) scored 80-100. While students who received treatment without using image media were categorized as "failed" because 15 students (36.58%) scored <39. Technical analysis of data with test formula t with H0 results rejected and Ha accepted. That is, image media has a positive effect on the ability to compile procedural text by students of class VIII PGRI junior high school 3 Medan.

Penjaminan mutu internal dilakukan dengan mengacu pada standar nasional pendidikan untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan nasional. Kualitas internal sekarang digunakan tidak hanya di perguruan tinggi, tetapi juga di pendidikan dasar dan menengah. Hal ini membuat penjaminan mutu dan pencapaian pendidikan di satuan pendidikan dasar dan menengah lebih aman dan tepat sasaran. Pertama, penilaian mandiri sekolah berdasarkan laporan mutu pendidikan; kedua, pembentukan panitia penjaminan mutu dan analisis ulang hasil penilaian mandiri sekolah; Peningkatan mutu, keempat, evaluasi dan pemantauan hasil peningkatan mutu setelah mutu perbaikan telah dilaksanakan, dan rencana kualitas kelima tahun depan datang kembali.
