The potential ways for reducing the consumption of hydrocarbon minerals through the use of biofuels are presented, the prospects for increasing the global biodiesel market at an average annual rate of 4.9%, which will amount to about 63 million tons by the end of 2030 are given. The largest producers and consumers of motor biofuel the USA, Brazil, the European Union, Argentina, Indonesia and China are identified. It has been established that the raw materials for producing biofuel from vegetable oils are mainly soybean, canola, jatropha, palm, coconut and castor oils.

The comprehensive list of duplications and “white spots” (absence of necessaryinformation) in the compared databases has been compiled, statistical discrepancies in data have been highlighted using a modal example, and measures have been proposed to improve the statistical record-keeping of data on rural areas.

Existing digital tools for sedimentation analysis are reviewed. It has been established that solutions that allow taking into account the specifics of organic livestock waste, in particular pig liquid manure, are currently missing. Experimental studies were carried out to determine the mass of sedimented particles of pig litterless manure over time. A mathematical model has been developed that describes this dependence. Based on the research conducted, a digital tool for sedimentation analysis of pig liquid manure was developed and patented.

A new technology of coating has been proposed – friction aluminizing. Tests on a Timken-Mashine friction machine have shown that the developed technology makes it possible to reduce the wear rate by more than 3 times, increase the scuffing resistance and antifriction properties of the treated friction surfaces of moving joints. A technological process FABO (finishing anti-friction non-abrasive processing) of “shaft” type parts using the friction aluminizing method has been developed.
