Internet Services for Calculating Agricultural Equipment Indicators 用于计算农业设备指标的互联网服务

The main paths of development of digitalization of agriculture are considered and two programs used to calculate a number of indicators of agricultural machinery are presented. Analysis of existing methods of using Internet services was carried out and the examples of their use on the KubNIITiM portal for calculating indicators based on test results of agricultural machinery are provided.

The prerequisites, main paths and achievements in the field of creating autonomous (unmanned) tractors, and their development trends are considered. It has been revealed that the use of autonomous tractors makes it possible to create highly intelligent automated production of agricultural products. The purpose of using such tractors is to replace human labor, minimize the harmful effects of chemicals on humans and the environment, and increase the efficiency of agricultural production.

The article deals with the importance and possibility of the transition to a highly productive and environmentally friendly agricultural economy, the introduction of rational agricultural production systems and the production of safe and high-quality food products using the latest scientific achievements innovations. The authors propose new criteria for evaluating innovative projects taking into account the requirements of compliance with the principles of sustainable development, which are consistent with the national priorities.

It has been established that informatization which is “end-to-end” in nature increases the connectivity of the world economy in general and its regional and sectoral subsystems. This is good for development of exports of products and services. The implementation of information technology platforms created with the use of modern informatization technologies is a driver for the development of export activities of agricultural enterprises while the platform informatization should cover the majority of agricultural exporters from near and far abroad.

The factors reducing the safety and operational potential of the metal stock of agricultural machinery are considered. It has been established that the condition of rubber products has a significant influence on it. It is assumed that exposure to ultraviolet radiation is the most representative critical factor for the physical and mechanical properties of rubber products. The methodology for experimental research has been developed, as well as a software interpretation system based on the Matlab libraries.

The seeder equipped with a roller feed is capable of providing uniform seeding both in straight and curved motion.

The results of field tests of an informative and measuring system for assessing the level of impact on the soil of the undercarriage of modern tractors in accordance with GOST R 58656-2019 are presented. It was revealed that the proposed design provided the accuracy and reliability of stress measurements required by the standard in a homogeneous sandy environment.

The authors present the results of experimental studies to develop the main design and technological parameters of the improved chopper which allow to improve the feed quality and the energy efficiency of the process. The studies have made it possible to establish rational dimensional and technological parameters of the chopper. The recommended rotation speed of the cutting knives for chopping corn cobs is 1200 and 1500 min-1 with a moisture content of up to 66%.
