The authors have analyzed the List of main technological equipment operated in the case of application of the best available technologies and formulated the proposals for its updating. It was proposed to supplement the list with sets (systems) of equipment, to include the position “Recommended equipment manufacturers” including foreign ones provided there is no similar domestic equipment.

New Method of Measuring the Depth of Soil Tillage 测量土壤耕作深度的新方法

The authors propose a new method for measuring the depth of soil cultivation by tillage machines based on a system of inertial position sensors. The block diagram and design of the inertial sensor for measuring the depth of travel of the working tools are substantiated. To test the effectiveness of the new method the bench that simulates the immersion of the working tools of soil-cultivating machines to different depths has been developed. The proposed method was examined on the bench.

It has been established that the commercialization of innovative products in the agro-industrial complex is associated with new scientific research results and innovations of industry universities and scientific organizations. The enhancement of commercialization depends on the effectiveness of government support. The study of the results of state support allows us to identify additional opportunities for organizational development and find the mechanisms for managing commercialization, taking into account the strategies of agricultural enterprises.

The authors consider the created hybrids, their yield and sugar content in different regions, the paths for improving the sugar beet seed production system and the measures of state support for the production of domestically selected seeds.

The methodology and results of the experimental studies of crankcase gas consumption in diesel engines with varying degrees of wear of the cylinder-piston group (CPG) are presented. It is shown that the rotation speed has a significant influence on the crankcase gas consumption and the load has an insignificant influence on it. It is recommended to use the idle mode at the nominal or maximum rotation speed as a diagnostic test mode to assess the technical condition of the CPG.

Using the example of rural electrical networks in the Oryol region, it was revealed that transformers are loaded at 20-25%. The use of photovoltaic arrays (PV) in the grid structure leads to an additional seasonal reduction in load. A method has been proposed to reduce electricity losses in transformer substations by replacing one transformer with two of lower power. An assessment was made of the reduction in losses and their cost when using the proposed method, including the use of photovoltaic arrays.

The current state and main paths of the formation of digital information resources for recording the results of intellectual activity (RIA) of educational institutions subordinate to the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia are shown. Information is presented on the formation of an open branch-wise digital environment for monitoring, recording and analyzing R&D results. The ways to increase the commercialization of RIA are considered.
