The special role of the State Program of the Russian Federation “Integrated Development of Rural Territories” and state support measures within the framework of the “Agrotourism” grant of the State Program for the Development of Agriculture and the Regulation of Markets for Agricultural Products, Raw Materials and Food and Rural Tourism as a direction for the development of rural areas, taking into account state regulation initiatives, was noted. It is proposed to pay more attention to information and consulting activities for agricultural producers in order to popularize rural tourism in Russia.

Structural and schematic solutions of voltage stabilizers for alternating current and direct current generators of wind power plants, made using direct frequency converters, an intermediate link of increased frequency and a transformer with a rotating magnetic field, are proposed. Their advantages and disadvantages are revealed. To improve energy efficiency and reliability of power supply to autonomous consumers, a block diagram of a combined autonomous power supply system is proposed.

Foliar Nutrition of Corn for Grain With a Complex of Biological Products 玉米叶面营养与复合生物制品的研究

The results of the application of the three-component nutrition system “AgroMaximum Antistress + Protection” (trademark “AgroVerm”) on foliar treatment of vegetative corn plants for grain in the existing production technology are considered. It was revealed that the use of the nutrition system for vegetative plants contributed to the improvement of the biometric parameters of corn plants and an increase in grain yield by 7.9%.

A study was carried out to develop a software and hardware complex for a control and monitoring system for row seeders with electric drives. New algorithms have been developed to detect skips, doubles and crushed seeds, control the speed of rotation of the sowing disc depending on the speed of the sowing unit and automatically control the position of the doubles puller. A mathematical model is presented for solving the problem of constructing an optimal schedule for the Jerusalem artichoke harvesting process in the case when all the parameters of the mathematical model are known exactly. An algorithm for constructing an optimal graph is proposed. Various strategies of the harvesting process are considered under the uncertainty of some model parameters. The results of computational experiments are presented, which make it possible to evaluate various strategies for the process of harvesting Jerusalem artichoke from the point of view of increasing the finished product at the end of the processing of raw materials.

The results of the study of the tribological properties of a composite based on polyamide 6 filled with short carbon fibers are presented in comparison with pure polyamide 6. It is shown that the volumetric wear of the composite is lower than that of pure polyamide. The bearing capacity and tear resistance of the materials were evaluated. Friction coefficients are introduced.

It was revealed that emergency and planned outages in electrical networks are seasonal in nature by months of the year and time of day. Information about the methods for calculating the indicators of reliability of power supply to rural consumers is given and their analysis is performed. It is shown that the existing methods do not allow for a differentiated calculation of reliability indicators depending on the season of the year and the time of day. A methodology has been developed for calculating these indicators, taking into account seasonality by months and time of day, which makes it possible to obtain the probability of failure-free operation for emergency and planned outages, taking into account the corresponding seasonality coefficients.
