Results of Studies of the Working Process of a Screw Feeder for Dry Bulk Components With a Stepper Motor 带步进电机的干散料螺旋喂料机工作过程的研究结果

The article deals with the influence of the drive type on the performance characteristics of screw feeders when weighing dry bulk feed components. It has been revealed that the use of stepper electric motors, compared to asynchronous ones, as a drive for screw feeders makes it possible to reduce the weight of the drive by 5 times with the error allowed by GOST.

The properties of hydrated ions of microbial cell media were analytically studied. It has been shown that weakly hydrated Na+, K+ ions are non-linear biooscillators, the natural resonant frequency of which is not constant and depends on the oscillatory medium and the properties of the ion itself. The theoretical patterns were found which can be used for a new non-stationary disinfection mode in the form of frequency sliding in the range of 0.3-1 kHz in repeating cycles. Its advantages have been experimentally proven by almost doubling the disinfection efficiency; it is completely safe and does not require complex equipment.

The article deals with the conceptual framework for the systematic development of the production of organic agricultural products, providing for the consolidation of the main provisions of this area in the priorities of state programs for the development of agriculture and rural areas. The authors present the life cycle of development of technologies for the production of organic products which allows for the step-by-step implementation of new production technologies in various areas of the agro-industrial complex.

Improving the Process of Separating Cabbage Leaves in a Harvester 改进收割机的菜叶分离过程

The results of studies of a pilot plant with a modernized leaf separating device are analyzed. It was found that with the implementation of this technical solution, the process of separating cabbage leaves in the harvester has generally improved. Thus, while varying process factors, the degree of screening of cabbage leaves contained in the samples in all experiments exceeded 80 %. The roller leaf separating device functioned most successfully with the lowest content of cabbage leaves in the flow.

The article deals with the possible increase of the competitiveness of the domestic agro-industrial complex and its main, strategically important sphere - agriculture - through the large-scale introduction of digital technologies that contribute to the growth of labor productivity, quality and production efficiency and ultimately to the sustainable development of the industry. Ensuring the effectiveness of this direction of development is possible only with appropriate regulatory support which is the main criterion for the quality of agricultural policy.

Regarding the Methods of Selecting Crop Varieties by Agricultural Producers 关于农业生产者选择作物品种的方法

The authors have developed their own methodology of comparative analysis of varieties which consists of comparing varieties of the same lines, types, ripening periods within the region, selecting the main economically useful characteristics of the crop, the most important for agricultural producers (information is taken from the description of the variety in the State Register), highlighting the maximum achieved values and transition from physical values to indices, their summation. Evaluation of varieties and hybrids created within the framework of the Federal scientific and technical development program using the proposed methodology showed their competitiveness.

The use of two-, threeand four-speed asynchronous generators as part of an integrated power supply system expands the range of application of wind flows and increases its efficiency.
