Meta-Heuristic Algorithms for Autonomous Underwater Vehicle Steering in the Presence of Parameter Uncertainty and Nonlinear Inputs 存在参数不确定性和非线性输入的水下航行器自主转向的元启发式算法

Autonomous underwater vehicles (AUVs) have several uses because of their propensity for lengthy journeys, excellent camouflage, high degree of intelligence, and capacity to take the place of people in hazardous situations. Motion control systems for AUV s have been the focus of a lot of research because they can keep the vehicles stable in the rough ocean environment. In this study, we suggest an AUV motion control system that uses a fractional-order proportional integer derivative controller (FOPID). It is an expansion of the traditional PID controller, and by increasing two tuning parameters, it improves system control performance. The controller design and calculation processes can be significantly streamlined using the Firefly algorithm. The fractional-order PID controller is being compared with the internal model control-based PID (IMC-PID) controller. Last but not least, comparative numerical simulations of AUV motion control were carried out to confirm the superiority of the suggested control algorithm. The simulation results demonstrate the suggested control algorithm's enhanced stability and transient performance.

Review of Routing Protocols for Sink with mobility nature in Wireless Sensor Networks 无线传感器网络中具有移动性的Sink路由协议综述

Nodes typically use multi-hop communication in wireless sensor networks to send sensed data to the base station. As a result, sensors close to the sink will quickly run out of power, cutting them off from the network. Moving sink around the network is one method of addressing this issue. Sink mobility in WSN s presents certain difficult problems that prevent the use of traditional routing protocols for Wireless sensor networks with static sinks. We presented a number of routing techniques for WSN s with mobile sinks in this research to examine how they address issues. We conclude with a comparison of mobile sink routing techniques.

An Integration of Elephant Herding Optimization and Fruit Fly Optimized Algorithm for Energy Conserving in MANET 基于象群优化和果蝇优化的自组网节能算法

Mobile Adhoc Networks (MANETs) dynamically moving wireless networks which consists of huge number of mobile devices in infrastructure less environment. The mobile nodes in the MANETs can shows as a sender and the receiver which communicate with each other in its coverage area. To solve these flaws in MANETs in this paper a Hybrid Optimization Using Elephant Herding Optimization and Fruit fly Optimized Algorithm for Energy Conserving (HOEFEC) approach is proposed in MANETs. In the routing process, the Adhoc On-demand Multipath Distance Vector (AOMDV) routing protocol is used to facilitate communication between each of the source and destination. Through this protocol multipath communication is performed in an effective manner with balanced load. The optimization of the proposed approach is performed in two segments. They are initial shortest path finding through elephant herding optimization algorithm using fitness calculation. Secondly optimal path selection through fruit fly optimized algorithm using distance calculation. The proposed HOEFEC approach leads a way to the effective communication in VANETs. The NS2 with SUMO is performed with three parameter which are packet delivery ratio, end to end delay, routing overhead and throughput to perform the comparative analysis. The results of the proposed HOEFEC approach are compared with the HDGCO and MBOCH.

Performance Analysis of Deep Learning Techniques for Time Series Forecasting 深度学习技术在时间序列预测中的性能分析

Time series data forecasting is a crucial topic in economics, business, and finance. New methods are being created to evaluate and predict time series data as a result of recent improvements in computing power and more significantly the development of sophisticated machine learning algorithms and methodologies, such as deep learning. This work boons a deep learning-based time series forecasting method and a comparative study among three models that are ARIMA, LSTM and FB-Prophet by using the current knowledge as time series then draws out the key elements of prior data to forecast the values of an upcoming time sequence. In this work, we have taken an electric production dataset, from which 70% of data used as training and 30% of data used as testing the methods. From the experimental result it is found that ARIMA model outperforms the other two model in forecasting this timeseries data.

Structural, dielectric and electrical properties of Bi/K co-doped BaTiO3 ferroelectric ceramics Bi/K共掺BaTiO3铁电陶瓷的结构、介电性能和电学性能

Lead-free ferroelectric ceramic (Ba0.8Bi0.1K0. 1) TiO3 prepared by conventional solid state synthesis route and well sintered at 1200 °C. The room-temperature x-ray diffraction and FESEM data analysis confirmed the phase structure, space group, lattice parameters, and microstructure. The dielectric properties in a wide frequency and temperature range show a fully temperature dependent dielectric constant (with transition at 184°C) and a very low dielectric loss at lower temperatures. The impedance investigation (Nyquist plot) demonstrates non-Debye type conduction, NTCR behavior, and grain and grain boundary contributions. Given the aforementioned traits, it can be used in the electronics industry.

Combined Synthetic Minority Oversampling Technique and Deep Neural Network for Red Wine Quality Prediction 综合少数派过采样技术与深度神经网络相结合用于红酒质量预测

Red wine is an alcoholic drink made from the fermentation of grapes. With the continuous increase in the market of red wine, quality assessment of red wine is vital to meet the required quality. Prediction of red wine quality holds significant reasons such as consumer satisfaction, building a strong reputation for wine producers, identifying high-quality wine batches, and determining problems during wine-making process. Formulating predictive models for wine quality classification are already explored in past researches but, improvements of techniques and performance for these models are still in front of wine production research. This paper discusses the utilization of Deep Neural Network (DNN) algorithm combined with Synthetic Minority Oversampling Technique (SMOTE) in predicting red wine quality into ‘low’, ‘moderate’ and ‘high’ quality. The red wine dataset is obtained from UCI machine learning repository. The dataset records physiochemical parameters of red wines and the corresponding quality level. Results have shown that the formulated predictive model via DNN integrated with SMOTE for predicting wine quality yielded a considerably very high performance with an accuracy = 97.81 %, kappa coefficient = 0.967, and f - score = 0.976. Future research direction may include (1) feature importance analysis of wines' physicochemical parameters and their interactions; (2) sensitivity analysis of input parameters (physiochemical properties) with respect to the output categories (wine quality); and (3) exploration of other machine learning algorithms and other techniques to improve prediction performance.

Vision Based Detection of Mealybug Infection in Custard Apple Using Machine Learning 基于视觉的机器学习检测蛋奶苹果粉蚧感染

Insects and pests have always been a major factor hampering the crop outcome and degrading its market price. The custard apple is one such fruit that faces the wrath of pests reducing its market value and net yield. Early detection of such pests can largely help farmers to plan a proper mechanism to fight them and reduce the damage or the orchard. This paper primarily focuses on the early detection of mealybugs in custard apples. A mealybug is a cotton-like bug that inhibits the exterior of the fruit and feeds on the fruit sap. Embedded System Based Small Scale Multi-Level Surveillance System 基于嵌入式系统的小型多级监控系统

These days, safety measures can't be neglected. In a world where digital risks are becoming more prevalent, efficient security has become an essential aspect of any system or business. Protecting valuables now requires a defensive strategy with several layers. Security systems play an important role in today's modern, industrialised society. The security system is primarily intended to address the need for the protection of hard-earned treasures (jewels). Unlike the current method, which uses physical locks that are readily falsified, this system uses Bluetooth and RFID tags in conjunction with digital (electronic) code locks to unlock the door automatically once the series of authentications is validated and emits alarm noises when any discrepancy happens. The ability of subsequent layers of defense to prevent intrusion is unaffected by the failure of an earlier one to provide detection. In this effort, we use IoT to design and build a fully automated security system that will operate with no more human intervention when it is put into place. In addition, the system's overall cost of adoption is far lower than that of any other consumer security solution now on the market.

Convenience Assessment of SS and SP Compensation Topologies used in Wireless Power Transfer System for Battery Charging 无线电力传输系统中用于电池充电的SS和SP补偿拓扑便利性评估

Wireless power transfer (WPT) technology which is meant for coupling power from a transmitting coil to receiving coil without any physical contact have seen a substantial rise in popularity in recent years. However, in order to improve the performance of the system, compensation is needed at both transmitting and receiving coil. Among four different usual compensation topologies like series-series (SS), series-parallel (SP), parallel-series (PS) and parallel-parallel (PP), SS and SP compensation method are more frequently seen as appropriate for practical battery charging applications. The convenience assessment of these two compensation methods used in WPT system for battery charging are analyzed on the basis of their input power characteristics in this article. Moreover, the performance analysis based on their frequency characteristics of input power consumption and their suitability to battery charging are investigated. The system's input quantities presented in the article to illustrate the conditions that allow for excellent performance. The results are found to be well-intentioned in selecting the specific compensation method for designing a practical WPT system for battery charging application.
