Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan efektifitas pendekatan rational emotive behavior therapy dalam mengatasi tendensi perilaku self injury pada siswa. Rancangan penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif jenis pre eksperimen dengan rancangan one group pretest posttest design. Jenis pengambilan sampel menggunakan non-random sampling, dengan teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 12 orang siswa kelompok eksperimen yang tertendensi melakukan perilaku self injury. Analisis statistik data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu statistik non-parametrik. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan skala tendensi perilaku self injury yang telah memenuhi syarat instrumen penelitian, dengan menggunakan model Skala Likert, kemudian data di analisis dengan menggunakan uji Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara tendensi perilaku self injury siswa sebelum dan sesudah diberikan perlakukan menggunakan rational emotive behavior therapy. 2) nilai skor posttest lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan nilai skor pretest. 3) Hal ini menggambarkan adanya penurunan yang signifikan tendensi perilaku self injury yang dimiliki siswa sebelum dan sesudah diberikan perlakukan menggunakan rational emotive behavior therapy. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka pendekatan rational emotive behavior therapy efektif untuk mengatasi tendensi perilaku self injury pada siswa
本研究旨在描述心理治疗方法在克服学生自我伤害行为倾向方面的有效性。本研究采用一组预试验设计的定量实验方法。提取类型采用非随机抽样,采用采样方法提取样本。本研究的样本多达12名受感染的实验小组学生,他们表现出自我伤害的行为。本研究中使用的数据统计分析是非线性统计数据。该研究工具使用的是具有研究工具资格的自利行为量表,使用Likert量表模型,然后使用Wilcoxon Signed mark测试进行分析的数据。研究表明:1)学生在接受心理行为治疗之前和之后的自我虐待行为有显著差异。第二,她的转发分数比之前的分数低。3)这说明,学生在使用理性情感行为疗法之前和之后的自我虐待倾向明显减少。根据研究结果,理性情绪治疗方法在克服学生自我伤害行为倾向方面是有效的

Bentuk pada penelitian ini adalah kuantitaif dengan menggunakan penelitian quasi experimen dan desain penelitian yaitu Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Sampel yang digunakan pada riset ini adalah seluruh kelas IV yang berjumlahkan 62 peserta didik. Metode yang digunakan untuk pengumpulan data adalah kuesioner dan soal . Untuk menentukan uji hipotesis peneliti menggunakan uji Indepedent t-test. Dalam perhitungan data yang dilakukan oleh peneliti memperoleh nilai thitung yaitu 6,895 > 2,000 (ttabel) dengan nilai signifikasi yaitu (2-tailed) yaitu 0,000 < 0,05. Yang dapat diartikan bahwa Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak.

There are currently a variety of technologically-based techniques for creating an attractive English-learning environment for young learners. Using songs as an engaging technique in audiovisual offers meaningful sources of interesting and relevant listening materials. This study investigates what learning principles young learners observe in songs and how they respond to songs during the online learning experience. Twelve students were included in a case study at a private elementary school in Jakarta. This study revealed that the materials presented in songs and videos align with the learning principles of young learners, such as they have short attention and are easy to distract, they can gain understanding from direct experience through objects and visual aids, they are enthusiastic and positive about learning, and they are being responsive to the instruction. These findings contribute to facilitating a more creative learning environment. Students generally responded positively by intimately watching videos and participating in activities. They enjoyed learning English through songs. Therefore, songs are recommended in EFL classrooms as supplementary activities or at home for self-study.

Translaguaging is a practice in which educators allow the mixing of languages in a bilingual educational setting which can be employed to create an engaged and conducive learning environment. This study aims to analyze the application of translanguaging by English teachers as a pedagogic strategy in learning English. The aim is to find out how the translanguaging technique is used by the teacher in teaching English, and what the impact is obtained from the use of translanguaging in learning English. This research was conducted at SMAN 3 Bengkulu Selatan and the participants were one English teacher and 27 students, namely class XI MIPA I. This research employed a qualitative descriptive study, and data collection techniques were interviews and checklist observations. The findings of this study revealed that teachers employed three techniques in translanguaging when teaching English, and the impact obtained from using translanguaging was positive, including students becoming easier to understand what the teacher is saying, students being more active in responding to teachers, and students' English language skills get better. The authors hope that this method can be applied effectively and according to the needs of students.

Potret dan metode pendidikan harus dipromosikan dan diekspos kepada khalayak luas untuk menjadi prototipe dan model bagaimana moderasi beragama dibina pada siswa. Artikel ini membahas bagaimana sekolah/madrasah dipersiapkan untuk menjalankan program Moderasi Beragama. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana kesiapan sekolah/madrasah, ASN, dan pelaksana kebijakan dalam memenuhi maksud dan tujuan program moderasi beragama di lembaga pendidikan. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dalam penelitian ini. Kuesioner terbuka menyediakan alat pengumpulan data. Temuan studi menunjukkan bahwa sekolah/madrasah masih belum sepenuhnya siap untuk melaksanakan program moderasi beragama. The purpose of this study is to test the influence of principal's leadership and work discipline on the professional competence of teachers. This research is a quantitative. The paper used questionnaire and interview sheet as instrument. The result showed that principal's leadership and work discipline both partially and simultaneously influenced the professional competence of teachers. The paper recommends to more concern on principal's leadership and work discipline where the school would change professional competence of teachers.

The media in providing guidance and counseling services can be used as a tool for transferring career information service materials in elementary schools which aim to help students prepare for their future choices. The media used is a wayang profesi. The development of this wayang profesi uses the Research and Development (R&D) model. Using the research and development model from Borg and Gall. Assessment of development products carried out by 2 experts. Consisting of BK material experts and PGSD media experts. and carried out by 1 product user, namely the social studies teacher at MI Al Latifiyah. In the product assessment, quantitative and qualitative data were obtained, and were processed using descriptive analysis techniques. Based on the assessment of the two expert tests, it can be concluded that the development of career information services through wayang media fulfills the criteria. for the relevance aspect of the material (4,8) the material presented is very relevant, while the accuracy of the material (4,6) the material presented is very accurate, and for the readability and communicative aspects of the material (4) it is very legible and communicative, as well as the feasibility of the media (4, 1) which means that the media is very feasible to be developed and used as an alternative media. The test results of product users show the attainment value (4.1) which means very appropriate. From these results it can be concluded that wayang profesi are suitable as a medium by counselors in providing career information services for elementary school students. Suggestions for further research are to be able to carry out trials to a wider field test.

The media used is a wayang profesi. The development of this wayang profesi uses the Research and Development (R&D) model. Using the research and development model from Borg and Gall. Assessment of development products carried out by 2 experts. Consisting of BK material experts and PGSD media experts. and carried out by 1 product user, namely the social studies teacher at MI Al Latifiyah. In the product assessment, quantitative and qualitative data were obtained, and were processed using descriptive analysis techniques. Based on the assessment of the two expert tests, it can be concluded that the development of career information services through wayang media fulfills the criteria. for the relevance aspect of the material (4,8) the material presented is very relevant, while the accuracy of the material (4,6) the material presented is very accurate, and for the readability and communicative aspects of the material (4) it is very legible and communicative, as well as the feasibility of the media (4, 1) which means that the media is very feasible to be developed and used as an alternative media. The test results of product users show the attainment value (4.1) which means very appropriate. From these results it can be concluded that wayang profesi are suitable as a medium by counselors in providing career information services for elementary school students. Pada pelaksanaan strategi belajar kooperatif tipe STAD ini, terdiri dari lima langkah yaitu penyajian kelas, kegiatan belajar kelompok, tes individu, penentuan peningkatan skor individu, dan penghargaan kelompok. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar keliling bangun datar bagi siswa kelas III UPT SDN 22 Muara Kandis Kec. Linggo Sari Baganti Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan yang dilaksanakan pada semerter II tahun ajaran 2020/2021, dan yang menjadi subjek tertelitinya siswa kelas IIIB. Pendekatan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dan jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (Classroom Action Research).Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan terhadap 28 orang siswa sebagai berikut: (1) Tindakan siklus I pertemuan I, dengan materi rumus keliling dan menyelesaikan soal-soal yang berhubungan dengan persegi dan hasil belajar yang diperoleh siswa 6,9 (2) Tindakan siklus I pertemuan II, dengan materi menyelesaikan soal cerita yang berkaitan dengan mencara keliling persegi dan hasil belajar yang diperoleh 7,7. Secara umum pelaksanaan pada siklus I pertemuan II ini bila dibanding siklus I pertemuan I sudah lebih baik (3) Tindakan siklus II, tindakan ini dilakukan untuk menbuktikan apakah hasil belajar yang diperoleh siswa tetap meningkat, dengan materi mencari rumus keliling persegi panjang dan menyelsaikan soal-soal yang berkaitan dengan keliling persegi panjang dan hasil belajar yang diperoleh 8,6. Dari hasil belajar tersebut terbuktilah bahwa penggunaan strategi belajar kooperatif tipe STAD dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.
