The background of this study was the students' difficulties in memorizing the materials of school equipment. Problem solving is needed by using of effective and easily obtainable learning media such as pictured card (flash card) media, based on group in the classroom. The purpose of this study was to enhance vocabulary mastery of Arabic (mufradat) students on the material of school equipment of students in grade VII.I with core competence (KI) understand and apply the knowledge (factual, conceptual, and procedural) based on their curiosity about science, technology , cultural arts related phenomena and visible eye events. The results showed an increase in students' mastery of Arabic vocabulary using word picture card media. The score average of cycle I is 71,22 and on cycle II increases to 78,11. These competencies can be seen from the first indicator, students happy and active in learning activities. Second indicator , increasing the ability of students in material of school equipment. Students are able to create their own concepts of learning materials from the results of group learning activities other than teacher presentation. Teacher only as a mentor. this instructional model is recommended to the mtsn teacher as an alternative to improve students' ability on the material of school equipment. From the research, it can be concluded that the using of flashcard can improve the student learning outcomes in grade VII.I MTsN Bonjol on the material of school equipment. This learning application based on group can improve student’s skills in the school equipment.

Guidance and counseling services in schools still do not provide enough counseling and group therapy. One of the reasons why the service isn't up to par is because the counseling teacher lacks certain talents, particularly when it comes to counseling approaches. As a result, a separate investigation on the counseling strategy is required. As a result, the author delivers a concept paper on one counseling and group treatment strategy. After reviewing a variety of scientific sources, this manuscript was created. This article examines Carl Rogers' client-centered approach, often known as self-counseling, as a counseling intervention tool. It is intended that this script will assist school counselor in giving references for counseling and group therapy implementation in schools.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi nilai karakter dalam pembelajaran menulis puisi berbasis multikultural di Sekolah Dasar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SD Negeri 12 Talang Kelapa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis qualitatif. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa pembelajaran menulis puisi sudah berbasis multicultural, sekolah ini telah memberlakukan kebiasaan menulis dan penulisan puisi berdampak baik pada karakter siswa. Upaya ini perlu dilanjutkan dan ditingkatkan untuk guru di sekolah ini dan sekolah lainnya.
本研究旨在分析小学以多元文化为基础的诗歌写作学习中的性格价值实施。本研究是一种描述性质的研究。这项研究是在SD Negeri 12椰子板进行的。所采用的数据收集技术包括观察、采访和记录。数据分析使用质量分析。研究结果表明,诗歌写作已经是多文化的,学校已经培养了写作和写诗的习惯,对学生的性格有很好的影响。这项工作需要对这所学校和其他学校的教师进行持续和改进。

Strategi yang dipilih untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut adalah pelaksanaan supervisi akademik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam menyusun administrasi penilaian melalui supervisi akademik. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan sekolah dengan empat tahap penelitian yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode observasi dan dokumentasi kemudian dianalisis dengan metode kuantitatif deskriptif. Hasil observasi terhadap administrasi penilaian diperoleh berada pada kategori cukup. Pada siklus I nilai masuk dalam kategori baik. Pada siklus II berada pada kategori sangat baik. The purpose of this study was to determine the Effect of Learning Media and Learning Interests on Student Learning Outcomes in Man 1 MusiBanyuasin. Students of Man 1 Musi Banyuasin were the object of this study. The sample was conducted on 87 students of Man 1 MusiBanyuasin. The sampling technique used purposive sampling in which the respondents were some of the students of Man 1 Musi Banyuasin. The data collected by distributing questionnaires using a 5-point Likert scale to measure 73 statement items. The analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that first, students' interest in learning and the use of learning media simultaneously had a significant effect on student learning outcomes. Second, student learning interest had a partial and significant impact on student learning outcomes. Third, the use of learning media had a partial and significant impact on student learning outcomes.

This classroom action research entitled Acrostic Technique as an Effort to Increase the Motivation and Ability to Write Poetry for VIII Grade Students of SMP Negeri 14 OKU. This study involved 24 eighth grade students who have different backgrounds and abilities in writing poetry. By using acrostic techniques, this classroom action research is planned to use two research cycles with a KKM value of 75 and a success rate of above 75%. Based on the results of the data analysis of classroom action research in the first cycle, it was found that the teacher's observation score was very good with a value of 3.33, the value of student observation also reached 62.5% success, and the student's poetry writing score reached 66.6%. In the second cycle, there was a very significant increase. The teacher's observation value increased to 3.55, the student's observation score also increased, making the success rate 100% and the value of writing poetry, all students succeeded in exceeding the KKM score of 75 so that the success percentage was 100%. Thus the classroom action research was declared successful and was stopped in the second cycle. From these results, it can be concluded that acrostic techniques can improve students' ability to write poetry.

This study aims to identify and describe the structure, values, and cultural context of the Tembang Pisaan oral literature. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research method because literature is a form of creative work that is constantly changing. Data collection techniques used; observation, interviews, documentation and recording techniques. The data analysis technique used is; domain analysis, taxonomic analysis, component analysis, and culture theme analysis. The result of this research is that the oral literature of Tembang Pisaan has a physical and mental structure. Meanwhile, the value analysis in this study is cultural values and religious values, namely those concerning the relationship between man and God, human relationship with society, and human relationship with himself. The cultural context is in the form of its application in society, because the pisaan song is rich in customs, moral messages, advice, and cultural treasures that are useful for the supporting community.
