Peningkatan prestasi belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran bahasa arab menggunakan media kartu bergambar pada siswa 使用学生的媒体图卡提高学生的阿拉伯语学习成绩

The background of this study was the students' difficulties in memorizing the materials of school equipment. Problem solving is needed by using of effective  and easily obtainable learning media such as pictured card (flash card) media,  based on group  in the classroom.  The purpose of this study was to enhance vocabulary mastery of Arabic (mufradat) students on the material of school equipment of students in grade VII.I with core competence (KI) understand and apply the knowledge (factual, conceptual, and procedural) based on their curiosity about science, technology , cultural arts related phenomena and visible eye events. The results showed  an increase in students' mastery of Arabic vocabulary using word picture card media. The score average of cycle I is 71,22 and on cycle II increases to 78,11. These competencies can be seen from the first indicator, students happy and active in learning activities. Second indicator ,  increasing the ability of students in material of school equipment. Students are able to create their own concepts of learning materials from the results of group learning activities other than teacher presentation. Teacher only as a mentor. this instructional model is recommended to the mtsn teacher as an alternative to improve students' ability on the material of school equipment. From the research, it can be concluded that the using of flashcard can improve  the student  learning outcomes  in grade VII.I MTsN Bonjol on the material of school equipment. This learning application based on group can improve student’s skills in the school equipment.

The person-centered therapy as intervention tools in group counseling for counselors 以人为本的治疗方法在辅导员团体咨询中的干预作用

Guidance and counseling services in schools still do not provide enough counseling and group therapy. One of the reasons why the service isn't up to par is because the counseling teacher lacks certain talents, particularly when it comes to counseling approaches. As a result, a separate investigation on the counseling strategy is required. As a result, the author delivers a concept paper on one counseling and group treatment strategy. After reviewing a variety of scientific sources, this manuscript was created. This article examines Carl Rogers' client-centered approach, often known as self-counseling, as a counseling intervention tool. It is intended that this script will assist school counselor in giving references for counseling and group therapy implementation in schools.

Dampak baik penulisan puisi untuk pengembangan nilai karakter berbasis multikultural di sekolah dasar 写诗对小学多元文化人格价值发展的良好影响

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi nilai karakter dalam pembelajaran menulis puisi berbasis multikultural di Sekolah Dasar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SD Negeri 12 Talang Kelapa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis qualitatif. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa pembelajaran menulis puisi sudah berbasis multicultural, sekolah ini telah memberlakukan kebiasaan menulis dan penulisan puisi berdampak baik pada karakter siswa. Upaya ini perlu dilanjutkan dan ditingkatkan untuk guru di sekolah ini dan sekolah lainnya.
本研究旨在分析小学以多元文化为基础的诗歌写作学习中的性格价值实施。本研究是一种描述性质的研究。这项研究是在SD Negeri 12椰子板进行的。所采用的数据收集技术包括观察、采访和记录。数据分析使用质量分析。研究结果表明,诗歌写作已经是多文化的,学校已经培养了写作和写诗的习惯,对学生的性格有很好的影响。这项工作需要对这所学校和其他学校的教师进行持续和改进。

Pelaksanaan Supervisi Akademik dalam Upaya untuk Meningkatkan Kemampuan Guru SMP dalam Menyusun Administrasi Penilaian 实施学术监督,以提高初中教师的行政评估能力

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya kemampuan guru SMP Negeri 1 Batangtoru masih rendah sehingga perlu adanya perbaikan demi meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Strategi yang dipilih untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut adalah pelaksanaan supervisi akademik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam menyusun administrasi penilaian melalui supervisi akademik. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan sekolah dengan empat tahap penelitian yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode observasi dan dokumentasi kemudian dianalisis dengan metode kuantitatif deskriptif. Hasil observasi terhadap administrasi penilaian diperoleh berada pada kategori cukup. Pada siklus I nilai masuk dalam kategori baik. Pada siklus II berada pada kategori sangat baik. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan supervisi akademik telah terbukti dapat meningkatkan kemampuan guru SMP dalam menyusun administrasi penilaian.

Latar belakang dari penelitian tindakan sekolah ini adalah kemampuan guru dalam menyusun rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran masih kurang sehingga perlu ditingkatkan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam menyusun rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran dengan kegiatan in house training. Jenis penlitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan sekolah. Subjek penelitian adalah guru SLTP. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode observasi dan dokumentasi yang kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan kemampuan guru dalam menyusun rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran masuk dalam kategori cukup. Hasil observasi terhadap kemampuan guru dalam menyusun rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran siklus I berada pada kategori baik. Hasil observasi terhadap kemampuan guru dalam menyusun rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran siklus II berada pada kategori sangat baik. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa in house training dapat meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam menyusun rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran.

The influence of learning media and learning interests on student learning outcomes 学习媒介和学习兴趣对学生学习成果的影响

The purpose of this study was to determine the Effect of Learning Media and Learning Interests on Student Learning Outcomes in Man 1 MusiBanyuasin.  Students of Man 1 Musi Banyuasin were the object of this study. The sample was conducted on 87 students of Man 1 MusiBanyuasin. The sampling technique used purposive sampling in which the respondents were some of the students of Man 1 Musi Banyuasin. The data collected by distributing questionnaires using a 5-point Likert scale to measure 73 statement items. The analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that first, students' interest in learning and the use of learning media simultaneously had a significant effect on student learning outcomes. Second, student learning interest had a partial and significant impact on student learning outcomes. Third, the use of learning media had a partial and significant impact on student learning outcomes.
摘要本研究旨在探讨学习媒介与学习兴趣对一年级音乐班学生学习成果的影响。本研究的对象为满一音乐班的学生。样本选取了八十七名MusiBanyuasin的学生。抽样方法采用有目的抽样,调查对象是曼1音乐班的一些学生。通过使用5分李克特量表分发问卷来收集数据,以测量73个陈述项目。分析方法为多元线性回归分析。结果表明:第一,学生的学习兴趣和学习媒体的使用同时对学生的学习成果有显著影响。第二,学生学习兴趣对学生学习成果有部分显著影响。第三,学习媒体的使用对学生的学习成果有部分且显著的影响。

The effect of leadership and work discipline on teacher performance 领导与工作纪律对教师绩效的影响

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and work discipline on the performance of public elementary school teachers in Cluster I, Rambutan District, Banyuasin Regency. This type of research is quantitative. The sample in the study was 55 respondents with data collection techniques in the form of a questionnaire (questionnaire). The results showed that: 1) there is a significant influence of leadership on teacher performance, 2) there is a significant effect of work discipline on teacher performance, 3) there is a significant influence between leadership and work discipline on teacher performance.
本研究旨在探讨领导与工作纪律对班扬辛县红毛丹区第一群公立小学教师绩效的影响。这种类型的研究是定量的。本研究的样本为55名受访者,采用问卷(questionnaire)形式的数据收集技术。结果表明:1)领导对教师绩效有显著影响;2)工作纪律对教师绩效有显著影响;3)领导和工作纪律对教师绩效有显著影响。

Acrostic techniques as an effort to increase motivation and the ability to write poetry students 作为一种努力的离合技巧,以增加学生写诗的动机和能力

This classroom action research entitled Acrostic Technique as an Effort to Increase the Motivation and Ability to Write Poetry for VIII Grade Students of SMP Negeri 14 OKU. This study involved 24 eighth grade students who have different backgrounds and abilities in writing poetry. By using acrostic techniques, this classroom action research is planned to use two research cycles with a KKM value of 75 and a success rate of above 75%. Based on the results of the data analysis of classroom action research in the first cycle, it was found that the teacher's observation score was very good with a value of 3.33, the value of student observation also reached 62.5% success, and the student's poetry writing score reached 66.6%. In the second cycle, there was a very significant increase. The teacher's observation value increased to 3.55, the student's observation score also increased, making the success rate 100% and the value of writing poetry, all students succeeded in exceeding the KKM score of 75 so that the success percentage was 100%. Thus the classroom action research was declared successful and was stopped in the second cycle. From these results, it can be concluded that acrostic techniques can improve students' ability to write poetry.

The article aimed to determine and analyze the effect of Principal Supervision, Teacher Work Motivation on Job Satisfaction of Public Elementary School Teachers at Plakat Tinggi District. This type of research was descriptive quantitative. The sample in the study was 140 respondents with data collection techniques in the form of a questionnaire (questionnaire). The results showed that: 1) there was a significant effect of principal supervision on teacher job satisfaction, 2) there was a significant effect of teacher work motivation on teacher job satisfaction, 3) there was a significant influence between principal supervision and teacher work motivation on job satisfaction teacher.
本研究旨在确定并分析校长督导、教师工作动机对普立亭基区公办小学教师工作满意度的影响。这种类型的研究是描述性定量的。本研究的样本为140名受访者,采用问卷(questionnaire)形式的数据收集技术。结果表明:1)校长监督对教师工作满意度有显著影响;2)教师工作动机对教师工作满意度有显著影响;3)校长监督与教师工作动机对教师工作满意度有显著影响。

Structure, value and context of tembang pisaan culture in runjung agung district 润中阿贡地区天邦pisaan文化的结构、价值与脉络

This study aims to identify and describe the structure, values, and cultural context of the Tembang Pisaan oral literature. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research method because literature is a form of creative work that is constantly changing. Data collection techniques used; observation, interviews, documentation and recording techniques. The data analysis technique used is; domain analysis, taxonomic analysis, component analysis, and culture theme analysis. The result of this research is that the oral literature of Tembang Pisaan has a physical and mental structure. Meanwhile, the value analysis in this study is cultural values and religious values, namely those concerning the relationship between man and God, human relationship with society, and human relationship with himself. The cultural context is in the form of its application in society, because the pisaan song is rich in customs, moral messages, advice, and cultural treasures that are useful for the supporting community.
本研究旨在厘清和描述天邦毗萨口述文学的结构、价值和文化脉络。使用的研究方法是描述性定性研究方法,因为文学是一种不断变化的创造性工作。使用的数据收集技术;观察、访谈、文件和记录技术。使用的数据分析技术是;领域分析、分类分析、成分分析、文化主题分析。研究结果表明,天邦毗萨口述文学具有生理和心理结构。同时,本研究的价值分析是文化价值观和宗教价值观,即人与上帝的关系、人与社会的关系、人与自身的关系。文化背景以其在社会中的应用形式表现出来,因为pisaan歌曲富含习俗、道德信息、建议和对支持社区有用的文化宝藏。
