A business really needs adequate records to evaluate business operational activities and also determine future improvement steps. 30 Youths in Sitio Tamale, The Philippines have developed a Mushroom Business business which took place in October 2021. The Research Team was entrusted with providing training virtually to answer the need for mushroom Business development in the village. This study aims to describe how virtual training could be effectively conducted by employing modules and virtual presentation. We used SPSS 22.0 to statistically analyze and to describe its percentages based on LikertScale (1-5) questionnaires about topic relevance, modules quality, duration, and understanding. The results shows that 66.67% agree this financial feasibility is relevant. The printed modules are considered as the best way for 53.55% as they strongly agree. However, the one-day training is not sufficient as only 13.33% strongly agree. Lastly, the two-time translation during presentation made 60% participants do not comprehensively understand.

Self-compassion is an attitude of compassion or compassion for oneself, as well as an attitude to see failure as a great and balanced experience, meanwhile, maternal involvement is the active participation carried out by mothers in the parenting process, including the education of their children's experiences. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between self-compassion and the involvement of single career mothers in early childhood care in Gresik Regency. The method used in this research is quantitative correlation with Pearson Product Moment Correlation approach. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, with the number of respondents being 112 single career mothers in Gresik Regency. The assessment of the research instrument uses a rating scale from a Likert scale with a score of 1-5 with 17 item for variable x and 33 item variable Y. Based on the calculations in the hypothesis test, it can be seen that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected because it is known that the r value is 0.25 or the KP value is 6.25% and tcount ttable or 3,4960 1.2893. So from these calculations it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant relationship between self-compassion and the involvement of single career mothers, but the degree of relationship or correlation coefficient is in the low category, and mother's involvement is influenced by other factors by 93.25%.

Social workers have the task of formulating and identifying the required programs. So that, the life skills program is not only carried out within the Dharma Guna BRSPDM environment. Not only that, learning activities supported by partners can provide practical experience to learning participants with mental disabilities. The conclusion of this study is that livelihood therapy activities are a form of therapy-based learning that is able to provide provisions for people with mental disabilities. The identification process becomes the basis for providing navigation to learning participants both from directions to outcomes that can later be obtained by learning participants. Activities carried out individually on identifying learning needs are a way of receiving information about problems and future skill needs of people with mental disabilities.","PeriodicalId":17754,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Pendidikan dan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat (JPPM)","volume":"38 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-07-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"72904527","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In the family environment, parents play an important role in children development. Meanwhile at schools, teachers’ role is also vital in strengthening children’s character. The problem that should be addressed is that parents should cooperate with teachers in instilling good values, such as independence, in children. Independence prevents children from being dependent on others and the most important thing is cultivating children’s courage and motivation to continue exploring new knowledge. Independence encourages children to learn about behavioral choices and risks that must be accounted for. The purpose of this study was to describe the guidance of parents and teachers in instilling children's independence. This research was conducted using the qualitative method with a descriptive research approach. The research location was in At-Tibyan Kindergarten. The data were collected using observations, documentation, and interviews with the principal, teachers, parents, and children in group B. The results of the study found that parental guidance in instilling children's independence was done by providing children with good examples, giving choices to children, guiding children in solving problems, giving sincere praises to children, providing support to children, and developing good communication with them. Meanwhile, the teacher's guidance was conducted through habituation and by establishing harmonious relationships with children, providing a good understanding to children, providing clear information to children, giving advice to children, and assisting them in problem-solving. This research can be used as input in instilling children's independence through guidance at home and school.
