Indonesia is a country with diverse tribes, religions, ethnicities, and traditions. Although Indonesia makes a unique contribution to the life of the archipelago and its citizens, it does not rule out the risk of disputes and conflict. One of them is the existence of ethnic differences, which give rise to stereotypes of certain ethnicities, such as Tionghoa. Not all stereotypes are justified and real. Indonesian history records the existence of social conflicts born from inter-ethnic stereotypes, such as during the 1998 riots. Therefore, this research aims to explore individual lived experiences and subjective viewpoints and provide a platform for authentic voices that are often unheard in discussions of ethnicity and identity. So, this article provides insight into how ethnic Tionghoa people strengthen their perceptions of existing stereotypes. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The research data was obtained through interviews with 30 ethnic Tionghoa people accompanied by participant observation. In contrast, data analysis took a thematic approach to identify patterns and themes that emerged from the results of interviews and observations. The research findings show that an understanding of the diversity of individuals and society that has not been fully accepted reflects challenges, including political history that influences negative perceptions. Unfortunately, the complexity of social relations means that some informants feel that the Tionghoa ethnic community tends to be closed, creating the impression of a lack of unity in Indonesian society. This research is important to explore how the reality of the lives of ethnic Tionghoa people does not fully conform to the prevailing stereotype. Keywords: stereotypes, Tionghoa, public relations

Blended learning is an approach to foster science process skills (SPSs). However, current studies of blended learning showed inconsistent results about the effectiveness of the learning approach. Therefore, this study aimed to investigate the impact of blended learning implementation on the SPs of preservice science teachers. Using a case study design, this study collected quantitative and qualitative data from 20 preservice science teachers at a university in Surabaya, Indonesia. This study utilized an SPS test, a questionnaire, and interviews to gather relevant information. The findings of this study indicated the positive impacts of blended learning on SPSs of preservice science teachers, especially on skills of identifying and controlling variables and graphing and interpreting data. However, the effect of this learning approach could have been more optimal. The main factors that hinder the achievement of the optimum impact of blended learning implementation on preservice science teachers’ SPSs were their insufficient prior knowledge, inadequate self-regulation, and personality aspects. These three factors need to be considered when blended learning is implemented. Pedagogical Content Knowledge (PCK) is the basic skill that represents teacher professionalism and has proven useful for investigations in documenting knowledge that makes a good teacher. Teachers are one of the recognized intellectual actors having a knowledge base and set of skills developed during their teaching activities, to produce competent and highly competitive human resources in dealing with the currents of globalization, accompanied by increasingly sophisticated technological development. This research aims to see, historically, the birth of PCK and the growth and development of research on PCK. The method used is a documentary study by analyzing documents, both journals and books that discuss the results of PCK research. The analysis shows that when PCK research began to grow and develop, there were differences in the term PCK. There was a pattern of change in PCK research, a fundamental change in PCK knowledge by integrating technology into it (TPACK). It can be summarized that the future PCK research is directed to PCK improvement strategies for preservice and in-service teachers, as well as training teachers to be able to integrate technology in classroom learning (TPACK). This research provides a complete bibliometric analysis of scholarly publications on civic engagement in public decision-making between 2014 and 2024. Using the PRISMA methodology, the study reduced a corpus of 208 papers to 136 for further examination. The study examines how educational research enables citizens to participate in public decision-making. The data demonstrate an increasing trend in research that focuses on incorporating civic engagement activities into educational curricula. One major finding emphasizes the positive impact of civic engagements initiatives on instilling civic duty and decision-making in pupils. This increases the chance of future community involvement and informed voting. The study also identifies a gap in research on effective strategies for reaching underserved communities. The findings can be used to create curricula that provides students with the knowledge, skills, and confidence they need to actively shape their communities. Policymakers can use this knowledge to create educational initiatives that promote a culture of informed citizenship. Researchers acquire a platform for future research into bridging the equity gap in civic engagement education. In the development of intellectual property information systems, the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method and Fuzzy Multi-Criteria Decision Making (FMCDM) were often used to enhance the quality and effectiveness of system development. This research aimed to analyze the effectiveness of implementing the RAD and FMCDM methods in the development of intellectual property information systems at Poliban. The study employed a qualitative approach through a case study of the development of intellectual property information systems at Poliban. The RAD and FMCDM methods were applied in the development of intellectual property information systems during the user design stages, followed by an analysis of the quality and effectiveness of system development. The research results indicated that the application of the RAD and FMCDM methods in the development of intellectual property information systems at Poliban was effective and could improve the quality of system development. Using the RAD method, system development could be executed quickly and efficiently, while the FMCDM method allowed for more accurate and precise decision-making during system development. The combination of the RAD and FMCDM methods led to the creation of a better and more effective intellectual property information system.
