The Entrepreneurship Study Program of Universitas Negeri Medan (UNIMED) is one of the educational institutions that plays an active role in organizing Entrepreneurship education. This study program has a vision to produce entrepreneurs. One of the skills required for an entrepreneur is the ability to speak internationally. The problem found in the Entrepreneurship Study Program is that students' English skills are still low as evidenced by the low learning outcomes of students. This problem is suspected because there is no Business English book owned by the lecturer which has an impact on the non-optimal implementation of learning in class. So far, the material provided is adoption material that is summarized in general without adjusting to the needs of students to improve international language skills. Lecturers do not have their own textbooks so lecturers do not have clear guidelines in teaching.

It is very important to strengthen morals and religion from an early age. If the inculcation of religious values has been instilled from an early age, children will have the provision to carry out religious activities and habits easily. This is also done by Pembina Ponorogo Public Kindergarten through the habit of Dhuha Prayer. The research was conducted at TK Negeri Pembina Ponorogo with the informants being the Principal and Teacher Staff at the TK Negeri Pembina Ponorogo, the data collection methods used in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation. From the results of the study it is known that strengthening the morals and religion of early childhood through the habit of Dhuha Prayer at TK Negeri Pembina Ponorogo has an impact on the formation of children's character which can be seen from changes in children's behavior, namely: (1) children have a sense of gratitude, (2) children have religious characteristics , and (3) children are more disciplined with time.

Education is the basis for advancing a Country. In order to achieve a successful education system, therefore educators are expected to be able to improve the quality of educators who are able to educate by using various methods, and strategies and also present innovations prioritizing the use of technology. A problem found in the research is the thematic learning process, students seem to lack enthusiasm and do not pay attention to the teacher in following the learning process. In an era that is increasingly advanced in civilization, it also has an effect on the development of a field, including in the field of education. The existence of learning support media by utilizing technological advances will facilitate students in the learning process. One of the learning media used is power point learning media. The selection of the right learning media will have a good effect on student learning results, including thematic learning. The purpose of the research was to witness the use of digital learning media with the help of power points in thematic learning and to find out the student's response to the use of thematic learning media in grade 4 of SD Muhammadiyah 1 Krian. The research method used is qualitative, which is an elaboration method that describes a phenomenon that occurs in the field in a real way and as it is. Data collection instruments were carried out, including observations, interviews, and documentation at SD Muhammadiyah 1 Krian. The results of the research analysis that has been carried out refer to 4 aspects. As for the use of PowerPoint media in thematic subjects at SD Muhammadiyah Krian, it can be concluded in its implementation, the use of PowerPoint media in thematic learning at SD Muhammadiyah 1 Krian can attract and increase student motivation n in the learning delivered. This study aims to analyze the role of citizenship education with a global perspective to instill learning skills and innovate in 21st-century citizens. This research is qualitative research using a special study approach. Data collection techniques with observation interviews and documentation. . The results of the study show that citizenship education with a global perspective can foster the Learning and Innovation skills of 21st-century citizens through a learning process using the global citizen project model.
