Settlement dependences on determining the vibration characteristics of the machined workpieces, taking into account geometric, physical and mechanical characteristics and the force impact from the side of the cutting tool are established. In determining the dependences the effective coefficient of vibration energy losses was taken into account, providing the required value of which, is achieved by reducing vibration in the source due to the use of vibration-absorbing materials.

The structural-phase state, tribotechnical and durometric properties of hypersonic coatings made of steels 95Cr18 and 06Cr19N9T, as well as pseudo-alloys 95Cr18—AD1 and 06Cr19Ni9Ti—AD1, obtained by hypersonic metallization, have been investigated. It was found that the sprayed coatings from pseudo-alloys 95Cr18—AD1" and 06Cr19Ni9Ti—AD1 contain mainly α-Fe, which is due to alloying of steel particles in the process of spraying with aluminum. It is shown that coatings made of 95Cr18 and 06Cr19Ni9Ti steels have a higher wear resistance under dry friction conditions as compared to composite coatings. The reduced wear resistance of pseudo-alloys is associated with the presence of a large amount of relatively soft aluminum in them. It is shown that the corrosion resistance of a composite coating made of Fe—Al in a 10 % aqueous solution of NaCl is about 2 times higher than that of coatings made of high-chromium steels 95Cr18 and 06Cr19Ni9Тi.

The results of a study of the effect of the spraying temperature and the overlap coefficient on the formation of the coating structure based on a mixture of Cu, Zn and Al2O3 particles applied by cold gas-dynamic spraying are presented. X-ray diffraction analysis has shown a decrease in the size of coherent scattering regions (CSR) from 200 nm to 90 nm for copper and to 64 nm for zinc when using an overlap coefficient of 55 % and more significant (up to 22 nm) with an overlap of 64 %. The CSR sizes of electronic type compounds CuZn3 (ε-phase) and Cu5 Zn8 (γ-phase) are quite close to the CSR size of zinc. The microdeformation of copper decreases from 187 to 119 % with an increase in the deposition temperature and does not depend on the overlap coefficient. For the electronic compound of the ε-phase, the microstrain value increases, and the γ-phase decreases by 2 times (from 0.31 to 0.17 %). The mass fraction of aluminum oxide (corundum) decreases from 5.4 to 2.2 % with an increase in the spraying temperature. The use of the maximum spraying temperature of 450 °C is accompanied by the formation of zinc oxide, the mass fraction of which is 4.3 % with 64 % overlap.

With a view to increase the strength of the products, two schemes have been developed for forming iron powders. Schemes involve intensive shifts between iron particles. One of the schemes is designed for forming billets, which after their sintering are deformed in dies without heating. The second of the schemes is designed for manufacturing directly at the stage of compacting the powder of conical thin-walled bushings of variable cross-section. As a result of the shifts between the particles, the densities of the molded billets were achieved, which allowed them to be tested for shear strength up to the sintering stage. The dependences between the density in the sections of the molded billet, its hardness and strength after sintering are experimentally determined. The dependence of the shear stress on the work piece on its molding scheme, the effect of magnetic pulse processing (MPP), and the powder composition is studied and described by the regression equation. The dependence of strength distribution in manufactured thin-walled bushings on the place of its measurement, the impact of MPP and powder composition is described similarly.
