Influence of pre-heat treatment on wear resistance of 40Kh13 steel modified with nitrogen ions 预处理对氮离子改性40Kh13钢耐磨性的影响

The mechanism of wear of 40Kh13 steel modified with nitrogen ions, subjected to preliminary heat treatment in various modes, has been investigated. It is shown that the phase composition of the nitrided layer includes chromium nitride CrN and a matrix phase α-Fe. It was found that in the process of friction of the nitrogen-modified steel 40Kh13, accelerated wear of the nitrided layer is recorded with a decrease in its thickness to a certain critical value. It is shown that with an increase in substrate hardness, the critical thickness of the nitrided layer decreases from 11...12 μm to 9...10 μm.

Surface modification of die steels with B—Al-layers by thermal-chemical treatment b - al层模具钢的热化学表面改性

The effect of diffusion high-temperature boroaluminizing (HBA) on the mechanical properties and quality parameters of the surface layer of stamp steels 5KhNM and 3Kh2V8F is shown. An analysis of the microstructure and composition of diffusion composite layers obtained as a result of thermal-chemical treatment (TCT) is presented and the distribution of microhardness in these layers is studied depending on the formed borides and carbides. The influence of processing temperature modes of on the parameters of roughness was experimentally established and the wear resistance characteristics of the processed surfaces of the investigated materials were determined.

Preparation of layer-reinforced nanocomposite based on polytetrafl uoroethylene by laser ablation and ion-plasma modifi cation 激光烧蚀和离子等离子体改性制备层增强聚四氟乙烯纳米复合材料

The results of researches devoted to solving the problem of obtaining of layered-reinforced nanocompositebased on polytetrafluoroethylene are presented. To ensure the required adhesive strength between the polymer baseand the metal coating based on molybdenum, the surface layer of the base is reinforced with dispersed particles ofzirconium dioxide. It is found that when reinforced with zirconium dioxide, the structure of polytetrafluoroethylenebecomes more dense, and the ratio of atomic concentrations of fluorine and carbon in its composition decreases,which indicates decrease in the number of saturated fluorocarbon bonds in the polymer and leads to higher chemical activity of polytetrafluoroethylene. The obtained data on change in the chemical state of the layered-reinforcedcomposite components indicate high degree of interaction between the polymer matrix elements, reinforcing components and coating elements in the area of the intermediate mesolayer.

Determination of the stress-deformed state of cylindrical parts at circular oscillation of a sectorial working tool 扇形刀具圆周振荡时圆柱件应力变形状态的测定

It is described the effect of the frequency of circular oscillations of a sectorial working tool on the stressstrain state of cylindrical parts. As a result of computer modeling, it was revealed that under the same loading conditions, the action of a working tool with different frequencies of circular oscillations creates different values of temporary and residual stresses. In the case of movement in one direction of the tool and the workpiece, the minimum value of stresses is formed, and with their oncoming movement, the value of the maximum stresses increases by 15...40 %. The resulting value of the residual stresses generally increases. With an increase in the frequency of circular oscillation of the working tool, the intensity of residual stresses increases by 1.2...2 times. The intensity of deformation changes in direct proportion to the value of the frequency of the circular oscillation and the depth of plastic deformation reaches 2.1...2.8 mm.

Formation of quality indicators for flat surfaces of machine parts when running them with a reinforcing roller 机械零件用加强辊运行时平面质量指标的形成

The forming of parameters of quality of parts flat surfaces during their rolling by strengthening roller is studied and it is shown that for each value of rolling force there are extremely achievable indicators of quality of the surface layer. It has been established that the spread of quality indicators values on the strengthened surface of the part is stabilized and becomes minimal after three passes of the roller. The functional dependence of the roughness parameter value of the part flat surface on it’s previous value and rolling mode is obtained, which allows solving a number of technological problem.

Deviation from roundness of cylindrical parts under pendulum surface plastic deformation 圆柱件在摆面塑性变形下的圆度偏差

The dependence of the deviation from roundness (Δcr) of cylindrical parts on the main technological parameters of the pendulum RPM has been experimentally determined. It has been established that the pendulum SPD helps to reduce the deviation from roundness, and, consequently, to increase the accuracy of the diametrical dimensions of parts by 3—4 grades, while the minimum value of 6.2...6.4 μm is achieved under conditions of low deformation rate. In addition, using the statistica 10.1 software package, the measurement results were processed to determine the optimal modes that provide the smallest value.

This article provides a comparative analysis of the output characteristics of a foreign proportional gas valve and a Russian prototype. The principle of operation of such a valve is considered. The plan of the experiment to study the effect of the anti-friction coating of molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) on the surface of the armature of an electromagnetic proportional gas valve made of alloy 16X-VI on the output characteristics of the valve is described in detail. The structural features and properties of the used MoS2 coating are described.

Improving the uniformity of strength distribution in cylindrical specimens formed from iron based powders 提高了铁基粉末圆柱试样强度分布的均匀性

The distribution of microhardness in cylindrical samples formed from industrial iron-based powders and not subjected to sintering is experimentally studied. This distribution is described by a simple mathematical model. It is shown that the measured hardness has a significant correlation with the strength. Microhardness is correlated with the local strength. Because, during the subsequent sintering and heat treatment of the powder sample, phase transformations occur within the individual grains, the microhardness distribution that occurs before the sample is sintered will remain after sintering. The technology of microhardness equalization in the sample at the stage of its forming, before sintering, is described.

This distribution is described by a simple mathematical model. It is shown that the measured hardness has a significant correlation with the strength. Microhardness is correlated with the local strength. Because, during the subsequent sintering and heat treatment of the powder sample, phase transformations occur within the individual grains, the microhardness distribution that occurs before the sample is sintered will remain after sintering. Comparative study of tribological properties of nanocomposite and nanolayer coatings containing low-friction MoSx and solid a-C(S,H) components 含低摩擦MoSx和固体a-C(S,H)组分的纳米复合涂层与纳米层涂层摩擦学性能的比较研究

Reactive pulsed laser deposition was used to create solid lubricating coatings differing in the dimensions of MoSx and a-C(S,H) nanophases in the bulk of the coatings. For coating preparation, two deposition modes were used, including the co-deposition of Mo and C atomic fluxes in hydrogen sulfide and the successive deposition of Mo and C layers up to 12 nm thick in hydrogen sulfide. The use of the technique of alternating deposition of thin layers of controlled thickness and composition opens more opportunities for controlling the nanostructure and phase composition of this type coatings than with the co-deposition of atomic flows. However, the successful implementation of the layer-by-layer deposition technique largely depends on the degree of adhesion between the nanolayers.
