Study of vibration effect during milling on quality parameter of surface layer of parts 铣削过程中振动对零件表层质量参数影响的研究

Equations are obtained that make it possible to determine the amplitudes of deformations during milling of parts on turning-and-boring machines, which make it possible to control the accuracy and roughness of the processing of parts. Equations were also obtained for determining the root-mean-square values of the vibration velocities and the real part of the deformations of the tool (slider), taking into account the effective loss coefficient of vibrational energy and natural vibration frequencies.

Studies of combined hardening by wave deformation action and heat treatment of steel 30KhGSA 30KhGSA钢的波变形复合硬化及热处理研究

The article describes a new method of combined hardening by wave deformation action and heat treatment. The technological parameters of the method are described. The results of studies of the parameters of the method for hardness and toughness of samples made of steel 30HGSA are presented. Recommendations for the choice of combined hardening parameters to achieve the most effective results are given. Studies have shown the prospects of using the described method in the machine-building industry.

Quality assurance of surface layer during ball-bar hardening treatment under conditions of modern digital production 现代数字化生产条件下球杆硬化处理的表层质量保证

The article presents studies of the quality of the surface layer during treatment with a multi-contact vibration impact tool — a ball-rod hardener, which will significantly facilitate the work of the technologist in technological design in the conditions of modern digital production. The main process parameters affecting the formation of the sur face layer quality were identified. Studies of the process were carried out in order to obtain dependencies for calculating the roughness of the surface, the depth of the strengthened layer, the degree of plastic deformation, residual stresses, processing time and their experimental confirmation. he discrepancy between the results of theoretical and experimental studies does not exceed 20 %, which indicates their high convergence. Technological recommendations are given for designing the technological process of processing with a ball-rod hardener in the conditions of digital production. A methodology for computer-aided design of technological processes using the Microsoft Visual Studio software development environment in the C# programming language has been developed and presented. A software module of the computer-aided design system of technological processes of ball-rod hardener processing has been developed.

Expanding of conditions for use of solid lubricant coatings based on molybdenum diselenide due to their sulfur doping 二硒化钼由于硫掺杂而扩大了固体润滑剂涂层的使用条件

Comparative studies of the tribological properties of MoSex /Mo and MoSexSy /Mo coatings in an environment of humid air and nitrogen at an increased contact load have been carried out. The coatings were obtained by pulsed laser deposition from a MoSe2 target, which ensured the formation of a nanocomposite structure consisting of an amorphous matrix and Mo nanoparticles. To dope the coatings with sulfur atoms, the MoSe2 target was ablated in H2S gas of varying pressure. It has been established that optimization of the reactive gas pressure is required to improve the tribological properties of the MoSex /Mo coatings. When sulfur atoms are introduced up to a concentration of 7...14 at. %, a significant increase in the wear resistance of the coatings was observed both during tribological tests in air and in nitrogen. In this case, a notice able effect was achieved in reducing the coefficient of friction. As a result of alloying with sulfur, the friction coefficient in air decreased to 0.035, and in nitrogen to 0.015. The results of the study of wear tracks and wear debris by micro-Raman spectroscopy are presented, which made it possible to reveal the features of tribo-induced processes in the created coatings.

The effect of the current pulse time on the roughness and surface continuity of the electrospark coating is studied. It is established that in the coating mode: the current pulse time is 2•10–5 s, the frequency is 250 Hz, the stress is 50 V, the roughness parameter is Rz = 80 µm, the continuity is high, but the disadvantage is the low productivity of the process.

The results of experimental research of tribotechnical characteristics of cutting tools with different wearresistant coatings during milling treatment of titanium alloys are presented. On the basis of the analysis of the obtained results the positive influence of TiB2 as a part of the combined coating on the wear resistance of the cutting tool is established.

High-entropy TiAlCuFeNiV coatings were prepared on titanium alloy Ti6Al4V by electrospark deposition with a non-localized electrode using an equimolar anode mixture consisting of granules of pure metals and alloys. During the ESD process, the electrical erosion of granules made of different metals proceeded with different intensities, which determined the ratio of metals in the coating. The thickness of the coatings was in the range from 20 to 24.7 μm. According to the data of X-ray phase analysis, the structure of the coatings is represented by a solid solution with a body-centered cubic (bcc) lattice and CuTi3, FeTi, Al65Cu20Fe15, and Ni35Al30Ti35 intermetallic compounds, and the proportion of intermetallic compounds increased with increasing pulse duration during ESD. Coatings were tested for oxidation resistance at a temperature of 900 °C and corrosion resistance by impedance spectroscopy and potentiodynamic polarization in a 3.5 % NaCl solution, as well as microhardness, friction coefficient and wear of coated samples with depending on the discharge pulses duration.
