Pedagogical and philosophical in postmodern philosophical discourse: the world as text 后现代哲学话语中的教育哲学:作为文本的世界

The main purpose of the study is to determine the historical and pedagogical aspects of philosophical discourse. The difficulty in defining history as a scientific discipline is explained by the fact that this term is ambiguous and can be found in the scientific literature in three meanings. First of all, history is a certain entity, a substance, which unfolds its existence in time. A similar interpretation of history is close to speculative concepts of the philosophy of history. The ideas examined in the article indicate the presence in the modern scientific discourse of a polylogue, a dialogue of cultures, a plurality of conceptual views, both opposite and related, thereby substantiating the existence of a postmodern worldview paradigm. The result of the study was the characterization of historical and pedagogical aspects in philosophical discourse.

Pedagogical diagnostics of the levels of formation of professional competence of future managers according to metacognitive skills 根据元认知技能对未来管理者职业能力形成水平的教育诊断

The main purpose of the study is to conduct pedagogical diagnosis of the levels of professional competence of future managers according to metacognitive skills. The process of forming a specialist of a qualitatively new level is significantly constrained by the existing gap between the achievements of science and education, therefore, the coefficient of useful use of scientific discoveries and new technologies is sharply reduced, basic knowledge is ousted from the content of educational processes by applied knowledge. The present sets before the society the tasks of training physical culture teachers who mastered not only a high level of professional training. As a result, a pedagogical diagnosis of the levels of professional competence of future managers according to metacognitive skills was conducted.
本研究的主要目的是根据元认知技能对未来管理者的职业能力水平进行教学诊断。形成一个具有质的新水平的专家的过程在很大程度上受到科学和教育成就之间现有差距的制约,因此,科学发现和新技术的有用利用系数急剧降低,基础知识被应用知识从教育过程的内容中剔除。目前摆在社会面前的任务是培养不仅掌握高水平专业训练的体育教师。因此,根据元认知技能对未来管理者的职业能力水平进行了教学诊断。

Training of qualified professional personnel in the context of artificial intelligence development 在人工智能发展的背景下培养合格的专业人才

The purpose of this research was to substantiate the prospects of retraining programs for citizens in the context of artificial intelligence development. The main methods of studying the problem were a review of the international experience of retraining programs for citizens in the context of artificial intelligence development and an assessment of the possibilities of its adaptation to Russian economic practice. Arguments have been presented that convince the need to develop programs for retraining citizens in the context of artificial intelligence development to improve the level and quality of life of the population. The article summarizes the international experience in the development of retraining programs for citizens in the context of artificial intelligence development.
本研究的目的是在人工智能发展的背景下证实公民再培训计划的前景。研究这一问题的主要方法是回顾人工智能发展背景下公民再培训计划的国际经验,并评估其适应俄罗斯经济实践的可能性。有观点认为,在人工智能发展的背景下,有必要制定公民再培训计划,以提高人口的生活水平和质量。文章总结了人工智能发展背景下公民再培训项目发展的国际经验。

The aim of the study is to determine and describe endogenous and exogenous factors in the development of financial services in a turbulent economic environment. In the study, the authors used general economic and specific methods of scientific knowledge, including: formalization, abstraction, dialectical, graphic, decomposition, monographic, analysis and synthesis, abstract-logical, generalizations, observations, comparisons and others. The article systematizes and analyzes the basic factors that determine the development and functioning of the financial services market. It is proved that an important role in the development of the financial services market is played by economic factors, among which the authors selected certain groups and studied the peculiarities of their formation.
本研究的目的是确定和描述在动荡的经济环境中金融服务发展的内生和外生因素。在研究中,作者使用了一般的经济学和具体的科学知识方法,包括:形式化、抽象化、辩证法、图解法、分解法、专题法、分析和综合法、抽象逻辑法、归纳法、观察法、比较法等。本文系统分析了决定金融服务市场发展和运作的基本因素。事实证明,经济因素在金融服务市场发展中发挥着重要作用,作者从中选择了一些群体,并研究了其形成的特点。

The purpose of the study is to justify the need to study and analyze the development of regional inclusive tourism as a factor in the social adaptation of persons with disabilities. Material and research methods. The combination of the following mutually complementary scientific research methods was used to achieve this goal: theoretical: analysis of regulatory documents, indicators of the development of inclusive tourism both in the whole of the Russian Federation and in the Krasnodar Territory; comparison, formalization, analogy method, forecasting the development of inclusive tourism; empirical: statistical observation, the study of tourist markets, tourist products, description. Inclusive tourism is not only of great economic importance for the development of the tourism industry as a whole, but it is also an important tool for the social adaptation of people with special needs. It strengthens their self-esteem and helps emotional and physical rehabilitation.

Use of intelligent technologies in tourism 智能技术在旅游业中的应用

The purpose of the article is to explore the essence and features of using intelligent technologies in tourism and to develop proposals for their implementation. The subject of research – intelligent technologies in tourism, the technology of forming the "profile" of the tourist. The research methodology consists in the application of methods of analysis, synthesis, comparison, generalization, forecasting, as well as in the use of systematic and activity approaches. The article presents the technology of forming the "profile" of the tourist.  The scientific novelty is that this article proves the effectiveness of the use of intelligent technologies to create a model of the tourist, his "profile" using neural networks. Effective use of information from various sources in the field of tourism is an important and difficult task. Managers are often forced to make decisions based on partial, incomplete and inaccurate information. The article considers knowledge management in a rapidly changing environment for the task of promoting a tourism product.

Forming the fundamentals of social culture and cultural competence in school students in the process of mastering the content of musical pieces 在校学生在掌握音乐作品内容的过程中形成社会文化基础和文化能力

Students’ mastery of the content of musical pieces in different artistic genres provides for a versatile development of their moral culture as the basis of social culture and cultural competence. The condition for the success of this process lies in the musical activity transcending to the creative level allowing access to the imaginative and emotional “overtones” in the sound of music. Involving all children and adolescents in musical creativity is possible through the implementation of the pedagogical technology of interactive music-making that involves a complementary interaction with the outside source of sound. A pedagogical experiment conducted as a part of concerts of the artistic and educational project “Music-making for all” that were designed based on the aforementioned technology demonstrates students’ successful mastery of the content of the performed pieces, as well as the development of the required characteristics of social culture in them.

Deontological teachers and parents’ preparation for the joint design of an individual education route for high school students 道德教师和家长为共同设计高中生个人教育路线做准备

Deontological teacher`s and parents preparation for the joint design of the individual educational route of students is one of the main conditions for the successful solution of the problems of modern education, focused on its humanization and individualization. The aim of the study is to develop and test a deontological model of teacher`s and parents training for the joint design of an individual educational route for students. A pedagogical experiment was carried out, consisting of the introduction of the developed deontological model into the practice of the activities of a general education school. The experimental and control groups were formed, which consisted of 249 parents and 62 teachers. The pedagogical experiment lasted for one academic year. The following were revealed: positive changes in the position of parents and teachers of the experimental group in interaction with each other, an increase in the number of respondents characterized by a reliable level of deontological readiness for joint pedagogical design (an increase of 56,6%), the actualization of the professional self-determination of high school students.

The experimental and control groups were formed, which consisted of 249 parents and 62 teachers. The pedagogical experiment lasted for one academic year. Construction of factor equivalence scales that consider patterns in the change of human development indicators of the Russian Federation 构建考虑俄罗斯联邦人力发展指标变化模式的要素等效量表

The present study is devoted to the construction of factor equivalence scales that take into account the patterns in the change of human development indicators of the Russian Federation. Based on the statistical data of the 2018 survey on income and expenses of 48.124 households, conducted by the Federal State Statistics Service (Rosstat), a linear multiple regression model was constructed, variance analysis was performed, and a matrix of paired correlation coefficients of the most significant regression variables in the studied statistical data was calculated. The analysis of the calculated family ES for 2018 has shown that to increase the human development index, it is advisable to develop state measures based on the ES to eliminate socio-economic imbalances and uneven development of individual processes of the basic components of human development in the regions of the Russian Federation.
本研究致力于构建考虑到俄罗斯联邦人类发展指标变化模式的因素等效量表。基于联邦国家统计局(Rosstat)2018年对48.124户家庭的收入和支出调查的统计数据,构建了线性多元回归模型,进行了方差分析,并计算了所研究统计数据中最显著回归变量的配对相关系数矩阵。对2018年计算的家庭ES的分析表明,为了提高人类发展指数,建议制定基于ES的国家措施,以消除俄罗斯联邦各地区人类发展基本组成部分的社会经济失衡和个体进程的不均衡发展。

The purpose of the research is to identify the patterns of development of educational systems of Russia and the West with emphasis on the features of the introduction of the Bologna process into the Russian higher education system. In the process of research, methods of comparative analysis, cyclicity, intersectoral synthesis, theoretical and legal modeling, historical and legal reconstruction, as well as other methods of scientific knowledge were used. The concept of the cycle of social history in relation to the genesis of the State and law in general and in relation to the concept of educational law in particular is justified. The conceptual difference between the educational systems of Russia and the West in terms of the mechanism of their formation and the goals of functioning is shown. The intra-systemic conflict of the system of modern Russian education is proved, combining Soviet (specialty, graduate school) and Bologna (undergraduate, master's degree) components.
本研究的目的是确定俄罗斯和西方教育体系的发展模式,重点是将博洛尼亚进程引入俄罗斯高等教育体系的特点。在研究过程中,采用了比较分析、循环性、跨部门综合、理论和法律建模、历史和法律重建以及其他科学知识方法。社会历史循环的概念与国家和法律的起源有关,特别是与教育法的概念有关,这是合理的。显示了俄罗斯和西方教育体系在形成机制和运作目标方面的概念差异。结合苏联(专业、研究生院)和博洛尼亚(本科生、硕士)的组成部分,证明了现代俄罗斯教育体系的系统内冲突。
