The aim of the study is to reveal the content of the structural components of managerial competence, determine the influence of certain pedagogical conditions on its formation among students during the training in the master's program in “socio-cultural management”, and experimental verification and quantitative analysis of these conditions. The object of the study is the process of personal-professional formation of master's students of the faculties of humanitarian management. The positive influence of high motivation on the level of managerial competence has been proved. It has been revealed that the value-motivational component has the least dependence on the duration of training. The article offers effective conditions of forming managerial competence, which have been tested experimentally and confirmed the possibility of their introduction into practice.

The purpose of the article is to determine the essence of such a socio-legal phenomenon as functional legal literacy, as well as to identify and characterize its levels. The main methods on which the research has been based are the dialectical method of cognition, which allows studying socio-legal phenomena in their development and interaction, as well as a systematic approach that makes it possible to consider legal functional literacy as a set of interrelated elements. The authors conclude that legal functional literacy is a universal socio-legal phenomenon peculiar to any society. However, it always has specific content, depending on historical and geopolitical conditions, belonging to a certain legal family and other circumstances. The article substantiates the position that legal functional literacy is a structural component of functional literacy, which is a complex personal and group education, which is based on a system of theoretical knowledge and practical skills focused on the effective implementation of legal relations in society.

The purpose of the study in this case is to develop methods for modeling processes aimed at ensuring investment planning of innovative activities of the enterprise. The methodological basis of the research is the adaptation of technological networks to the methods of financial and resource planning. In parallel, the corresponding mathematical apparatus was developed. It became clear that the activities of the company's department dealing with innovation management have to base on the principles of project management. The research based on the analysis of the process aimed at creating or acquiring an innovation at an enterprise in the context of the resources necessary for the successful implementation of such a process. The result determined and described a mathematical pattern describing the dependence of the probability that a technological operation will be performed successfully on the amount of investment (resources) allocated for this operation. Adjacency matrices became the most appropriate form of representation of models of innovative processes.

The aim of the study was to distinguish the ways and criteria to diagnose the research competence levels of future counselors in the specialty “Social pedagogy and self-knowledge” and to describe diagnostic tools in accordance with each criterion. The research engaged 103 students acquiring master’s degree in social pedagogy at two Kazakh universities. The participants’ research competence was gauged by 4 criteria and assessed by the “Motives definition of the teaching students of higher educational institutions” test, “The attitude to the research competence of future social workers” test; “Significant attitude to research” test, methods of self-assessment of readiness for professional activity, “Intellectual lability” test, “Assessment of the level of development of research skills of students” test, Common European Framework of Reference for English Language, and the “Diagnostics of the reflexive development level” test. The usefulness of diagnostic tools was approbated for assessment of students’ competence in other pedagogical specialties.

The hotel industry is growing and changing every time human needs change. There are a huge number of chain hotel companies ready to meet the needs of potential customers. In the conditions of ever-increasing competition, hotel companies are faced with the task of creating a positive image. The image itself is a mandatory element of a hotel brand and exists throughout its entire life path. Creating a positive image requires a lot of creative and organizational work. The purpose of the research is to determine the degree of influence of the image and reputation of a chain hotel company on the consciousness of consumers. The problem with the study is that it is impossible to accurately determine the unanimous opinion of consumers. Each brand has advantages and disadvantages, some consumers have used the services of chain hotel companies, and some have not, however, this will help to consider different sides of consumer views.

Porter’s generic strategies are important for organizations to gain a competitive edge in their respective market. This is especially true for companies in Asia, the world’s largest continental economy in terms of gross domestic product (GDP) which is also characterized by foreign exchange restrictions, anti-trust laws, and price wars. This paper focuses on the literature on Porter’s generic strategies within the contexts of the three biggest Asian countries (China, Japan, and India). Our review highlights the generic strategies pursued by multinationals in Asia and factors to consider when executing strategic plans in business expansion to the region.

The recovery of labour resources became a topicality of our study. The purpose of the study was the identification and justification the specific conditions for the reproduction of labour resources of a transnational industrial corporation. In the presented research was used the identification of typical problems characteristic of labour resources reproduction of the industrial sector of national economies, as well as the unification of the conditions for reproduction of labour resources, determined by international rules for socially responsible business. And the conditions for the reproduction of labour resources are presented such as: the formation of values of responsible leadership based on the principles of the UN Global Compact; commitment to the Sustainable Development Goals in supporting the reproduction of labour resources; development of interaction with stakeholders.

The main purpose of the research is to analyze the pedagogical aspects of the ethnocultural elements of personality in the literature. The problems of their balance affect the formation of multilevel self-identification: ethnocultural, personal, civil, professional. The search for parameters for the development of the modern educational system in the new civilized conditions led to the emergence at the end of the twentieth century of various approaches, ideas, concepts of multicultural, ethnocultural, national-regional and global education. Each of the concepts considers and solves the problems of pluralism of cultures and its reflection in education in its own way. The results of the research is to determine the pedagogical aspects of the ethnocultural elements of the personality in the literature.

The purpose of the article is to study a system for diagnosing a future teacher's readiness for self-improvement in the context of COVID-19. The high requirements of modern society for the personality, the level of professional competence and activities of educators, and as a result, new requirements for the training of pedagogical personnel and advanced training of teachers in the vocational education system imply the development of not only their professionally significant qualities, but the personality as a whole as a subject of life and self-development. The activity-value paradigm of modern education presupposes the presence of the teacher's subjective position in relation to his own development. As a result, the key aspects of the system for diagnosing the readiness for self-improvement of the future teacher in the context of COVID-19 were characterized.

In the context of globalization and the development of integration processes, the geographical expansion of the European Union, new actors in the system of international relations, in particular regional associations, are acquiring increasing importance. Taking this into account, Ukraine not only declared its intention to join the European Union, but also identified as one of the priorities of its foreign policy course the building up of cooperation with the Visegrad Group countries, with the help of the EU instruments, which form a new architecture of international relations. The main purpose of the article is to review the political and pedagogical concept of interaction with the Visegrad Group. A number of formal-logical, systemic, structural and institutional research methods were applied. As a result, the political and pedagogical side of the concept of interaction with the Visegrad Group was revealed.
