The study aims to assess the effectiveness of the current distance learning process in the higher education institutions, to identify the types of distance learning, negative and positive aspects of its implementation, to describe the prospects and approaches to solving the problems of distance education at universities. The study was based on the analysis of the questionnaire survey of lecturers throughout Ukraine and the Kyrgyz Republic results, which were received in the period from March to April 2020. The novelty of the research conducted in the article was to find solutions to the emerging difficulties in the pedagogical staff of Ukraine and the Kyrgyz Republic during the first periods of the pandemic outbreak. The proposed methods can be used to achieve long-term practical results in providing support to higher education institutions, their leaders, lecturers and students in organizing distance learning, as well as to overcome barriers to lecturers' access to information on the usage of digital tools for distance learning.

This study reviews the impact of hotelescapes elements on customer cognitive responses and customer patronage in Saudi Arabia. This study explored the moderation role of customer motivation. The present study was developed after a systematic review of past literature. The present study found the critical influence of the study’s variables on customer patronage. Furthermore, the study provided some understanding of how hotelescapes affect customer patronage in Saudi Arabia. Three hundred and nine (319) usable responses were obtained. Data were analyzed using Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) and Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The study’s findings show a positive and significant relationship between hotelescapes and customer patronage and cognitive responses. At the same time, there was no evidence showed to support the moderation effect of customer motivation. Stimulus Organism and Response (S-O-R) theory was used to underlie the conceptual framework. In addition, some implications of this conceptual model for theory and practice are discussed.

The article discusses the features of the circular economy and its disclosure in the basic concepts of improving production processes in construction. The concept of a circular economy (CE) has recently become widespread as a perspective for solving global problems such as resource scarcity and waste management. The CE concept in the construction sector is rapidly gaining momentum and is used by many participants to coordinate their plans to build a more sustainable society. However, what exactly CE entails, remains unclear, and the actors involved in the transition to the CE set different priorities depending on their capabilities and goals. The transition to CE requires a more holistic approach and concerted efforts of all parties in the construction business.

The present study investigated the biological properties of umbilical cord-derived mesenchymal stem cells and their ability to differentiate in patients who have had positive COVID-19 PCR test result during their pregnancies. In this experimental laboratory study, the whole placenta specimens were obtained from 30 positive COVID-19 women undergoing cesarean section, with age 20 to 40 years, and kept under standardized conditions. The mesenchymal cells were isolated by enzymatic method and their morphological characteristics were examined by microscopy and absorption spectroscopy and their biological properties, in particular expression of CD markers, were determined by flow cytometry. Finally, mesenchymal stem cells were cultured in specific media in order to differentiate into osteocyte and adipocyte. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. Morphological and physical examinations by microscope and absorption spectroscopy as well as presenting of CD44, CD73, CD90, and CD105 markers and lacking CD34 and CD45 markers demonstrated the mesenchymal entity of stem cells. Mesenchymal stem cells successfully differentiated into osteocyte and adipocyte.

The article describes the results of the study of information needs of students in the formation of the electronic educational environment of the Kazan State Institute of Culture. The study aims to solve the following problems: identify and evaluate the attitude of students to the use of new information technologies in the educational process; define the range of sources of information used by students; to evaluate the degree and effectiveness of using various elements of the electronic educational environment of the institute. The methodological base of the study was a systematic approach as a direction of the methodology of scientific knowledge, which is based on the consideration of the object of study as a system. This study uses empirical research methods, in particular survey and comparison methods, as well as analysis of publications and regulatory documents. Studying the information needs of students to optimize their information support system, intensify their activities in mastering the basic educational program and improve the quality of training of future specialists.

The language, culture and literature of any nation become strong when it has a great translation literature. That nation has a strong culture and literature because it translates the spiritual and cultural achievements of other nations into its native language and benefits from them. Rather, any language that translates world literature regardless of their size creates and enriches the spiritual bridge of language relations. From this point of view, the Azerbaijani language is no exception. The article consists of three parts. The first part deals with the history of inter-linguistic relations, mainly English and Azerbaijani language relations. The second part of the article discusses the history of literary translation in Azerbaijan. Finally, important part of the translation into and from the Azerbaijani language, are reviewed and analyzed. The article concludes by making the point that literary translation is a spiritual bridge that connects different languages and cultures, translators are bridge builders.

The main purpose of the work is to study, typologize interjective phraseological units of the Kabardino-Circassian language and compare them with the Russian language, to establish common and different both in semantic meaning and in the ways of their formation. To achieve this goal, a review of the leading research papers on the topic under development was carried out. In our research, we carried out the following methodological operations: description, scientific, grammatical analysis, comparison, comparison, classification. The study proves that MFIs have the same functions and characteristics as interjections and phraseological units: they express emotions and feelings; they are not members of a sentence; they coincide with the utterance in meaning; they have increased emotionality; they are a determinant of the national specifics, culture and history of each ethnic group. They can enter into synonymous series, as well as independent words, and meet the requirements imposed on such units: they express one concept, are interchangeable, correspond to the emotional content.

The article analyzes historical memory as a source for consolidating the applied linguistic educational space. We concluded that the resource of historical memory in development of regional educational space is a socially consolidating factor, since, regardless of the social and cultural capital, it strengthens the collective spatial identity and awareness of belonging (as a historically established socio-territorial community). We considered the role of historical memory in development of the social investment model of regional management as well and concluded that systematic studies of the problems require the use of a multidimensional sociological construct (which is still waiting to be implemented), but it is clear that historical memory is most constructively interpreted not in the context of tradition, but as a cultural symbolic code of the regional management system (if it does not manifest itself in its pure form and includes selection of historical memory elements for solving managerial tasks).
