This research in visual arts teacher training institutions in Turkey, the discipline of art criticism, in order to determine the effect of the printmaking course is a study which aims to reveal the student opinions. In order to obtain the findings, qualitative data were used. In the 2011-2012 academic year, Gazi University, Gazi Faculty of Education, Fine Arts Education Department, Painting-Work Education Department Elective Art Workshop III (Printmaking) 3 class students taking the course were selected. Research; The students in the 3R1 class were randomly recruited for 4 weeks. During this period, in the optional printmaking workshop, students were given instruction methods which were supported by the discipline of art criticism. The research findings were obtained by the student interview form and the observer's observations. Opinions were obtained by asking open-ended questions. The analysis of the findings obtained was to examine the students' responses to the questions in the interview form, organize them according to the themes put forth by the research questions, calculate the frequency and percentages, make quotations and interpret them. Such an approach is considered as a analiz descriptive analysis ada approach in qualitative research. As a result of the qualitative procedures applied in the research, the optional art workshop in the printmaking course; When the answers of the students in the 3R1 class, where the teaching methods supported by the discipline of art criticism are applied, are examined, it is concluded that their opinions on the content of the course are remarkably positive.

Traditional Turkish art of painting has strated to adopt modern art as a result of westernization movement which strated in nineteenth century. After the proclamation of Turkish Republic, with the developments in culture and art and support in art and artists; the meeting of art and spreading of art among people began. According with the developments in Turkish art, in west the ideal blockade from industrial revolution effected the social life directly. The idea of “group” which was formed by the masses enhanced the self confidence of artists and enlarged the circle of innovative research. This situation effected Turkish art and with the applicaiton of western art movement, the adoption of modernt sense of art was inevitable. The leading artists of that period adopted this innovative western sense of art and they aimed to plant the cultural codes of modern painting in society. As a result of all these efforts, realistic works of art were replaced by modern sense of art. In Turkish painting, between 1923-1960 the impressions of western movement corresponded in Turkish art and paved the way for new researches. The concept of subject before and after the foundation of republic; was aproached in a plain statement in works. In the periods where shape and form dominated, the subject s gained originality. The artists went beyond the ordinary impressions and started to produce original works. In this article, the works of some artists’ on still life are evaluated.

Günümüzde hızla gelişen teknoloji, bireyin birçok alanda yaşamını şekillendirdiği gibi, çocukların temel ihtiyacı olan oyunlar üzerinde de etkili olmuştur. Dijital oyunlar, çocuğun yaşamına sadece olumlu yönde etki etmemiş, birçok olumsuzluğu da beraberinde getirmiştir. Bu olumsuzluklardan birisi de dijital oyun bağımlılığıdır. Özellikle çocukların sosyal ve duygusal açıdan bunalımlı bir dönem yaşadığı ergenlik çağlarında, oyun bağımlısı olması, çocuğun gelişimini olumsuz yönde etkileyebilir. Bu açıdan bakıldığında bu çağ çocuklarının dijital oyun bağımlısı olmasında etkili olan faktörlerin belirlenmesi, konu ile ilgili çalışan uzmanlara ve yapılacak çalışmalar kaynak oluşturabilecektir. Araştırmanın amacı, dijital oyun oynayan ortaokulda öğrenim gören çocukların dijital oyun bağımlılık düzeyleri üzerinde çeşitli değişkenlerin etkili olup olmadığını saptamaktır. Araştırmada nicel araştırma yöntemi kullanılmış, çalışma grubu amaçlı örnekleme yöntemlerinden ölçüt örnekleme yöntemiyle belirlenmiştir. Araştırmaya Erzincan ilinde bulunan iki ortaokulda öğrenim gören ve dijital oyun oynayan 134 çocuk dahil edilmiştir. Araştırmada çocukların demografik özelliklerini belirleyebilmek için araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen Genel Bilgi Formu ile dijital oyun bağımlılık düzeylerini belirleyebilmek için Hazar ve Hazar (2017) tarafından geliştirilen Çocuklar İçin Dijital Oyun Bağımlılığı Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Araştırmadan elde edilen analizler sonucunda, çocukların dijital oyun bağımlılığı düzeyleri üzerinde yaş ve annenin dijital oyun oynama durumunun etkili olduğu saptanırken; cinsiyet, yaş, kardeş sayısı, anne ve baba öğrenim durumu, anne ve baba dijital oyun oynama durumu ve dijital oyun türü değişkenlerinin etkili olmadığı belirlenmiştir.

Impressionism is considered as the beginning of modern art. Impressionism had redesigned the whole art of painting. The innovations brought by Impressionist art had performed exchange on almost every field; from point of view of the artists, to the subjects they chose, and the way they process the subjects. These changes opened the way for new breaks in the history of art and deserved the title of the pioneer of modern art. It is necessary to look at the innovations brought about by art of impressionism. These innovations can be listed as follows: Instead of noble subjects, ordinary subjects were chosen, light was scientifically examined, colors were given side by side, and workshops were preferred instead of open air. To seize the moment fast works were provided therefore canvas sizes were kept small. Instead of a linear perspective, the air perspective with colors was preferred. Impressionism is the cafes, rivers, railway stations, streets and all other public spaces that urbanization offers to the community. In portraits, the subjects are ordinary people. All impressionist issues are up to date. For this reason, impressionism is the most important stage of modern art by destroying the classical academic tradition.

The aim of this study is to examine the perceptions of the levels of teachers about work alienation and their principals’ leadership styles. The research model is relational and survey model. The sample of the study consists of 329 teachers. SPSS 17.00 program was used to analyze the data. Findings; According to branch, transformational leadership and school alienation scores of teachers differ significantly. Transformational leadership, transactional leadership and school alienation scores of teachers differ significantly according to gender. According to the length of service at school, transformational leadership, laissez faire leadership and isolation scores of teachers differ significantly. According to seniority, transactional leadership scores of teachers differ significantly. There is a low positive correlation between laissez faire leadership perceptions and levels of weakness, meaninglessness and isolation. There is a low negative correlation between transformational leadership perceptions and levels of weakness, meaninglessness and isolation.

In the field study, it was identified that handmade bricks and tiles were used in some of the houses in Borçka district of Artvin province. It was learned that the production of the bricks used in these structures was made in Ibrikli and Adagül villages in Borçka, while the production of the tiles was made in the Opuca location in the village of Ibrikli. In the field study, it was also learned that the production is not made at the present time. The aim of the research is to find out about the old tile and brick production sites, methods and history in the region.
