Study on the Pathogenesis of Dengue Hepatitis 登革肝炎发病机制的研究

Dengue virus (DENV) is a single-stranded RNA virus that is transmitted by Aedes aegypti and Aedes albopictus. As a global health problem, early diagnosis and timely treatment of DENV are imperative. Therefore, it is important to explore the association between dengue fever and hepatitis and its pathogenesis and development mechanism of action. This may lead to the identification of biological markers for the prevention and treatment of dengue fever-induced hepatitis. In this study, we identified differentially expressed genes associated with interferon signaling to further understand the relationship between dengue fever and hepatitis. It has been speculated that during dengue-induced hepatitis, DEXD/H-box helicase 58 (DDX58) and interferon-induced protein with tetratricopeptide repeats 1 (IFIT1) are primarily responsible for pathogen identification. The joint action of HECT and RLD domain containing E3 ubiquitin protein ligase 5 (HERC5) and ubiquitinspecific peptidase 18 (USP18) regulate the biological effects of interferon and participate in the occurrence and development of this disease.

Fracture Mechanism on Supercritical Carbon Dioxide Blasting in Low-Permeability Coal Under Various Crustal Stresses 不同地壳应力下低渗透煤超临界二氧化碳爆破破裂机理

The low permeability of coalbed inhabits exploring coalbed methane (CBM) in China. In order to enhance CBM production, supercritical carbon dioxide (SC-CO2) blasting is used as an efficient and promising method. In the paper, the experiments of SC-CO2 blasting were performed for coal and concrete specimens in the large size (1 m × 1 m × 0.5 m) under different crustal stresses, and then the fracture mechanism was analyzed. The results show that Crushing zone, rupture zone, and vibration zone were formed in sequence around the blasting hole, which provide the experimental and theoretical foundation for the field blasting.

The outbreak of corona virus disease 2019 (COVID-19) challenges medical systems in our country, and it also causes distress for infected patients Care is required by patients with COVID-19 Quality care is important for protecting the physical and mental health of patients with COVID-19 Owing to the extremely infectious nature of COVID-19, patients are more sensitive when it concerns to protective articles Safe and comfortable protection materials are conducive to the promotion of the physical and mental recovery of patients Protection articles of nanomaterial (PAN), a new type of protection article, possesses bactericidal ability, and can help patients in resisting the invasion of external adverse substances Hence, it is of great significance to probe into the effect of PAN combined with comfort care on the mental health of patients diagnosed with COVID-19 Comparisons between patients who use PAN and patients who used general articles were conducted in terms of negative emotions, self-efficacy, mental elasticity, coping style, and care evaluation These comparisons revealed that PAN can greatly reduce patients' anxiety, depression, and negative emotions, and can also improve patients' self-efficacy and mental elasticity Patients using PAN and patients using general protection articles were compared in terms of comfortable living, satisfaction with protection, and self-psychological evaluation prior to care All patients' scores were improved following care, yet the scores of patients using PAN were significantly higher than those who used general protective articles Hence, this study suggests that comfort care can effectively improve the mental health of patients Comfort care along with the usage of PAN possesses better synergistic promotion ability

Clinical Effects of Sensor AR40E Intraocular Lenses in Cataract Patients with Prominent Myopia 传感器AR40E人工晶状体在重度近视白内障患者中的临床应用

Cataracts are a complex group of eye disorders. Many studies suggest that blood circulation around the eyes, and a rise in intraocular pressure play important roles in glaucoma. Sensor AR40E artificial crystalline bodies can adjust intraocular pressure, improve activity in the optic nerve and increase blood flow to the eye fundus. BL1 can transport Yin and Yang. We designed a randomized, military blind, controlled clinical trial: Control group: (1) A Sensor only AR40E intraocular lens was applied to the skin of Qingming and retrobulbar acupoints on the rainy side, twice per week for 20 min every time, for two consecutive weeks; (2) acupuncture group: treatment was same as for the control group, but the eye was needled into Jingming and retrobulbar acupoints to achieve Qi; (3) Sensor AR40E intraocular lens group: treatment was the same as that for the acupuncture group, the main outcome measure was the change of intraocular pressure and the secondary outcome measure is the score change of WHOQOL ref (Taiwan version). Beneficial outcomes were realized in the right and left eye acupuncture groups and the Sensor AR40E intraocular lens group.

Ophiopogon Saponin B Affects the Proliferation, Apoptosis, and Oxidative Stress of Osteosarcoma Cells by Regulating POU Class 3 Homeobox 3 Expression 麦冬皂苷B通过调控POU Class 3 Homeobox 3表达影响骨肉瘤细胞增殖、凋亡和氧化应激

Osteosarcoma is characterized by early lung metastasis and a high recurrence rate. Research on anti-osteosarcoma drugs is progressing slowly, and patient survival rates have not been improved. Ophiopogon saponin B (OP-B), a steroidal saponin monomer extracted from the ophiopogon japonicus, is effective in the treatment of many cancers. We explored the mechanism underlying the in vitro effects of OP-B on proliferation, apoptosis, and oxidative stress in cultured osteosarcoma U2OS cells. We observed significant reductions in optical density, clonal number, and expression of superoxide dismutase, glutathione peroxidase, and POU Class 3 Homeobox 3 (POU3F3) in the presence of OP-B. OP-B also increased the apoptotic rate and malondialdehyde expression. Downregulation of POU3F3 inhibited U2OS proliferation and oxidative stress in osteosarcoma cells and promoted apoptosis. OP-B reduced POU3F3 expression in U2OS cells, and overexpression of POU3F3 reversed the effects of OP-B on proliferation, apoptosis, and oxidative stress. We thus conclude that OP-B promotes apoptosis and inhibits proliferation and the oxidative stress response of osteosarcoma cells by downregulating POU3F3 expression. These results suggest an avenue for the research and development of new drugs for osteosarcoma.

Comparison of Aedes albopictus Monitoring Methods and Dengue Risk Assessment in Central China 中部地区白纹伊蚊监测方法与登革热风险评估比较

Dengue fever has been attracting more attention in recent years. Dengue fever is mainly transmitted to humans by the Aedes albopictus mosquito and disease patterns are influenced by its wide distribution and high density during the summer season in China. Dengue epidemics in central China previously occurred exclusively in rural areas, while these recent outbreaks mostly occurred in urban areas in southern China. Until now, the presence of Aedes Albopictus in central China has been scarcely acknowledged. This study is a survey of Aedes and attempts to clarify this new distribution pattern using the Breteau Index (BI) method and a polylactic-glycolic acid (PLGA) copolymer mosquito trap simultaneously in urban and rural areas. The BI can provide a direct value on Aedes density compared to CI. Rural areas are at a higher risk for dengue compared to urban areas in central China. Our findings provide a basis for the prevention and control of dengue vectors, as well as providing information for control strategies for other infectious diseases transmitted by Aedes mosquitoes. Vector control strategy related to the management of diseases transmitted by Aedes should be based on the distribution patterns of different vector species, particularly in the rural environments in central China.

Dengue fever is mainly transmitted to humans by the Aedes albopictus mosquito and disease patterns are influenced by its wide distribution and high density during the summer season in China. Dengue epidemics in central\u0000 China previously occurred exclusively in rural areas, while these recent outbreaks mostly occurred in urban areas in southern China. Until now, the presence of Aedes Albopictus in central China has been scarcely acknowledged. This study is a survey of Aedes and attempts to clarify this new\u0000 distribution pattern using the Breteau Index (BI) method and a polylactic-glycolic acid (PLGA) copolymer mosquito trap simultaneously in urban and rural areas. The BI can provide a direct value on Aedes density compared to CI. Rural areas are at a higher risk for dengue compared to urban areas\u0000 in central China. Our findings provide a basis for the prevention and control of dengue vectors, as well as providing information for control strategies for other infectious diseases transmitted by Aedes mosquitoes. Feature Detection of Nanofibers Based on Nonlinear Mapping Pattern Recognition 基于非线性映射模式识别的纳米纤维特征检测

To enhance the feature extraction capacity of nanofibers, a method of feature detection based on nonlinear mapping pattern recognition is proposed. The characteristic distribution model of nanofibers is constructed, and the spectral characteristic decomposition method is used to recognize the nonlinear mapping pattern of nanofibers at current density. The spatial spectrum beam forming processing of nanofiber features is carried out by using cluster–cluster hybrid molecular reconstruction method, and the association rule feature decomposition of nanofibers is carried out by recursive graph analysis method, and the nonlinear mapping pattern recognition of nanofiber features is realized. The classification and recognition of nanofiber features are carried out by combining the correlation attribute clustering method, and the characteristics detection optimization of nanofibers is realized. The proposed method has higher acurracy than other methods. The pattern recognition performance of nonlinear mapping is good, and the ability of accurate recognition of the crystal structure characteristics of nanofibers is better.

Reduction of Breast Cancer Lymph Node Metastasis by Nano-Carbon Absorption of 5-Fluorouracil 纳米碳吸收5-氟尿嘧啶减少乳腺癌淋巴结转移

To observe the clinical effect of nano-carbon adsorption of 5-fluorouracil (5-FU) on Breast cancer lymph node metastasis in New Zealand rabbits. A breast cancer animal model was established by local injection of a VX2 tumor tissue suspension in thirty New Zealand rabbits. An observation group, control group A, and control group B were established using a random number table, with ten rabbits in each group. Once tumors with a diameter ≥5 mm were identified in the lymph nodes, the animals received the intervention. The observation group had nano-carbon-5-FU suspension subcutaneously injected, control group A had 5-FU subcutaneously injected through the ear margin, and control group B had 5-FU subcutaneously injected; all received a drug dose of 30 mg · kg–1. Half of the animals in the three groups were killed following treatment for thirty minutes, while the rest of the animals were killed following treatment for seven days. Tumors and lymphatic metastases were removed. Tumor and lymphatic metastasis volume were compared. H&E stained sections were used to determine the ND of tumor cells. A dTUP TUNEL assay using Terminal Deoxynucleotidyl Transferase (TdT) was used to assess tumor cell apoptosis. The expression level of casapase-3 mRNA in tumors and lymphoid tissues was determined using RT-PCR. After treatment for 30 mins, the observation group exhibited a significantly higher 5-FU concentration in lymph node metastases, and significantly lower 5-FU concentrations in plasma and tumors. Nano-carbon can increase the 5-FU concentration in tumor tissue, as well as enhance the clinical effect of drugs on lymph node metastases.

Highly Nitrogen-Doped Porous Carbon Nanosheets Electrocatalyst from Ethylenediaminetetraacetic Acid Ferric Sodium Salt for Oxygen Reduction Reaction 乙二胺四乙酸铁钠盐制备高氮掺杂多孔碳纳米片氧还原电催化剂

Fuel cells have the great prospect in energy storage technology from the perspective of energy conservation and ecological protection. However, oxygen reduction reaction (ORR) always proceeds sluggishly leads to limited performance. Choosing an excellent ORR electrocatalyst is considered to be an effective strategy. Herein, we have presented an easy synthesis method to prepare highly nitrogen-doped porous carbon nanosheets (HNPC) electrocatalysts. The as-synthesized HNPC electrocatalysts delivered excellent catalytic properties by 4e– transfer pathway with extremely few HO2–, due to excellent compositional characteristics (highly N doping) and structural features (porosity). It provides some guidance for the synthesis of excellent electrocatalysts, which will have certain significance for the development of fuel cells.
