This research is not only aimed at analyzing whether there are significant differences in the price levels of world rubber and palm oil commodities, and the value of exports in South Sumatra. But also, to find out how the influence of world rubber and palm prices on export levels in South Sumatra. The data in this study are monthly data on world rubber prices, world palm prices, and South Sumatra's export values before the pandemic (January 2018 - February 2020) and data on world rubber prices, world palm prices, and South Sumatra's export values during the pandemic (March 2020 – April 2022). Data analysis techniques in this study used SPSS and Eviews. This study uses SPSS in conducting an independent sample t-test to find out differences in world rubber prices, world palm prices, and South Sumatra's export values before and during the pandemic. Meanwhile, to find out whether there is an effect of world rubber prices and world palm prices on export levels in South Sumatra, a multiple regression test was carried out using Eviews. The results of this study indicate that there are differences in world rubber prices, world palm prices, and South Sumatra's export levels before and during the Covid-19 outbreak. Based on the results of the regression test, world rubber prices have an effect on export levels in South Sumatra, while world palm prices have no significant effect on export levels in South Sumatra. However, world rubber prices and world palm prices simultaneously affect the level of exports in South Sumatra. The government is expected to be able to support the development of downstream rubber and palm oil processing industries in order to increase the added value of rubber and palm products, increase production of rubber and palm oil, and export activities.

Everlasting earnings are needed for the firms to continue their business, and it becomes an expectation for the stakeholders, such as creditors, shareholders, and managers. Therefore, this study intends to prove the determinants of these earnings persistence. At least three factors are available based on the literature review: financial leverage, firm size, and company age. To make the study focus, it treats financial leverage as the primary variable, and the others become the control. By utilizing the quantitative design based on statistical testing, this study attempts to answer this issue. This study uses the firms in the infrastructure, utilities, and telecommunication sectors in the Indonesian capital market as the population and samples, the probability of t-statistic in the regression model to examine the prearranged hypotheses to achieve this destiny. Once analyzing the data from 2016 to 2019 of 25 companies taken by the simple random sampling technique, this research demonstrates that financial leverage and company age negatively influence this persistence; however, company size exhibits a positive impact. Based on the primary relationship evidence, this study suggests that firms reduce debt levels to avoid future failure, technical insolvency, and bankruptcy. Therefore, they can create earnings persistence from their managed business.

So that there needs to be awareness to maintain the environment around tourist destinations. This study aims to determine the effect of environmental management and comfort on tourist satisfaction. The sample of this study were 66 tourists of Kampung Wisata Sawah Pematang Johar, Kecamatan Labuhan Deli Kabupaten Deli Serdang Provinsi Sumatera Utara. The data analysis method used in this research is descriptive quantitative, while the data analysis model used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. This hypothesis testing uses the coefficient of determination test, partial test and simultaneous test. The results of this study indicate that partially and simultaneously environmental management and comfort have no effect on tourist satisfaction in Kampung Wisata Sawah Pematang Johar. This study recommends that tourist attraction managers must maintain tourist satisfaction, especially in terms of managing the environment and comfort, so that this will increase the number of visits. Object managers must be able to manage Kampung Wisata Sawah Pematang Johar better so that the needs of tourists are met, and tourists can come back and even invite other tourists to come visit.","PeriodicalId":189604,"journal":{"name":"Ekonomi, Keuangan, Investasi dan Syariah (EKUITAS)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-05-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131407120","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This study aims to analysis of macroeconomic and microeconomic factors in non-performing financing of Sharia Bank in Indonesia. Inflation and the BI7DRR are macroeconomic factors. CAR and BOPO are indicators of microeconomic factors. NPF is a problematic financing indicator. Research methods with quantitative methods described in multiple linear regression analysis models. The population is obtained from the Bank Indonesia and Financial Ratios of Sharia Commercial Banks through the Sharia Indonesia Banking Statistics of the Financial Services Authority. The data is secondary in the form of monthly data for the period January 2018 to November 2022, so that a sample of 59 data was obtained for further analysis. Sampling techniques nonprobability by means of purposive sampling. The results of the study are as follows: (1) The estimation model shows an R2 value of 0,738 which represents the value of the coefficient of determination. This means that 73,80% of the dependent variable variation is able to be explained by the independent variables in this model. The remaining 26,20% is explained by other causes that are not included in the model; 2) The regression model on the independent variable simultaneously influence the dependent variable, so that the independent variable regression model can be used to predict the dependent variable; and (3) This research produced output that the influential and significant ones are Inflation and BI7DRR as macroeconomic factors that can be used to analysis non-performing financing of Sharia Bank in Indonesia. This research also produced an output that CAR and BOPO have no influential as microeconomic factors that cannot be used to analysis non-performing financing of Sharia Bank in Indonesia. Although CAR and BOPO the results are significant.
