The most important process of economic security is the stability and stability of the national economy, which implies the protection of property in all its forms, the creation of reliable conditions and guarantees for business activities, and the containment of factors that can destabilize the situation. It is obvious that the economic security of the state is determined primarily by the state of productive forces and socio-economic relations, the scale of use of scientific and technological progress in the country's economy, and the structure of foreign economic relations. In this regard, it can be argued that the material basis of economic security of the state is the developed productive forces that can provide expanded reproduction and civilized life of citizens. The economic security of the state is closely linked to the concepts of "development" and "stability" of the economy.

Nowadays, there is no universal method for measuring the effectiveness of the logistic system, which takes into account its dynamics and the whole variety of alternatives determining the processes occurring in it. This article presents the result of scientific research on the effectiveness of logistics system. The logistics costs or profit, which is formed during the promotion of material flows, can be defined as one universal parameter with which the effectiveness of the whole logistics system. The analysis of the regional practices in logistics shows that there are five key indicators of system’s effectiveness such as the aggregate logistical costs, the quality level of the logistics service, the overall performance of the business system, the total duration of the logistic processes in the system and the quality of logistics operations.

The topic of this article is implementation of blockchain technology in all sectors of the economy, infrastructure, and government system. In recent years, introduction of blockchain was perceived as a revolution in business aimed at making information transfers from one device to another smoother, which significantly reduces the cost: the amount of time, money, human capital etc. Since the launch of blockchain eleven years ago companies, regulators and banks have been actively exploring its potential. The innovation resulted in restructuring of many business processes. The main goal of the research is to analyze the prospects of blockchain development in various elements of economy. Methodologically the research is based on systematic approach. Analysis and synthesis have been used. The article weighs advantages and disadvantages of blockchain and analyzes the prospects for its development. The consensus is that using blockchain in modern economy is essential. We understand that financial community`s future is using information technology for data processing. But blockchain`s weaknesses in terms of protecting personal data are concerning. No centralized operators or administrators are involved in blockchain. The system is managed by all participants peer - to – peer, which means that each blockchain member will ultimately be responsible for personal data control and other personal data developers.

The article deals with the problem of economic feasibility of choosing the type of power supply for a remote industrial facility. A comparative analysis of the use of two options for Autonomous renewable and centralized power supply is carried out. The methods described in the article allow us to take into account the distance of an industrial enterprise from a centralized power grid.

Employee engagement is understood by us as the highest stage of commitment. In our understanding, this is such a physical, emotional and intellectual state that can motivate employees to perform their work as efficiently as possible. Achieving employee engagement is a guarantee of the efficient operation of the company and its long-term competitiveness. In order to analyze the individual components of an employee’s commitment to the company in recent years, online survey systems have become popular around the world. We identified eight key areas of employee surveys. We conducted a comparative substantive analysis of five software products based on online surveys of employees and revealed one common drawback. This disadvantage lies in the fact that little attention is paid to such a stage in the life cycle of an employee in an organization as readiness for a career and personal branding. We proposed a direction and tools for such an analysis with testing the effectiveness of the stage for 340 employees. You can be sure that the study of readiness for personal branding provides an opportunity to identify and evaluate the career potential of an employee and increase his level of loyalty in the long term to the highest commitment to the company.

The paper deals with the main stages of the formation of the theory of human capital in works of L. Walras, J.M. Clark, F. List, D. Ricardo, and J. McCulloch who showed the influence of the theories of marginal utility, supply and demand, costs, etc. on the development of human capital. The source of the nation's wealth is "mental capital", i.e. discoveries, inventions, achievements in science and art. G. McLeod emphasized the importance of employee competence, A. Marshall introduced the concept of "personal capital". The essence of human capital is understood ambiguously: a) it is a person as a set of characteristics, b) only his ability to work. The transition to innovative production, an increase in the share of intellectual, highly professional labor costs, etc. contributed to the formation of a full-fledged (classical) theory of human capital. In parallel, the institutional theory of human capital was formed, in which a special role was given to the social environment. On its basis, the foundations of other areas of human capital theory were laid, such as the economy of education, knowledge, and intellectual property. Human capital has been interpreted in an expanded way.

The article attempts to analyze the impact of regional differences in income and activity of using digital financial services (DFS) on the financial literacy of the population. The authors proceeded from the hypothesis that the effect of concentration of financial activity in large federal centers of the Russian Federation on other territories, in particular, the Sverdlovsk region, is approximated. The main research hypothesis is that the regular and active use of digital financial services is more inherent with people living in large settlements and having a relatively higher income; these two factors have a decisive influence on the level of financial literacy. The use of constantly developing digital financial services in everyday life allows people to visualize the dynamics of their financial capabilities, analyze and adjust the structure of financial resources, which increases financial knowledge and strengthens skills .
