This paper concerns new tendencies and challenges of the 21 st century that present-day companies have to face under conditions of the digital economy. It presents the core principles of the new version of management “Management 2.0.” and argues that digital transformation is the main driving force that can give Russia a new chance to eliminate its technological backwardness and help managers select efficient new business models and development strategies. Studies of the evolution of management concepts over the last decades make it possible to determine the main ideas of efficient management that may be adopted by a 21 st century manager. Present-day Russian managers have to make their companies competitive, which is possible only provided a company is changing at the same pace as the outside world and every employee is involved in the process of innovation on a regular basis. The article emphasizes the necessity to consider with the specifics of the Russian mentality that hampers the development of management in the digital economy. It proves that the necessary condition to introduce digital innovations successfully is new organizational forms of companies that encourage their staff to create a real value for their clients.

In housing construction, autoclaved aerated concrete began to be used in 1924 by the Swedish company Skovde Gazobeton AB, and later it spread to other countries like Denmark, Norway, France, the USA and others. In the USSR, for the first time, a batch of domestic aerated concrete was produced by the Latvian SSR, and later in 1959 the DSK-3 Leningradstroy began to operate. For more than 90 years, the development of the science of cellular concrete has been the subject of numerous scientific works by scientists from both the USSR and Russia. Currently, the leadership of Sturan is providing all possible assistance to domestic factories, also a joint venture of foreign investment (capital). Modern plants for the production of cellular concrete were built in almost all regions of Russia. It should be note about the importance of scientific and research work on the management of structure formation, operational reliability, crack resistance during moisture exchange and carbonization processes, the use of chemical additives, frost resistance and other indicators. The ability of a material to withstand the effects of various atmospheric factors for a long time, without significantly changing the appearance and physical and mechanical properties, is a very difficult task, since it constantly changes, depending on the weather and climate of the construction area, and affects objects in the atmosphere. Positive quality of the material, and its ability to perform work at low temperatures.

The digitalization of agro-industrial complex in Russia is at an extremely low level due to the insufficient level of their state support. The aim of this research is to offer an original concept for the effective regulation of the agricultural sector. The methodological basis of the research is a systematic and comparative analysis, cause-and-effect analysis, observation, comparison and grouping, as well as the methodology of the inno-diversification approach. The research was based on information taken from the database of the National Union of Milk Producers. A theory of paradoxical regulation is proposed, an action mechanism is developed that allows, using actual data taken from open sources, to develop digital models for regulating the parameters of the dairy industry in the Siberian Federal District and the Novosibirsk Region. The developed mechanism was taken as the basis for the design of the digital technology algorithm, based on formulas in the form of mathematical software, obtained by the method of the inno-diversification approach. Digital technologies developed on the basis of digital models made it possible to predict with a reasonable degree of certainty the probable values of industry parameters depending on the regulatory impact.

In the article, the author outlined the need to supplement the methods of currency control in the digital economy. The main idea is to introduce a new method – electronic screening. The sequence of actions for implementing this method is shown in the diagrams. The author provides information sources - information resources. The results of the screening form the basis for calculating the risks of illegal currency transactions. The author presented the criteria for determining risks.

The development of logistics in the domestic economy is significantly behind this process in developed countries, both in terms of its accessibility for business entities and in terms of implemented competencies. This is largely due to the use of hierarchical forms of organization of logistics activities, which hinder the efficiency of management decisions in the field of logistics, as well as prevent rapid adaptation to dynamically changing business conditions. This situation for construction business entities is compounded by the lack of a well-established mechanism for their work in the construction market, taking into account changes in legislation on shared-equity construction, as well as the need for early reorientation from narrow-functional construction work to solving additional consumer problems, increasing the use of technological innovations in the construction sector that change the concept of organizing business processes, relations in the coordinates of "construction firm-consumer". In this regard, it becomes necessary to rethink the approach to organizing logistics activities, which should focus on dynamic relationships between construction organizations, customers, banking structures, investors, organizations and transport structures. These circumstances increase the interest in the business environment to the problems of construction logistics, the transformation of construction organizations into real logistics systems that can provide not only a significant economic, but also social effect, since the problem has a pronounced social character. This determined the relevance of the study of the problems of organizing logistics activities in construction and its purpose-the development of theoretical views on the logistics of construction in modern conditions, which will determine the scientific and methodological approaches to the process of creating logistics systems of construction organizations. As the main methods of research on the problems of construction logistics, we used both General scientific methods of knowledge, which allow us to objectively and comprehensively study the conceptual provisions of logistics activities in construction, and private methods (system and complex approaches, dialectical method of scientific knowledge, comparative-analytical, situational analysis). The main results of the research are the clarification of the categorical logistics apparatus through the formation of methodological approaches to improving the construction management mechanism that is adequate to changing business conditions. The results can be used for research in the field of logistics management at the level of a construction company and the economy of the region.

At present, humanity is living in conditions of a digital transformation. The scientific and technological revolution has been replaced by an informational (digital) revolution, during which a new “information society” is being created. With the digitalization of the regions, highly educated, professionally trained human capital is gaining more and more value. Digital transformation changes a person’s life, forms a virtual and augmented reality built into ordinary everyday life. The digital environment, acting on the mechanism of the formation of human capital in the region, complicates its structure, adding new characteristics, presents new requirements for human capital, and poses new challenges for the region related to the formation of human capital, the solution of which will increase its economic growth. justification of the conceptual foundations and analysis of factors affecting efficiency the functioning of regional human capital in the context of digitalization.

The article proposes a study of issues concerned with improving the methodology of management reporting at agricultural enterprises in the context of digitalization of accounting and analytic data. The need for a digital interactive management reporting for agricultural enterprises has been justified; an information space model of the digital operating environment of an agricultural enterprise has been developed; the concept of digital interactive management reporting has been clarified and its role in managerial decision-making at agricultural enterprises has been determined; and a project of tabulated digital interactive management reporting indicators has been designed to provide information for preventive measures aimed at increasing the efficiency of agricultural production. The indicators of the projected digital interactive management reporting of agricultural enterprises have been recommended to be divided into four main groups focused on the goals of managerial decision-making, i.e., to make a profit; develop a resource potential; receive government support; and attract investment.

In the Russian Federation a working system for presenting accounting information, that will allow to use all existing reserves with the greatest efficiency, is vital for successful business operations. Nowadays, making important managerial decisions is impossible without external and internal information. The concept of strategic management accounting is the only way to systematize the acquired information about the basic parameters of the external and internal environment. With the use of this type of accounting, the information about external factors in the macro-environment is generated within the monitoring system, with the results being taken into account when making decisions. The use of various methods and tools of strategic accounting, including accounting engineering tools, will enhance establishing all business processes and getting maximum result from financing and operating activities.

The article describes the process of institutionalizing the theoretical trend of “organizational behaviour” (OB) in Argentina and the Russian Federation. Using the generally accepted selection of indicators characterizing it, a comparison of the attributes is carried out in relation to the two countries under review against the background of the "western model" (USA and Japan). Estimates are based on expert judgment in relation to Argentina and the Russian Federation, as well as publications (in relation to Western countries). The final part compares the characteristics of management style in these four countries. The final part compares the characteristics of management style in these four countries. General conclusion: the lack of qualitative sociological studies showing the real situation in the enterprises of Argentina and Russia, as well as the extremely low level of organizational culture of enterprises.
