Pengaruh Orientasi Kewirausahaan, Orientasi Pasar, dan Manajemen Kualitas Total Terhadap Kinerja UMKM di Kabupaten Karanganyar 创业导向、市场导向和卡拉甘雅摄政UMKM绩效管理的影响

This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurial orientation, market orientation, and total quality management on the performance of SMEs. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with purposive sampling technique and a sample of 187 respondents. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. This study uses data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between entrepreneurial orientation on MSME performance, market orientation has a positive and significant effect on MSME performance, total quality management has a positive and significant effect on MSME performance, as well as entrepreneurial orientation, market orientation, and total quality management as a whole. simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on the performance of SMEs.
本研究旨在确定创业导向、市场导向和全面质量管理对中小企业绩效的影响。研究方法采用描述性定量和有目的抽样技术,样本为187名受访者。数据收集技术使用了一份经过有效性和可靠性测试的问卷。本研究采用多元线性回归分析的数据分析技术。研究结果表明:创业导向对中小微企业绩效存在正显著影响,市场导向对中小微企业绩效存在正显著影响,全面质量管理对中小微企业绩效存在正显著影响,创业导向、市场导向、全面质量管理三者整体存在正显著影响。同时对中小企业绩效有显著的正向影响。

Perilaku Konsumtif Mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi sebagai Dampak Perkembangan E-Commerce 经济教育学生的消费行为影响了E-Commerce的发展

This study aims to analyze the consumptive behavior of Makassar State University Economics Education students in E-Commerce. This research is a descriptive qualitative research using primary data directly taken from informants by way of observation and interviews. The determination of the sample used was Snowball Sampling with 3 informants from Batch 2022 of the Economics Education Study Program, Faculty of Economics, Makassar State University. The results of the study show that the main reason for Economic Education students class of 2022 to make purchases through e-commerce is due to several things, namely, practicality, many choices and considerations for prices and promos given to the online store.
本研究旨在分析望加锡国立大学经济教育专业学生在电子商务中的消费行为。本研究是一项描述性质的研究,使用的主要数据直接从举报人通过观察和访谈的方式。样本的确定采用滚雪球抽样,3名被调查者来自望加锡国立大学经济学院经济学教育研究项目2022批。研究结果表明,经济教育专业2022级学生通过电子商务进行购物的主要原因是几个方面,即实用性,选择多,以及对网上商店价格和促销的考虑。

Pengaruh Literasi Ekonomi Terhadap Perilaku Konsumtif Mahasiswa Pendidikan Akuntansi 经济素养对会计教育学生消费行为的影响

This study analyzes the effect of economic literacy on student consumptive behavior, using a quantitative research approach with survey methods. The research data was collected by distributing questionnaires, the research respondents were 70 undergraduate students of the accounting education study program who were drawn by purposive sampling, and the analysis of research data used simple regression with prerequisite tests for data normality and linearity analysis. The results of the study revealed that the level of economic literacy of students was quite diverse, but around 54% were at a moderate literacy level. Student consumptive behavior tends to be moderate, namely around 60% of the respondents. The results of the hypothesis test reveal that economic literacy has a negative influence on student consumptive behavior. This indicates that students have self-awareness of the ability to buy a product, buy products according to their needs, and can manage personal finances to save.
本研究采用定量研究方法,结合问卷调查法,分析经济素养对学生消费行为的影响。研究数据采用发放问卷的方式收集,研究对象为70名会计教育专业本科生,采用有目的抽样的方法抽取,研究数据的分析采用简单回归并进行数据正态性和线性分析的前提检验。研究结果显示,学生的经济素养水平差异很大,但约54%的学生处于中等水平。学生的消费行为趋于温和,约占受访者的60%。假设检验的结果显示,经济素养对学生的消费行为有负向影响。这说明学生对购买产品的能力有自我意识,能够根据自己的需要购买产品,并且能够管理个人财务进行储蓄。

Pengaruh TPACK Terhadap Kesiapan Menjadi Guru Profesional Pada Mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi Di Jawa Tengah TPACK对爪哇中部经济教育学生的职业教师培训的影响

The world of education is required to always adapt to the current development, especially in terms of technology. Prospective teachers as one of the important elements in education are expected to be able to have three knowledge, namely pedagogy, content, technology, and combinations of the three which is commonly called Technological Pedagogical and Content Knowledge (TPACK) to be ready to become professional teachers in the 21st century. This research aimed to  examine the influence of TPACK on readiness to become a professional teacher. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with a proportional random sampling technique. The data collection technique used a self-report questionnaire instrument that has been tested for validity and reliability. The analysis technique used quantitative descriptive analysis with a simple linear regression test. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant effect between partial TPACK ability on readiness to become a professional teacher. The TPACK component that has the biggest influence on readiness to become a professional teacher is PCK with an effect of 80%, followed by TPK 74.5%, TPCK 68.5%, PK 67.4%, TCK 66.4%, CK 65.5% , and the smallest is TK with an effect of 60.3%.

Pembelajaran Daring dan Manajemen Waktu Terhadap Prestasi Akademik Mahasiswa Pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19 在Covid-19大流行期间学生学业成绩的在线学习和时间管理

This study has a purpose, namely to determine the effect of online learning on academic achievement, time management on academic achievement, and the effect of online learning and time management on academic achievement simultaneously. The object of this research is FKIP UNS 2018 students as many as 1906 students. Sampling using purposive random sampling, as many as 331 samples. Collecting data using a questionnaire. Multiple regression analysis was used for data analysis techniques. The results of this study include (1) there is a simultaneous positive and significant effect between online learning and time management on academic achievement during the Covid-19 pandemic. (2) There is a positive and significant partial effect between online learning on academic achievement during the Covid-19 pandemic. (3) There is a positive and significant partial effect between time management on academic achievement during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Penerapan Konsep Green Economy Dalam Meningkatkan Pendapatan UMKM Tahu di Dusun Tahu Kabupaten Situbondo

Micro Small Medium Enterprises Tofu SMEs in East Java, especially Situbondo Regency, which is located in Besuki District, Jetis Village, are SMEs that have high productivity every day. This has a close relationship with the environmental and economic impact of the surrounding community. The purpose of carrying out this research is in accordance with the formulation of the problem that has been prepared, namely to find out the application of the Green Economy and analyze the obstacles to implementing the Green Economy on the productivity of Tofu SMEs in Jetis Village, Besuki District, Situbondo Regency. The method used in this research is qualitative with triangulation data analysis technique. The results of the study show that the application of the Green Economy to Tofu SMEs has not been maximized. The implementation of the Green Economy is only focused on solid waste management. Meanwhile, the processing of liquid waste and MSME gas actors still feel difficulties due to the lack of knowledge they have. This diversification is considered very helpful for MSME actors in increasing income and opening new jobs for the surrounding community.

Determinan Indeks Pembangunan Manusia di Pulau Jawa: Analisis Data Panel Tahun 2014-2021

This research focused on the objectives of examining, and taking into account the large increase in numbers in the development of human resource development, especially in the area of Java Island, and identifying determinants that have an influence relationship on HDI where the research period is during the 2014-2021 period. The characteristics of this research case study are quantitative. The analytical tool implemented in this research case study is the panel data approach regression analysis. Sources of research data information are accessed through the BPS, Bappenas, and National Single Window for Investment (NSWI), which is defined as secondary data. From the estimation results of panel data, the best model test is obtained, namely the fixed effect model (FEM). There is a conclusion from the research results that project evidence that a variable of economic growth, the existence of a population, and the presence of domestic investment has a significant influence relationship on HDI. From the partial test results of economic growth, there is a negative and significant influence on the human development index. Meanwhile, the relationship between the population and domestic investment variable to HDI is significant and positive

One of the accounting software introduced in schools is Accurate Online. However, the Accurate Online learning media used in schools still needs to be further developed to be able to support teaching and learning activities more optimally. Therefore, the researcher wants to develop an Android-based Accurate Online learning media. The research phase carried out by the researcher refers to the ADDIE model. Several teachers and students at the Institute for Accounting and Finance Vocational High School who introduced Accurate Online, a media expert, a material expert, and 30 students (limited users) were the subjects of this study. The research data were collected by interview and questionnaire techniques. Researchers used descriptive qualitative techniques and descriptive quantitative percentages for data analysis. The result of this research is the Android-based Accurate Online learning media which has been declared very feasible by experts and limited user

Face-to-face learning has been carried out again after during the covid-19 pandemic learning was carried out online and face-to-face was limited. The purpose of this study is the influence of the school environment, learning readiness and parental attention on students' learning interest in economic subjects in face-to-face learning during the Covid-19 Pandemic Period at SMAN 2 Gunung Talang. The type of research is associative descriptive research. The population in this study were all students of SMAN 2 Gunung Talang with Proportional Random Sampling sampling technique obtained as many as 81 students. The instrument used is a closed questionnaire using the t test and F test. Data analysis uses multiple regression analysis where the results of the study are obtained partially for each variable, namely the school environment, learning readiness, and parental attention have a positive and significant effect on students' interest in learning to take part in face-to-face learning during the Covid-19 Pandemic Period on economic subjects in SMAN 2 Gunung Talang. Taken together, there is a significant influence between the school environment, learning readiness and parents' attention to students' interest in learning to take part in face-to-face learning during the Covid-19 Pandemic Period on economic subjects at SMAN 2 Gunung Talang.
