Various innovations have been made to solve problems in increasing consumer confidence to shop safely on e-commerce portals. This study aims to determine the level of consumer confidence in the e-commerce innovation model, as well as to explore the academic point of view. The study used a descriptive approach. The number of respondents in this study was 61 respondents for Students consumers, and 3 explanations from the perspective of academics. The results of the study show various problems that are often experienced by consumers and make consumer confidence relatively low, including; the first is the issue of personal information security, and the second is the issue of conformity with consumer expectations. Consumers believe that buying and selling online increases their shopping effectiveness. In addition, consumers perceive that the presence of an e-commerce portal provides great benefits for the ease of finding goods and services that consumers need. The tendency of consumers to shop online in the future will continue to increase, but consumers have not fully demonstrated the belief that mainstream online buying and selling in the future is more desirable than shopping in shopping centers

This research is motivated by the phenomenon that occurs, the results show that students still have a low level of economic literacy and lack of understanding of digital literacy in X-E3 class students at SMAN 3 Sidoarjo. In the current pandemic era, it requires students to be able to understand economic literacy and digital literacy in order to support a learning process. The low learning achievement of class X-E3 students of SMAN 3 Sidoarjo is the reason for conducting a study. The purpose of this study is to find out 1) The influence of economic literacy on learning achievement, 2) The effect of digital literacy on student learning achievement, 3) The influence of economic literacy and digital literacy on learning achievement. The results of the study concluded that there was a significant effect between economic literacy on student achievement and did not have a significant influence between digital literacy on student achievement and there was a significant value between the variables of economic literacy and digital literacy on learning achievement so that it had a simultaneous or simultaneous effect. This study uses quantitative research by means of data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires and documentation. From the results of data collection, it will be processed using statistical analysis techniques using SPPS software. The solution given to this research is to learn more about economic literacy and science related to basic economic concepts and learn and understand digital literacy because it will be very important to use now and in the future.

This study aims to determine the effect of housewives' financial literacy on the behavior of family financial management by moderating the level of education and work in Mojo District, Kediri Regency. Determination of the research method is descriptive quantitative with research subjects housewives in Mojo District, Kediri Regency totaling 384 respondents. The sampling technique is non-probability sampling using convenience sampling technique by distributing questionnaires or questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this research is Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results obtained indicate that: (1) the financial literacy of housewives has a significant effect on the behavior of family financial management in Mojo District, Kediri Regency. (2) the financial literacy of housewives with a moderate level of education has a significant effect on the behavior of family financial management in Mojo District, Kediri Regency. (3) the financial literacy of housewives with a work moderator has no significant effect on the behavior of family financial management in Mojo District, Kediri Regency.

This study aims to analyze the perception of the people of Nagari North Tandikek about the subsidize provided by the government during the Covid 19 pandemic. The population in this study were people who received assistance from the government which consisted of assistance from the Social ministry of the republic Indonesia, West Sumatra Province, Padang Pariaman Regency, Nagari North Tandikek, and the Family Hope Program, which opened 617 people. The sample in this study found 123 people with a systematic sampling technique. This study uses a descriptive analysis method with a quantitative approach and the type of data in this study is primary data obtained from the collection of questionnaires using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique in this study is descriptive analysis of research variables seen from the average value (mean), standard deviation, maximum, minimum and the analysis of the level of achievement of respondents. The results of this study indicate the lowest public perception of 42.114% (Not Good) with indicators of community expectations with the assistance provided and the highest public perception of 62.602% (Less Good) with indicators of assistance that can improve the community's economy. Meanwhile, the average perception of the people of Nagari Tandikek Utara towards the assistance provided by the government during the Covid-19 pandemic is very low or not good.

This study attempts to evaluate how Ekasakti University's Economic Education students used offline learning to become online during the covid-19 pandemic. This research employs a descriptive research design with a qualitative methodology. The primary and secondary data sources for this study are primary and secondary data. The subject of this study is a student in Ekasakti University's Economic Education Study Program who participated in online learning during the covid-19 epidemic. Interactive analysis was used in the data analysis technique. The results showed that the overall implementation of learning from offline to online for Economic Education students at Ekasakti University went well during the covid-19 pandemic, but there were several obstacles encountered in general, including the readiness to access the internet, namely difficult internet networks and expensive internet quotas, and difficulties in understanding the material, with the problem encountered specifically in using the Digital Class Platform.

This study seeks to find out how economics teachers carry out online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive type, while data collected using interviews with several economics teachers in the Surakarta senior high schools using WhatsApp. The data were collected using purposive and snowball sampling. The results showed that the economics teachers prepared learning instruments at the beginning of the semester. However, the instruments were only the edited instruments from the previous semester. The economics teachers only adjusted them. The instruments made were only as administrative requirements for reports to the local education office. The instruments were not implemented during the learning process. Economics teachers used several media to connect with their students such as WhatsApp Group, Google Classroom, Google Meet, and YouTube. For learning assessment, they used Google Form, Quizzzz, Quipper School, Mentimeter, Kahoot, and the school's e-learning software.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of fixed asset management (land) belonging to the Jambi Provincial Government. A total of 46 sample respondents were taken in this study using purposive sampling method. Asset inventory, asset legal audit, asset valuation, and asset monitoring and control are the variables used in this study. From the results of the analysis using the Multiple Linear Regression test tool, it shows the results of an individual test that it is proven that asset inventory has a positive and significant effect on the optimality of fixed assets (land) which means that it matches the hypothesis, but individually legal audits of asset valuation, as well as asset monitoring and control not proven to have a positive and significant effect on the level of optimality of fixed assets (land) which means that it is not in accordance with the hypothesis, while the results simultaneously show that the four variables, namely asset inventory, asset legal audit, asset valuation, and asset monitoring and control, have a significant and positive effect. to the optimal level of fixed assets (land), the results are proven by the value of F-count > F-table.

This study aims to determine the position and efforts to increase the Regional Competitiveness Index on the education pillar in Konawe Selatan Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through a questionnaire, while secondary data in the form of HDI data, education level of the workforce was obtained through documentation/publication studies from the Statistics Agency (BPS) and the Education Office of South Konawe Regency. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. The results showed that the Regional Competitiveness Index of South Konawe Regency was in a high position with a score of 2.66. Efforts made to improve the competitive position of the South Konawe Regency include increasing the average number of years of schooling; the role of local governments that are proactive in taking a persuasive approach to parents of students; providing scholarships for underprivileged students; as well as opening easier access for students to obtain educational services.

The purpose of this study was to determine 1) The effect of the principal's academic supervision and school culture simultaneously on the quality of teacher teaching, 2) The influence of the principal's academic supervision on the teaching quality of teachers, 3) The influence of school culture on the teaching quality of teachers at SMAN 6 Wajo. This research is a quantitative descriptive research, the population is all teachers of SMAN 6 Wajo. The sample is 54 people. The results of the study show 1) There is a simultaneous influence of the principal's academic supervision and school culture on the teaching quality of teachers, where the principal's supervision indicators are in the good category, while school culture and teacher teaching quality descriptively are in the very good category, 2) There is an influence The principal's academic supervision on the teaching quality of teachers, where the principal's academic supervision has a significant effect on the teaching quality of teachers, it means that the better the principal's academic supervision, the better the teacher's teaching quality, 3) There is an influence of school culture on the teaching quality of teachers at SMAN 6 Wajo where school culture has a significant effect on the quality of teacher teaching, meaning that the better or conducive school culture, the better the teaching quality of teachers.
