The aims of this study were to determine: (1) the effect of academic involvement on academic achievement in online learning; and (2) the effect of digital readiness on academic achievement in online learning. The COVID-19 pandemic that occurred in Indonesia had an impact on the education sector. Learning that was previously done face-to-face in class must be replaced with online learning. This research is a quantitative research using multiple regression analysis using SPSS software with a sample of 80 respondents. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. The results of this study conclude that academic engagement does not have a significant effect on academic achievement in online learning and digital readiness does not have a significant effect on academic achievement in online learning. Therefore, academic engagement and digital readiness are not predictors of academic achievement in online learning.

Digital technology-based learning media has not been widely used yet in SMA Negeri 1 Singosari. The economic subject learning process used by the teachers in SMA Negeri 1 Singosari, in textbooks and PowerPoint, does not maximize the facilities and potential available in this digital era, hindering students' capability in learning well. The school rules that do not prohibit students from bringing smartphones to school and the development of media and technology can minimize the obstacle. This research and development aim to develop an android game-based learning media called "Economic Monopoly (Ecopoly)" for 10th grader economic subject of SMA Negeri 1 Singosari in some chapters such as Sentral Bank, Payment Method, and Payment Tool. The study design for this research is the R&D method that refers to the ADDIE model. The developed media later will be validated by the subject expert, media expert, and the users. The final expert validation result show that Economic Monopoly (Ecopoly), referred to as "Very Worthy, " is used as an economic subject learning media for sentral bank, payment method, and payment tool.

Based on the students' low motivation to learn economics, this study seeks to develop an economics pocketbook. Using the ADDIE method, this development research (R&D) aims to increase students' motivation to learn economics and to determine the level of feasibility, practicality, and effectiveness of using pocketbooks. Data were collected by observing, interviewing, and giving questionnaires. Measurement of learning motivation was carried out before and after giving the economic pocketbook using a questionnaire. It is also used to determine the practicality and effectiveness of using pocketbooks. The data were analyzed descriptively quantitatively in order to obtain a description of the feasibility of the material, media, graphics, as well as student responses and changes in participants' learning motivation. The results of the feasibility assessment show a very feasible category with a validation percentage of 90.6% from material experts; 93.3% of media experts; and 84% of graphic experts. In addition, participants revealed that pocketbooks were considered practical and able to increase students' motivation to learn economics by 3.9% with a t-test result of 0,01.

The financial management of MSME actors is a major problem in developing MSMEs towards financial independence. The challenges during the COVID-19 pandemic are getting more complete along with the weak financial management of MSME actors. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze an overview of the financial management of MSME actors in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, especially the Bangkalan Suramadu Bridge area. This study uses a qualitative research method with a qualitative descriptive approach and the type of phenomenological research. Respondents in the study were MSME actors in the Suramadu Bridge Area, which consisted of Madura Typical Snacks MSMEs, Madurese Knick-knacks MSMEs and Madura Batik Crafts SMEs. Data analysis used qualitative data analysis with the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions/verification. The results show that the financial management of MSME actors in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, especially the Bangkalan Suramadu Bridge area, is more selective in controlling sales stock, generating creativity and innovation in various kinds of products sold, and utilizing social media as an online marketing tool in the midst of a pandemic. COVID-19. This is intended so that the income of MSME actors continues to rotate, even though the turnover is not as fast as before the COVID-19 pandemic.

The aims of the research are to analyze how much influence the professional competence and teaching style of teachers have on student learning outcomes in economic subjects. This study will examine quantitative methods with a sample of 158 students from three high schools in Driyorejo district using an error rate of 5%. The technique used to collect samples is a proportional stratified random sampling technique. There are stages in data analysis, namely the classical assumption test analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, t test and test the coefficient of determination. The results of this study were the professional competence and teaching style of teachers partially positive effect on student learning outcomes in economics subjects in high schools in Driyorejo district
