The success of eradicating corruption is measured not only by the success rate of convicting perpetrators, but also by the rate of recovering state losses. The purpose of this article is to explain the government's legal policies regarding the recovery of state losses through the confiscation of corruption assets, as well as the various obstacles to its implementation. This normative/doctrinal study analyzes secondary data in the form of legal materials using conceptual and statutory approaches. A qualitative-prescriptive narrative is used to present the analysis. In general, the Indonesian government has issued a number of regulations that can be used to recover state losses caused by corruption. This is asserted, among other things, in the Criminal Code, the UNCAC, which the Indonesian government has ratified, and Corruption Laws, which stated that the recovery of state losses can be accomplished through both criminal and civil law procedures. However, the existing policies still face some obstacles, both in terms of unclear legal substance, the ability and commitment of law enforcement officials, to the limitations of facilities and infrastructure.

Small, Micro and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) must be able to become useful institutions for creating the welfare of rural communities. MSMEs must be a space that can create independent communities that gain prosperity and become institutions that can create a higher quality source of livelihood for rural communities. The growth of MSMEs in Tanggamus Regency is not much different from that of the Lampung province But it decreased from 0.959 in 2017 to 0.842 in 2018. In 2019 the growth of MSMEs in Tanggamus Regency increased significantly above the growth of other provinces. Villages have different and diverse characteristics that will have an impact on the working model of MSMEs. Therefore, it is necessary to have a business model that is able to be implementable in a specific context in accordance with the criteria for the MSME model in a village. Therefore, a study of the business model needs to be carried out using quantitative methods. Based on this, this research was carried out in an explanatory manner to find a MSME business model that is adapted to global market segmentation.

The development process in Indonesia has currently experienced a very rapid development, especially in the industrial and property sectors. However, this is obviously inversely proportional to environmental management in Indonesia, which basically the development carried out must pay attention to various aspects, one of which is the environmental aspect. Massive development often overrides the ecological or environmental balance in urban areas, including forgetting the importance of abandoning green areas or Green Open Space (RTH). According to the Bandar Lampung City RTRW Evaluation Document, the current RTH area of Bandar Lampung City is 1,895.89 hectares or only 9.61% of the area of Bandar Lampung City. In order to meet the minimum standards for the provision of urban public RTH, Bandar Lampung City must at least strive for the provision of 10.39% or around 2,049 hectares of public RTH. There are seven sub-districts in Bandar Lampung City that are the locations for public RTH distribution, namely Sukarame, Kemiling, Way Halim, Enggal, Tanjung Karang Barat, Bumi Waras and Panjang districts. This study examines the role and contribution made by WALHI Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) to the condition of Green Open Space (RTH) in Bandar Lampung City, and aims to provide an analysis of the role and contribution of civil society in its efforts to advocate for RTH policies in Bandar Lampung City and Map the obstacles faced by civil society in advocating for RTH policies in Bandar Lampung City.

Intellectual capital measurement uses three independent variables, namely Value Added Capital Employed (VACA), Value Added Human Capital (VAHU), and Value Added Structural Capital (STVA), while corporate governance is proxied by institutional ownership, foreign ownership, and the proportion of independent commissioners, to the company's financial performance is proxied by the Return of Assets (ROA). The study was conducted on mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period. By using purposive sampling method, obtained a sample of 10 companies. The results showed that Value Added Capital Employed (VACA), Structural Capital Value Added (STVA), and institutional ownership had an effect on the company's financial performance, while Value Added Human Capital (VAHU), and the proportion of independent commissioners had no significant effect on financial performance.

The information and communication technology (ICT) development today has created a website, an effective information medium that connects to the Internet network so that it can be accessed at any time. Not want to miss, government organizations are also utilizing website technology as one of their services in providing information to the public. However, the information contained on the website should have a good quality so that the information conveyed can be useful. This study aims to measure the quality of information on South Bengkulu Regency websites based on dimensions of the information quality concept. Observation of four websites in South Bengkulu Regency was conducted along with an in-depth interview with each manager. The results obtained that the information available on these websites has met the good information quality, although there are some deficiencies such as the existence of links that refer to a blank page, some unlisted information dating, and the lack of network quality assurance to ensure the availability of information.

This study aims to determine whether the medical legal order can provide a solution for resolving medical disputes carried out by doctors against health service recipients in hospitals. The absence of a malpractice law creates confusion in decision making when doctors become involved in medical disputes. As primary legal material, is has a strong legal basis in making decisions on sanctions that can be imposed on doctors who commit malpractice by violating the professional code of ethics or working not according to standard operating procedures. The methods used are normative legar research methods and library legal research by conducting critical analysis on primary and secondy legal materials. The results of the study have shown that malpractice acts committed by doctors have a clear legal accountability mechanism ,as regulated in Health law number 36 of 2009, law number 29 of 2004 concerning medical practice.Administratively all forms of malpractice committed by docors can be threatened with criminal, civil, administrative sanctions an fines. At a more final level, administrative sanctions from malpractice acts committed by doctors can lead to on revocation of practice license.
