Heat-resistant ceramic concrete based on diatomite. 1. Synthesis and study of artificial ceramic binders based on diatomite 硅藻土基耐热陶瓷混凝土。1. 硅藻土人造陶瓷粘结剂的合成与研究

The main aspects of obtaining an artificial ceramic binder (ACB) based on the original (quarry) and heat-treated diatomite are considered. The process of obtaining SCR was studied, its main rheological properties and physico-mechanical characteristics of the samples were analyzed. It has been established that ACB based on quarry diatomite is characterized by a thixotropic rheological behavior, and ACB based on pre-heat-treated diatomite belongs to the thixotropic-dilatant type. The use of this technology for obtaining a binder will reduce the molding moisture in the manufacture of various diatomite products and improve their quality while reducing production costs compared to similar products obtained by traditional technology.

In conditions of growing loads and temperatures on engineering products, the problem of choosing efficient materials is relevant, especially in the realities of import substitution. One of such tasks for modern materials science is the production of high-temperature products of special engineering, including complex shapes. Metal and ceramic materials have a number of unique properties, which, on the one hand, determine the prospects for their use in the construction of special engineering products, and on the other hand, cause a number of technological problems, without which the operation of such products is extremely difficult. An analysis of advanced materials used for products of special high-temperature engineering, including the production of various components of gas turbine engines, is presented, as well as the results of research on the development of materials with improved characteristics.

The type carbonaceous component influence on the properties of carbonaceous castable 碳质组分的类型对碳质浇注料的性能有影响

The possibility of obtaining low-cement low-carbon periclase concretes with various ultrafine carbonaceous components has been studied. It is shown that it is possible to obtain periclase-carbon castable containing up to 1 wt. % ground waste from the production of high-molecular graphite fiber. According to the results of the data study, it was found that with an increase in the carbon content from 1 to 5 %, the water demand of the mixture increases (from 6,25 to 10 %), which leads to a decrease in strength, density and an increase in the castable porosity. Also, the developed periclase-carbon castables high slag resistance is shown in comparison with ordinary periclase-carbon products.

It has been established that with combined metal purge in an oxygen converter, the durability of the purge lances when inert gases are supplied through the bottom of the converter is less than the durability of the converter lining. The reasons are the advanced wear of the lances in relation to the bottom lining, and the metalization of the capillaries / channels on the tuyeres with a slag-metal emulsion. The solution to increase the efficiency of the lances is to place them in the zones of the least wear of the lining and to exclude contact with the slag-metal emulsion.

Spark plasma sintering of ceramic materials based on zirconates of rare-earth elements 基于稀土元素锆酸盐的陶瓷材料火花等离子烧结

Powders of rare-earth zirconates, La2Zr2O7 and ZrO2‒8Y2O3 were synthesized by reverse chemical precipitation to obtain ceramic materials on their basis by spark plasma sintering. The formation of the phase composition of ceramics during consolidation by spark plasma sintering has been studied. The thermal conductivity of ceramics based on REE zirconates at 400 °C is 1,79 W/(m·K), which is less than that of La2Zr2O7 ― 2,06 W/(m·K) and ZrO2‒8Y2O3 ― 2,4 W/(m·K). It is shown that the use of REE oxide concentrate is promising for obtaining a ceramic layer of heat-shielding coatings with thermal stability at temperatures above 1200 °C.

Cold uniaxial deformation of powder materials based on Ti‒B/Ti‒Al‒Nb‒Mo‒B 基于Ti-B / Ti-Al-Nb-Mo-B粉末材料的冷单轴变形

Based on the rheological approach, the paper established the regularities of cold uniaxial deformation of powder materials consisting of Ti‒B and Ti‒Al‒Nb‒Mo‒B layers. The Ti‒B layer was chosen with the following composition: TiB‒30 wt.% Ti (TiB), intermetallic layer ― 51,85Ti‒43Al‒4Nb‒1Mo‒0,15B at. %. 5 types of charge blanks with diameters of 12 and 25 mm were investigated (layers were selected, vol. %: 100 TiB, 100 TNM, 70 TiB / 30 TNM, 50 TiB / 50 TNM, 30 TiB / 70 TNM). Experimental rheological dependences of stress-strain are built for each type of powder blanks. On the obtained dependences, three areas of compaction are distinguished. The effect of the billet diameter on the degree of deformation and the stresses that arise in powder billets is shown. For a workpiece consisting only of intermetallic compounds, an irregular compaction mode was found at stresses above 100 MPa.

Research of properties of kyshtym kaolin 高岭土的性质研究

In the research work, an attempt to identify the causes of unstable behavior of different samples of kyshtym kaolin during liquefaction was made. The chemical, phase composition and microstructure of kaolins of Kyshtymskoe and Glukhovetskoe deposits are investigated. It has been established that kaolin liquefaction ability is influenced both by the presence of smectite in kaolin and mainly by the degree of ordering of the kaolinite structure. A larger amount of kaolinite with a high-ordered structure ensures good kaolin liquefaction and stable properties of casting mixture based on them. Based on the conducted studies, the possibility of assessing the liquefaction ability of kaolin based on the results of X-ray phase analysis of its structure has been established.

Features of ablation and modification of Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub>‒TiC ceramic surface structure during two-coordinate pulsed laser treatment 二坐标脉冲激光对Al&lt;sub&gt;2& gt; /sub&gt;O&lt;sub&gt;3&lt;/sub&gt; -TiC陶瓷表面结构的烧蚀与修饰特征

The main regularities of influence of two-coordinate pulsed laser treatment parameters on processes of ablation and structural modification of Al 2 O 3 ‒TiC ceramics were established. The ambiguous influence of laser treatment parameters mode on the intensity of the ablation process was revealed. It was shown that structural modification nature is determined by parallel processes of fragmentation, melting and fusion of original ceramics grains and defective surface layer with the formation of new elements was established. The influence of laser treatment parameters mode on nature of structural modification is manifested through the size and number of newly formed elements of surface structure.
建立了两坐标脉冲激光处理参数对Al 2o3 -TiC陶瓷烧蚀和结构改性影响的主要规律。揭示了激光处理参数模式对烧蚀过程强度的模糊影响。结果表明,结构改性的性质是由原陶瓷颗粒破碎、熔化和融合的平行过程决定的,并建立了新元素形成的缺陷表面层。激光处理参数模式对结构改性性质的影响通过表面结构新形成元素的大小和数量表现出来。
