IMPLEMENTASI KOMPETENSI PEDAGOGIK GURU SD NEGERI 2 KUALA BARU ACEH SINGKIL

This study, entitled implementation of the competence of Pedagogic Teacher SD Negeri 2 Kuala Baru Aceh Singkil. This research aims to know the Pedagogy Teacher SD Negeri 2 New Aceh Singkil Kuala. The approach used in this study is qualitative and descriptive research types. Subjects in the study were 14 teachers in SD Negeri Kuala Baru Aceh Singkil. Data collection is done by observation techniques. All data processed with the next stage of the analysis the qualitative data, namely data reduction, data model (Data Display), and withdrawal/verification conclusion. Data that have been obtained are then analyzed using descriptive percentage formula. The results of this research show that the implementation of the competency of the Pedagogy in SD Negeri 2 Kuala Baru Aceh Singkil  already belongs, although there are some constraints experienced by the teachers. It is seen from the competence on aspects of the planning, execution and control of learning. Less teacher plan well the learning activities will be undertaken and methods/approaches to learning that are used are conventional teacher. Pedagogic competence is the ability of teachers in managing learning learners, and a teacher of skills related to the study of the interaction between teacher and student which includes an understanding of learners as an understanding of the nature, characteristics, and development of children in the process of teaching and learning in terms of providing material or evaluations in order to actualize the various potential learners.

PENINGKATAN HASIL BELAJAR MATERI BANGUN DATAR MELALUI MODEL TEAM ASSISTED INDIVIDUALIZATION DI KELAS IV B SD NEGERI 47 KOTA JAMBI

To be able to learn something well, we need to hear, see, ask questions about it, and discuss it with others. Not only that, students need to "do it", which is describing something in their own way, showing examples, trying to practice skills and doing tasks that demand the knowledge they have gained. This research addressed the question: Is the Team Assisted Individualization model able to improve students’ learning outcomes in mathematics? While the purpose of this study was to find out how far the implementation of the Team Assisted Individualization model can improve Mathematics in the topic of Flat Surfaces learning outcomes in class IV B. This research uses two rounds of action research. Each round consists of four stages, namely: design, activity and observation, reflection, and revision. The target of this study is class IV B. The data obtained are in the form of formative test results, observation sheets of teaching and learning activities. From the results of the analysis it was found that student learning outcomes experienced an increase from the first cycle to the second cycle, namely, the first cycle (80.64) and the second cycle (87.09%) The conclusion of this study is that the Team Assisted Individualization model can have a positive effect on the learning outcomes of Jambi City Elementary School 47 students, and this learning model can be used as an alternative in mathematics learning.

 This research entitled the application of model of learning make a match in the content ofglobalization on student learning outcomes SD Blang Kiree. The problem in this research ishow student learning outcomes by using cooperative learning models make a match in thecontent of globalization on class IV SD Blang Kiree. This research aims to know the results ofthe learning model cooperative learning using make a match. This research uses qualitativeresearch method. The subjects of the research were grade IV SD Blang Kiree totalling 25persons. The conclusion that the application of the model make a match increases studentlearning results in SD Blang Kiree.
本研究题目为“学习模式的应用与全球化内容对学生学习成果的匹配”。本研究的问题是,在英语四级班的学习中,学生使用合作学习模式的学习效果与全球化内容是匹配的。本研究旨在了解合作学习模式使用匹配的效果。本研究采用定性研究方法。研究对象为4级SD Blang Kiree,共25人。结果表明,该模型的应用对SD Blang Kiree学生的学习效果起到了一定的促进作用。

PENGGUNAAN MODEL PROBLEM BASED INSTRUCTION DENGAN MEDIA KARTU PINTAR UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR IPA SISWA KELAS III SDN 47 KOTA JAMBI 使用智能卡媒体设备问题模型,提高JAMBI三元四十七届大学生的科学成绩

Science subjects need to be given to all students starting from elementary school to equip students with the ability to develop knowledge and understanding of science concepts that are useful and applicable in everyday life. Application of the Problem Based Instruction model is learning that involves the presentation of authentic and meaningful situations and serves as a basis for investigation and investigation for students. The formulation of the problem in this study is: Is the Problem Based Instruction model with smart card media able to improve science learning outcomes in third grade students of SD 47 / IV Jambi? From the results of data analysis, it was found that student learning achievement experienced an increase from cycle I to cycle III, namely, cycle I (67.65%), cycle II (76.62%), and cycle III (87.50%). The conclusion of this study is that Problem Based Instruction learning methods with Smart Card media can have a positive effect on learning motivation of Students of Jambi Elementary School 47 / IV Class III of Semester I 2018/2019 academic year and this learning model can be used as an alternative teaching field of study Natural Sciences.

Peningkatan aktivitas dan hasil belajar matematika melalui pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Think Pair Share di kelas VC SD Negeri 47 Jambi 通过46小时的国家VC小学合作型思想配对课程增加活动和数学成绩

The purpose of this study are to increase students’ learning activities in the learning processof mathematics by applying the type of Think-Pair-Share (TPS) cooperative learning and toimprove students’ learning outcomes in mathematics. This research was carried out in thefifth grade Students in Elemntary School 47 Jambi during the first semester of 2017/2018Academic Year. The action was carried out in 2 cycles with the subject matter covered incycle I was about explaining and reducing two fractions with different denominators and incycle II about multiplication and division of decimal fractions. Data was collected byobservation methods using observation sheets and student learning outcomes was collectedusing tests. The results of the study based on data analysis showed an increase in learningoutcomes from 64.29% wich is sufficient category in the first cycle to be a good category inthe second cycle with 83.93%. For student learning outcome there was an improvement from50% with inactive categories to 90% with very active categories.. The results of this studyindicate that the application of the Think-Pair-Share (TPS) Cooperative Learning model canbe used to improve student learning outcomes.Keywords: learning process, Think-Pair-Share.

This article describes an empowerment activity conducted to train various alternative skills opportunities for Goheng community in order to try to increase their income so that they can improve their economy and their surroundings. In line with the objectives, the targets to be achieved is 20 housewives who can skillfully knit a total of 20 wallets and 60 brooches, 19 housewives and 1 male who can skillfully decorate with henna, 2 males and 18 housewives who are skilled in massage.

KESESUAIAN RENCANA PELAKSANAAN PEMBELAJARAN DAN PROSES PEMBELAJARAN 学习实施计划的一致性和学习过程

Lesson plan is one of important role in the teaching and learning process in Primary Schools. It contains plans for activities or activities that will be carried out during learning. This research aims is to describe the suitability of lesson plan and the learning process in elementary school. The research method used is a survey method, involving a sample of 12 public and private elementary schools in the city of Sumedang. Data collection techniques using observation, documentation and questionnaire techniques, the data that has been obtained is then analyzed using simple statistical techniques. The results showed that the suitability of lesson plan and the learning process had a percentage of 68.0% and were in the high category. This shows that all activities listed in the lesson plan start from the initial activities (79.8%), main activities (63.8%) and closing activities (68.86%) are in accordance with the activities carried out in the learning process. Thus it can be concluded that the lesson plan that has been prepared by the teacher and the learning process that has been carried out in the Sumedang City Primary School has a high level of suitability. However, even though it has a high category, but not fully in accordance with the lesson plan used, so there is still a need for further guidance and development for teachers so that they are always guided by the lesson plan so that learning becomes more directed and in accordance with the prepared plan.

The research method used is a survey method, involving a sample of 12 public and private elementary schools in the city of Sumedang. Data collection techniques using observation, documentation and questionnaire techniques, the data that has been obtained is then analyzed using simple statistical techniques. The results showed that the suitability of lesson plan and the learning process had a percentage of 68.0% and were in the high category. This shows that all activities listed in the lesson plan start from the initial activities (79.8%), main activities (63.8%) and closing activities (68.86%) are in accordance with the activities carried out in the learning process. Thus it can be concluded that the lesson plan that has been prepared by the teacher and the learning process that has been carried out in the Sumedang City Primary School has a high level of suitability. The research in inteded to know the understanding concept buying and selling activities in IPS (social studies) subject learning that cooperative learning type talking stick modelis better than the conventional model. The research method used is quasi experimental with non-equivalent control group research design, sampling was done by using purposive sampling tehnique. The selected sample is class III A student as the control group that get a conventional model as the the treatment and class III B is an experimental class that get cooperative learning type talking stick model as the treatment. Based on the post –test data analysis, it showed that the average of control gorup  student understanding concept is 60,50 while the experimental class is 85,50 it can be seen from the result of the right example test , the result of tcount ttable or 3,43 2,00 with a significant level of 0,05. Based on the results of research that has done, it can be concluded that the student understanding concept buying and selling activities IPS (social studies) subject the applied cooperative learning type talking stick model better than student that applied conventional model. 
本研究旨在了解合作学习型手杖学习模式对社会学科买卖活动概念的理解效果优于传统学习模式。研究方法为准实验,采用非等效对照组研究设计,抽样采用目的抽样技术。选取的样本为三班A学生作为对照组,采用常规模式进行处理;三班B学生作为实验班,采用合作学习型棍棒模式进行处理。根据测试后的数据分析,控制组学生对概念的理解平均为60,50,而实验班学生对概念的理解平均为85,50,从右例测试的结果可以看出,可计数表的结果为3,432,00,显著性水平为0,05。基于已有的研究结果,可以得出结论:学生对概念买卖活动IPS(社会研究)的理解应用合作学习型手杖模式优于应用常规模式的学生。

PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE NHT UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA PADA MATERI PECAHAN DI KELAS V SDN 2 BANDA ACEH NHT合作学习模式的应用,以提高学生在V SDN 2班分数材料的学习成绩

Numbered Heads Together (NHT) is a teaching approach that promotes students' involvement in group discussion. This article reports a classroom action research conducted to improve students’ learning acievement in fractions at Grade V SDN 2 Banda Aceh. The participants were students of Class VA which consisted of 34 students, 22 boys and 12 girls. The research was conducted in 2 cycles, each consisted of 4 classroom meetings. The procedure of the research involved four stages: planning, action, observation, and reflection. The research questions covered students’ learning activities, students’ learning outcomes, and students’ responses on the implementation of NHT in the teaching of fractions. Results show that there were improvements in students’ learning activity from the average score of 2,57 in cycle 1 to 3,04 in cycle 2. Students’ learning outcomes improved from the average score of 66,30 in cycle 1 to 75,38 in cycle 2. Students’ responses in cycle 1 was 82,35% positive and increased to 88,24% in cycle 2. These results imply that the implementation of NHT is beneficial for students’ learning.

HUBUNGAN KREATIVITAS MENGAJAR GURU DENGAN PRESTASI BELAJAR SISWA 创意关系教授教师与学生的学习成绩

Teaching creativity is related to teaching abilities that can create a conducive atmosphere that makes students feel comfortable and challenged in learning, by making new combinations and connecting new ideas based on information data or elements that already exist. Teaching and learning activities in schools are oriented towards high academic learning achievement by all students, teachers who have high teaching creativity will be able to provide learning achievements to their students. Student learning achievement is the results achieved by students from their learning activities taken to obtain knowledge and skills that can be realized by changes in attitudes and behavior. Student learning achievement is strongly influenced by the creativity of a teacher as in choosing teaching methods, teaching media, quality and careful in seeing the potential of children in the school environment. A teacher's creativity greatly influences a student's learning achievement. In this case the teacher who has the potential to creativity in class is very positive influence on the progress of student learning achievement. To produce high student achievement it is necessary for teachers to hone their creative abilities to the maximum extent possible.
