Aconitum rotundocassideum,a New Species of Ranunculaceae from Shaanxi 标题陕西毛茛科乌头一新种

A new species of the genus Aconitum( Ranunculaceae), Aconitum rotundocas-sideum,is described here from Shaanxi Province. Having similar habit and galeiform upper sepals,this species is closely related to A. crassicaule W. T. Wang endemic to Gongshan County,Yunnan Province,though the latter differs by its flower arrangement in a panicle with three small 3-flowered racemes, usually arcuate pedicels, smaller roundedgaleiform or subglobose,conspicuously nerved,not beaked upper sepal and smaller lateral sepals,and 2-denticulate stamen filaments.
本文报道了陕西乌头属(毛茛科)一新种——圆尾乌头。本种与云南贡山县特有的a . crassicaule W. T. Wang有相似的习性和盔状上萼片,虽然后者的花序不同,在圆锥花序中有三个小的3花总状花序,通常为弓形花梗,较小的圆形盔状或近球形,明显的神经状,不具喙的上萼片和较小的侧萼片,和2具小齿的雄蕊花丝。

Screening of Drought- and Salinity-responsive EST-SSR Markers inMedicago ruthenicaTrautv. 紫花苜蓿抗旱、耐盐EST-SSR标记的筛选。

To provide genetic markers for the study of ecological adaptability to responsive drought ̄ and salinity ̄stress for Medicago ruthenica Trautv.ꎬ we selected eight pairs of good polymorphism and high stability primers from 70 pairs of drought ̄and salinity ̄responsive EST ̄ SSR markers published for chickpea. DNA sequences were amplified with eight pairs of SSR primers by SSR ̄PCR technique. One hundred and eleven alleles were detectedꎬ on averageꎬ 13􀆰 88 alleles were detected per site. The mean values of observed heterozygosity and expected heterozygosity were 0􀆰 497 and 0􀆰 687ꎬ respectively. Polymorphism information content value ranged from 0􀆰 313 to 0􀆰 883ꎬ and the mean value was 0􀆰 649. These results indicate that the eight EST ̄SSR markers can be used to estimate genetic diversity of M. ruthenicaꎬ and genetic diversity was at a high level. Polymorphism EST ̄SSR markers can be used to investigate ecological adaptive evolution. The results contribute to revealing the genetic variation of drought ̄ and salt ̄tolerance genotypes and understanding the distribution pattern and ecological adaptation mechanism of M. ruthenica populations.

Responses of the Antioxidant System inNelumbo nuciferaSeedlings to Arsenic Toxicity 荷叶莲幼苗抗氧化系统对砷中毒的响应

To study the antioxidant system of Nelumbo nucifera seedlings in response to arsenic stressꎬ compared the influence of two valences of inorganic arsenicꎬ As (III) and As (V)ꎬ on soluble protein contentꎬ malondialdehyde(MDA)and the antioxidant system. Results showed that: MDA and soluble protein content of N. nucifera seedlings increased and then decreased with increasing concentrationꎻ MDA and protein content were more sensitive to As(III) than to As(V) treatment. The Superoxide Dismutase(SOD)was the most sensitive to arsenic treatmentꎻ when the concentration of As (III)was 2􀆰 5 μmol / L and As(V)was 100 μmol / Lꎬ the activity of SOD increased significantly. When the concentration of As(III) was 10 μmol / Lꎬ the activity of Peroxidase(POD) increased significantly. The Catalase(CAT)was more sensitive to As(V). From the experimental resultsꎬ with the increase in arsenic concentrationꎬ the enzyme activities of SODꎬ CAT and POD increasedꎬ which can be used to eliminate reactive oxygen species (ROS) and maintain cell metabolism stability. This study provides some basic data for further study of N. nucifera physiology and growth changeꎬ cultivation and transplants with arsenic stress.

Comparison of Active Constituents at Different Growth Stages in Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge. and Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge. f. alba 丹参不同生长时期有效成分的比较。和丹参。f·阿尔巴

This paper studied the differences in liposoluble and water-soluble constituents in Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge. and S. miltiorrhiza Bge. f. alba collected at different growth stages and areas. The equation model was used to analyze the accumulative process of active constituents with growth stage. The research determined theories for cultivation and quality control in S. miltiorrhiza. Results showed that the liposoluble content in S. miltiorrhiza bge. f. alba had two maximums values at the end of July and October,respectively,while the liposoluble content in S. miltiorrhiza Bge. reached a maximum value at the end of July. The water-soluble contents in S. miltiorrhiza Bge. and S. miltiorrhiza Bge. f. alba reached maximum values in June to July. The contents of active constituents in S. miltiorrhiza Bge. f. alba were higher than those in S. miltiorrhiza Bge. cultivated for two years. Content of rosmarinic acid aboveground was higher than that in the root in both S. miltiorrhiza. The content of salvianolic acid B in the roots was simulated with the first-order equation Y =-8. 105X +81. 047 and Y=-13. 777X+117. 917,respectively. The content of salvianolic acid B decreased with the growth of plants.

Experimental Warming on the Rice-Wheat Rotation Agroecosystem 试验增温对稻麦轮作农业生态系统的影响

Experimental warming under field conditions has been applied in studies on feedback between climate warming and ecosystems in recent years.From Dec 2007 to Nov 2009,a warming experiment using infrared heaters on a rice-wheat rotation agroecosystem was conducted at the Agricultural Water Irrigation Technology Station in the Qingpu district of Shanghai to study fluctuations in production and biomass changes in response to future climate warming in the Changjiang River Delta,China.With no changes in the current agricultural management,the aboveground biomass and production of rice with warming decreased by 3.47% and 5.84% and of winter wheat increased by 6.55% and 5.19%,respectively,in the first year.The aboveground biomass and production of rice decreased by 19.53% and 22.57% and of winter-wheat increased by 6.27% and 5.00%,respectively,in the second year.However,the belowground biomass of rice increased by 8.69% in the growing season from Jun to Nov,2009.In the third year,the aboveground biomass and the production of winter-wheat increased by 6.24% and 5.17%,and the belowground biomass increased by 43.73%.In addition,the main traits of the winter wheat were affected significantly by experimental warming,but changes in the traits of rice were not significant.

Preliminary Studies on Diatoms from Gahai Lake,Gansu Province 甘肃尕海硅藻的初步研究

A total of 84 taxa ( including 32 generaꎬ 75 species and 9 varieties) of diatoms from Gahai Lake were reported in this paper. Of these taxaꎬ 4 species were new records in China: Gomphonema laticollum E􀆰 Reichardtꎬ Navicula antonii Lange ̄Bertalotꎬ Navicula seibigiana Lange ̄Bertalotꎬ and Stauroneis reichardii Lange ̄Bertalot. The characteristic of species distribution and ecology was discussed.
本文报道了尕海硅藻共84个分类群(含32属ꎬ75种9变种)。其中ꎬ4种为中国新记录种:Gomphonema laticollum E􀆰ReichardtꎬNavicula antonii Lange ' BertalotꎬNavicula seibigiana Lange ' Bertalotꎬ和reichardii Lange ' Bertalot。讨论了其物种分布和生态特征。

Flora of Wild Seed Plants in Yesanhe Nature Reserve in Hubei 湖北野三河自然保护区野生种子植物区系

The diversity of plant species of the Yesanhe Nature Reserve was studied by field investigation and indoor analysis. The results showed there were 1106 species ( including infraspecific taxon) of wild spermatophyte belonging to 533 genera and 150 families. The 150 families of wild spermatophyte were divided into 11 areal ̄types and 10 variety ̄types. Tropical elements were the dominant componentsꎬ in which tropical families contributed 56􀆰 88% in total (excluding cosmopolitan families) . The 533 genera of wild spermatophyte were divided into 14 area ̄types and 17 variety ̄types. Temperate elements were dominant componentsꎬ in which temperate genera contributed 59􀆰 06% in total (excluding cosmopolitan genera) . Com ̄ pared with the flora of five neighboring areasꎬ the flora of the Yesanhe Nature Reserve showed high similarity with Mulinzi Nature Reserve. The purpose of this study was to protect biological diversity and provide background information for the construction of Yesanhe Nature Reserve.
