The early warning of users' tariff recovery risk is a very difficult problem during the operation of electricity companies. This paper proposes a novel early warning method of tariff recovery risk based on the long short-term memory (LTSM) neural network. First, the concept of LTSM neural network is introduced. Then, the detailed procedure of early warning of tariff recovery risk based on LTSM neural network is proposed and described. At last, the proposed method is compared to other commonly used algorithms such as logistic regression, decision tree algorithm, and support vector machines on a set of practical data, and the results show the high efficiency of the proposed method.

In recent years, with the rapid and effective development of deep learning(DL) and deep convolution neural network(DCNN), the traditional facial expression recognition(FER) technology is difficult to meet the needs of accurate human-computer interaction, automatic fatigue driving monitoring, intellient and efficient classroom and other amusive tasks. The research and application of facial expression recognition based on deep learning has attracted the attention of researchers at home and abroad and related commercial and technological personnel. However, there is still room for optimizing the structure and loss function of the deep convolution learning network for facial expression recognition. Therefore, the deep convolution neural network with more optimized characteristics is needed in facial expression recognition, so the propotions above can be improved. In this paper, compared with the existing deep convolution neural network optimization in facial expression recognition, these shortcomings are studied in this paper. The training data set named fer2013 is used to training convolutional network. The final results show that the method used in this paper can get a good recognition effect on facial expression recognition.

With the frequent occurrence of haze weather, the concentration prediction of PM2.5, the main pollutant in haze weather, has gradually become a hot topic. Based on the analysis of historical data of PM2.5 and related weather information in Changsha City, this paper establishes a multivariate linear regression model to predict the concentration of PM2.5. The validity of the model is verified by comparing the predicted value with the observed value. The model has a good application value for the prediction of PM2.5 concentration.

With the development of the meteorological sounding technology, more and more new equipment is applied to the meteorological observation. However, due to the lack of professional technical and measurement instruments in meteorological department, a lot of meteorological equipment need to be returned to the factory or specialized agencies for detection and maintenance, this greatly increased the maintenance costs. "Provincial meteorological observation equipment test and maintenance platform" is a kind of professional equipment designed for meteorological equipment testing and maintenance based on PXI and LabVIEW, and it can help the operator to detect, diagnose and maintain the meteorological equipment. This paper discusses the method of meteorological equipment testing, the software design scheme of the maintenance platform and the experiment of the system.

The water yield model of integrated valuation of ecosystem services and tradeoffs (InVEST) model was employed to estimate the water source conservation capacity of West Liaohe River Basin and analyse its variation characteristics. The data included land use and land cover, average annual precipitation and potential evapotranspiration and so on. The results show that the total water yield of the Basin fluctuates obviously from 1990 to 2012. The actual evapotranspiration is decreasing. Water yield is becoming less and less. Water resources at the regional distribution is extremely uneven. The activities of returning farmland to grassland made the actual evapotranspiration and water yield decreasing. Dry coefficient increase. Ecosystem environment of West Liaohe River Basin is fragile and sensitive.

Wireless Power Transfer can use electrical equipment to get rid of the bondage of wires. Taking single-chip microcomputer STC12LE5A60S2 as the control core, a medium-distance radio energy transmission system is designed by using electromagnetic coupling resonance technology. Royer self-oscillating circuit is designed to generate sinusoidal oscillation signals of a certain frequency. Electromagnetic energy is transmitted through LC resonance circuit, and electromagnetic energy is received by LC resonance circuit at the receiving end through rectification and stabilized voltage output, realizing wireless energy transmission. The system also designed a wireless energy relay module, effectively increasing the distance of wireless energy transmission up to 15 cm. The power detection chip INA219 is used to collect the output voltage and current, and the LCD LCD12864 is used to display the output voltage, current and transmission time.

The unit commitment problem is one of the famous and important topics in power system research. This paper proposes a novel hybrid immune particle swarm optimization (HIPSO) algorithm for unit commitment considering the environmental cost. Firstly, the unit commitment model with the objective function of minimizing the total cost (including operational cost and environmental cost) is established. Secondly, the HIPSO algorithm is described to solve the unit commitment model. At last, case studies are carried out on a province-level power system, and the simulation results verify the effectiveness of the model and the high efficiency of the algorithm.

Contraposing to the actual problems in the evaluation of network classroom teaching quality in Colleges and universities, a scientific evaluation index system of classroom teaching quality is established by discussing the basic principle of multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, and the weight of evaluation index is reasonably determined by analytic hierarchy process(AHP). It reduces the interference of subjective factors and innovatively constructs a scientific, rational and effective classroom teaching approach with multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation(FCE) model of quality. The practical application results show that the scheme can define the fuzziness of teaching quality by different levels, to solve the problem of weight distribution, evaluate the teaching quality scientifically, objectively and impartially, and improve the accuracy of teaching evaluation.

The locally-granted student loan for undergraduates is a policy loan to help the needy students successfully complete their studies. The granted objects of the locally-granted student loan for undergraduates are those who are not yet working. They have no stable sources of income, no credit history and no collateral of personal assets. Therefore, there is a certain risk in the locally-granted student loan for undergraduates. The way to reduce the risk of locally-granted student loan is to conduct risk assessment at the time of examination and approval, limiting the occurrence of nonperformance from the source. This paper designs and proposes a method to assess the risk of locally-granted student loan for undergraduates from the perspective of game theory to avoid the risk in the loan for all parties.
