Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) is a universally accepted instrument that is widely used for inspection in industries and laboratories. Evaluation of uncertainty in dimensional measurement is very important for any measurement process. The components and the parts of the mechanical systems must have the accurate dimensions to meet the functional requirements. The environmental conditions and measurement methodhighly influence the accuracy of measurement process. This paper focuses on estimating the uncertaintyin angle measurementscarried out using CMM. In this study, anglegauge blocks are used as the reference materials for assessing the uncertainty in measurement using a CMM. An uncertainty estimation is carried out according to the guide to the expression of uncertainty in measurement (GUM). The influence of position accuracy, environment temperature, vibration, measurement and probing strategies are analysed and uncertainty in angle measurement is estimated as 40 arc seconds.

. COVID has become the accelerator for the workplace transformations of lifetime. Hiring talented candidates is crucial job to a company’s success. The recruitment of employees is a challenging task. Even during recession, it is tough to fill certain style of jobs, the recruiters should make it crucial to take decisions, along with where to target and what content to deliver and how to group the workers for recruitment process. The research paper focuses on targeted recruitment in the pandemic times and the role of recruitment analytics and metrics. Predictive analytics in recruitment helps to reduce the time and cost of recruitment and also locate competences quicker. Streamline the extensive candidate database from facts and get a head begin on filling the skill pools with recruitment information analytics. When there is greaterposition for analytics, for recruitment will become vital in measuring KPIs. The paper concludes by stressing the need and role of recruitment analytics and metrics in enhancing the process of targeted recruitment, as the future is going to be, even more tech savvy. In the current situation, there arises a great need to align all the recruitment activities from strategy formulation to identifying, acquiring, developing, engaging and retaining the best talent to match with the new norm of work.

. Phishing is a method of social engineering technique to deceive web users to capture sensitive information like user name and password in websites without the knowledge of the end user. The end user provides information about their personal and financial thinking it’s the authenticated service provider. URL meaning the "Uniform Resource Locator" that identifies an address to a file in the server. The URLs can be categorized as benign or malicious. Malicious URLs are created for the purpose of attacking to create loss and poses great threat to the victims. Machine Learning approaches offer a wide range of algorithms to detect malicious websites. It considers the URL as a set of features of Lexical, Host based and Content features to train a model to classify it as malicious or benign. Boosting is a collection of algorithms that combine the weaklearning classifiers to build strong Classifiers. In this paper boosting algorithms are exploited to the study of URL detection as malicious or benign. Boosting algorithms such as LGBM, XGBoost and Gradient Boosting are used for predicting phishing URL is presented. Feature selection to identify the important features is performed. The selected features are then classified by Random Forest Classifier to give an accuracy of 99%.

. Fe 50 Co 50 and Fe 70 Co 30 (50nm) thin films prepared onto the Silicon (001) substrate at room temperature using UHV DC Magnetron Sputtering (PVD) system. We prepared FeCofilms and characterized their Magnetic, Topographic, Morphology and Elemental analysis using VSM, AFM, FESEM, and EDAX technique respectively. VSM result confirmed both materials are good magnetic in nature and both their Coercivity nearly 200Oe but Fe 50 Co 50 has higher magnetization when compared to Fe 70 Co 30 film. From AFM results, the average roughness and root mean Square ofFe 50 Co 50 film value are double the times higher than Fe 70 Co 30 film. From FESEM result Morphology of the Fe 50 Co 50 film like a columnar structure and Fe 70 Co 30 as like columnar agglomeration structure. EDAX result revels high number of oxygen content present in Fe 70 Co 30 film than Fe 50 Co 50 film as well as no other impurities present in the film.

Human gut is occupied by thousands of microorganisms called probiotics which enhances the host health by multiple ways. Some of the health benefits of probiotics are increase in availability of vitamins, boosts immune system, better digestion and so on. Considering the importance of probiotics many functional foods with probiotic supplement are developed and available in the market. However it is tremendously difficult to develop a probiotic based food because it takes several steps and techniques during processing; there is a question of which strain to choose and how much strain should be added. This paves way for development of prebiotic foods. Prebiotics are non-digestible carbohydrate that are digested by gut microbes and thus helps in the survival of probiotics. So prebiotics are in spotlight. Indian plant materials contain prebiotics in nature. In this study we are focussing on preparation of sugar-free prebiotic jam solely prepared from fruits available in India. Optimisation of ingredients was done using design expert software and hedonic scale testing was used for sensory evaluation.
