Online-based loan services make it easy for people to access credit, but the rapid growth of online loan services tends to open up space for "lintah darat" to get as much profit as possible. Online loans, on the one hand, provide convenience to the community. However, on the other hand, they can be detrimental by spreading personal data, intimidating, and being trapped in the clutches and bonds of online loans with high-interest rates, as well as various other threats of violence. Therefore, consumer protection and personal data protection are necessary for consumers. This research aims to provide an alternative to renewing legal protection for people who use online loans, especially in Central Java. Data collection through direct observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis used an interactive model from Miles and Huberman, including data collection, reduction, data display, and conclusions. The study results show that the large number of victims ensnared by online loans proves the need for legal renewal to protect affected communities and can ensnare perpetrators who arbitrarily commit online gender-based violence. This form of protection requires more binding regulations, which regulate criminal sanctions so that they can guarantee protection, justice, and welfare for the community. Besides that, it is also necessary to accelerate the ratification of the Personal Data Protection Bill.

The study examines the effect of monitoring characteristics on the financial reporting quality of Nigerian listed consumer goods firms for the period of nine years from 2011-2020. The population of the study consists of all the 21 listed consumer goods firms as at 31st December. Multiple regression technique was employed as technique of data analysis. The findings of the study reveals that all the monitoring characteristics variables used in this study significantly affect the financial reporting quality of Nigerian listed consumer goods firms. It is therefore recommended among others that, companies board in Nigerian consumer goods should be composed in such a way that the representation of non-executive directors should be minimal as it was found, encourage earnings management, hence reducing financial reporting quality. In addition, the representation by independent directors should increase from one to two members and that the chairmen of the board should be independent directors.

The authors note that cholelithiasis, according to epidemiological indicators, occupies one of the leading places in the structure of the incidence of the abdominal organs. At the same time, cholecystectomy (CE) from the mini–access is not considered an alternative to laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LCE) and is an independent method. It is also noted that mini–access CE has a number of advantages and preferences compared to laparoscopic access. Compared to LCE, the incidence of postoperative complications after CE from the mini–access is significantly lower and amounts to 1.9%–4.9%. The percentage of postoperative mortality is approximately the same and ranges from 0.8–1.2%, but it should be borne in mind that CE from the mini–access is most often performed in patients with complicated forms of cholelithiasis. Along with LCE, who routinely use CE from a mini–access, its use is undeservedly limited by many surgeons due to lack of experience.

This article aims to examine the pattern of relationships that occur between cigarette companies, middlemen and tobacco farmers in the context of the political economy. General facts show that the price aspect is the point where tobacco farmers are structurally dependent on companies and middlemen. This pattern is examined in detail with the construction of the core-periphery principle in political economy. Descriptive approach is supported by literature study and analyzed with content analysis approach. The results obtained are, firstly, the scheme of dependency patterns between companies, middlemen and farmers. Secondly, the government policy in the breaking the chain of structural dependency is investigated. Underlying on these results, this article proposes optimal ways to control the structural linkage between companies, middlemen and tobacco farmers.

The genus Paeonia (Paeoniaceae) includes perennial plants distributed throughout the northern hemisphere and some of these are used in traditional medicine and cultivated as ornamental species. Paeonia broteri is endemic to Iberian Peninsula and the current paper is the first report on a pharmacognostic survey on its roots, leaves and corresponding powders. Using light and scanning electron microscopy, simple and compound polyhedral starch grains, with a fissure-type hilum and no striae, are recorded in the root phelloderm cells and the presence of idioblasts with druse-type calcium oxalate crystals, in addition to isolated stone cells, are also common. Irregular and sinuous epidermal cells can be detected on both leaf surfaces and anomocytic stomata, with an elliptical-rounded shape, are only on the abaxial face. In leaves, druse-type calcium oxalate crystals appear along the vascular tissues. The histochemical tests allowed the in situ localization of some chemical groups and the most relevant detected were polyphenols and terpenoids.

In recent years, magnetic nonmaterial’s have been utilized in the different fields due to their unique magnetic properties. There are various methods to investigate and study the properties of magnetic nonmaterial’s. Magnetic force microscope (MFM) belongs to a family of scanning probe microscope methods based on atomic force microscopy for the study of the magnetic properties of the sample surface and its topography at the nanoscale. In this paper, the importance of the MFM method in the study of magnetic materials, the operation principles, MFM modes and their applications was investigated. Also, the advantages and limitations of the MFM method compared to the scanning electron microscope (SEM) and transmission electron microscope (TEM) methods were evaluated. The presented information in this paper reveals that the MFM method is a more appropriate technique for probing the properties of magnetic nonmaterial’s. Additionally, due to the higher sensitivity of the dynamic method of the magnetic force microscope than its static state, more favourable images of the surface of the magnetic sample can be obtained.

Melatonin is a hormone that is produced in the pineal gland, a small gland in the brain, and helps regulate the sleep-wake cycle in the body. Melatonin is a natural hormone that is secreted through the body. This hormone has several tasks and is actually a natural antidote. There are very small amounts of melatonin in foods such as meats, legumes, fruits and vegetables. Melatonin controls and regulates the body's biological rhythms and participates in most neurophysiological processes and helps to strengthen the immune system. This hormone is secreted from the pineal gland and puts you to a comfortable sleep. The production of this hormone is influenced by various factors such as age, light, environmental and physiological factors. Melatonin has a stimulating effect on the immune system and increases its function. Melatonin properties help us to be more resistant to stress conditions and deal with viral diseases easily. These strong molecules make the body safer against time and less aging and its complications. When our immune system is stronger, we deal well with diseases, and fortunately melatonin handles the immune system well. In this study, we investigated the effects of melatonin on the immune system.

This article analyzes the relationship between symptomatic groups that make up the diagnosis of people with Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and the motor structure themselves to design a global intervention program facilitating integrated psychosocial development. A total of 28 participants with ASD participated in this experimental study. Correlation analysis observed to three variables- dimensions: diagnostic, cognition and psychomotor variables show significant data regarding interactions between to three dimensions statistically calculated. So variables of diagnostic dimension correlate with cognitive variables (r= .896) and with psychomotor dimension (r= 682). Likewise, cognitive dimension correlate significantly with motor dimension (r= .766). Finally, it´s designed an integral systemic psychoeducational program to facilitate global development of people with ASD.
