Internal Auditor Transformation Strategy in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 Era: Literature Review 工业革命4.0时代的内部审计师转型战略:文献综述

This paper is intended to identify a transformation strategy that can be applied by the Government Internal Supervisory Apparatus (APIP) to face audit challenges in the industrial revolution 4.0 era. In line with the influence of industry 4.0 on audit activities, APIP must quickly adapt to technological developments. Utilization of technology 4.0 places APIP as a business analyst to find errors in business processes and determine solutions to these errors. So, in order to face the challenges of industry 4.0, an APIP transformation strategy is needed. The author reveals that the APIP transformation strategy in facing industry 4.0 such as (1) APIP must be able to use data collecting equipment, such as sensors and software, to collect data, (2) APIP must have characters that can be their hallmark in completing their audit tasks. These characters include cognitive abilities, ability to solve complex problems, communication skills, understanding of their position in the internal control system, and agility (3) APIP must be professional, millennial, innovative, and not afraid of failure while still prioritizing integrity, objectivity, and professionalism.

Mediation Role of Service Capabilities in Supply Chain Integration on Supply Chain Performance in Small and Medium Enterprises 供应链整合服务能力对中小企业供应链绩效的中介作用

The research objective is to analyze the effect of supply chain integration on supply chain performance mediated by service capabilities. Data samples were taken by 250 SME owners in the Jabodetabek (Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Bekasi) area using Google forms. The data used is cross sectional and the approach used is structured equation modeling. The iresults iof ithis istudy iare iSupply iIntegration ihas ian ieffect ion iService iCapabilities i(service ireliability, iservice ifeasibility, iservice iefficiency, iadded ivalue), iService iCapabilities i(service ireliability, iservice iflexibility, iservice iefficiency, iadded ivalue) iaffect iSupply iChain iperformance iand iSupply iChain Integration has an effect on supply chain performance mediated by Service Capabilities (service reliability, service ability, service efficiency, added value). In conclusion, in SMEs the role of Service Capabilities (service reliability, service flexibility, service efficiency, added value) in supply chain integration on chain performance supply is done.

The Application of Online Arbitration as an Alternative for Business Dispute Resolution During the COVID-19 Pandemic 新冠肺炎疫情期间网络仲裁作为商业纠纷解决方式的应用

The COVID-19 pandemic has brought changes in all areas, including the resolution of business disputes. One way of resolving business disputes can be through arbitration. The use of technology is a necessity in the transition from conventional dispute resolution models to online dispute resolution models, such as arbitration. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct a study to determine the possibility of applying online arbitration in practice and regulation in Indonesia, by comparing its application in the United States and China. In this study, the researchers used a comparative law method. In addition, the data collected were secondary data. In this study, it is found that during the COVID-19 pandemic, it is possible to apply online arbitration as an alternative to business dispute resolution as stipulated in Article 4 Paragraph 3 of Indonesia’s Law No. 30/1999 that “In the event that it is agreed that dispute resolution is carried out through arbitration, it occurs in the form of an exchange of letters. Therefore, the sending of telex, telegram, facsimile, e-mail, or in other forms of communication means must be accompanied by a note of receipt by the concerned parties.” It is reinforced by Article 31 Paragraph 1 that “The parties to a firm and written agreement are free to determine the arbitration procedure used in the examination of the dispute as long as it does not conflict with the provisions of the law.” It includes conducting online arbitration. Online arbitration in the United States is organized by the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Since 2001, the organization has regulated that in carrying out online arbitration procedures, there is the main concept, namely that every online dispute will be made a site for the case. On the site, all files concerning cases and documents submitted by the parties will be stored. Meanwhile, in China, since 1 January 2015, the Online Arbitration Law has been enacted as a result of the development of e-commerce. Apart from that, China’s Online Arbitration Law states that disputes that can be resolved through online arbitration are disputes arising from economic transactions and other trade transactions based on the agreement of the parties.

Proposing Models of Mutual Cooperation between Parents and Teacher during Pandemic Era 提出大流行时期家长与教师相互合作的模式

Mutual cooperation between parents and teachers are required in school, especially during the pandemic era with online learning or school. This article intentions to proposing the models of mutual cooperation between parents and teacher in online learning or school in elementary because without it the learning development will not succeed. This article engaged with library research and all data comes from e-book, journals, articles, virtual resources and internet access to propose the model of mutual cooperation between parents and teacher. This article concludes that effectively cooperation between parents and teacher with certain model will make online learning or school going well. It is recommended that parents and teacher may conduct a model of mutual cooperation in online school.

Modelling of Social Media Marketing and Green Purchasing Intention 社会化媒体营销与绿色购买意愿建模

The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that shape the intent to buy green products and the results of social media marketing activities. This study uses a hypothesis test based on a data collection method using questionnaires distributed online to respondents. The sampling process used an unlikely sampling process, a subjective sampling process, and a targeted sampling process. The number of respondents to this survey was 220 who purchased green products through social media in the last six months. The result of this study is to analyze the factors that shape the intent to buy green products. Next, we will analyze the results of social media marketing activities. Based on the results of the hypothesis test, there are three (three) supported hypotheses and two (two) unsupported hypotheses. The advantage of this study is that business managers can understand the important role that social media activities play in business development. Business managers can also understand that a brand's customer experience impacts business development. Business managers can implement marketing strategies by increasing their brand value and ultimately understanding that green marketing strategies have a positive impact on their development.

Visual Framing with Humorous Approach for Gojek’s J3K Initiative Video Gojek的J3K倡议视频幽默的视觉框架

Gojek is a technology company that reaches Indonesian people through online services. Gojek continues to innovate and be creative in various promotional media, and is increasingly recognized for its advertisements on social media. There are 2 (two) Gojek public service advertisement videos with the theme of J3K which are broadcasted through Gojek Indonesia’s YouTube media, namely “J3K: Agar Nyaman dalam perjalanan pake Gojek” from the driver’s point of view and “Cara aman hidup nyaman pake Gojek” from the customer’s point of view. These two videos are about one minute long to convey the J3K principle (Jaga Kesehatan, Jaga Kebersihan, Jaga Keamanan or maintaining safety, health and hygiene) that drivers and customers need to remember and implement in order to work and be active during this COVID-19 pandemic. Both videos are animated videos with moving frame visualizations. This research examines how characters, visuals and framing are used to conveying the message of the J3K Gojek campaign with a humorous approach. The method used is descriptive qualitative with literature analysis of the visual screen capture of the advertisement video. The result of the analysis is an understanding of visual framing with a humorous approach taken by Gojek in communicating the J3K initiative to the Indonesian people.

The Analysis of Financial Sustainability Ratio on Rural Banks in Indonesia 印尼农村银行财务可持续性比率分析

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the financial performance ratios consisting of return on assets, non-performing loans, mobilization deposits on financial sustainability ratio in rural bank institutions in Indonesia. Target population of this study was the rural bank Registered and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) in 2018-2020. With the sampling method selected based on the purposive sampling criteria, totaling 71 companies with 213 observations. Data analysis consists of descriptive and multiple regression linear regression processed using SPSS statistical tools. The results show that the return on assets has a significant positive effect and nonperforming loan has a significant negative effect on the financial sustainability ratio. The results illustrate that the greater the company's ability to generate profits the higher the value of the company's financial sustainability and vice versa. Whereas non-performing loan describes the company's ability to manage its financing and the results illustrate that if there is an increase in nonperforming loans it will happen a decrease in the condition of the company's financial sustainability. Variable mobilization deposit no has an influence on the company's financial sustainability, this illustrates that the greater the amount of funds that can be collected by the bank if it cannot be channeled through the provision of credit to customers it will not have an impact on sustainability because it is considered that these funds do not contribute to financial performance such as for the development and return of operating results and vice versa there are indications that can affect the decline in the company's financial sustainability condition due to prove to have a negative relationship. Furthermore, the size of the company cannot determine the company's financial sustainability.

New Ecological Paradigm: Is it Important to Formate the Green Purchase Behavior? 新生态范式:绿色购买行为的形成重要吗?

Green purchase behavior is a form of human responsibility to protect the earth from rampant environmental exploitation. Implementing a theory of Value-belief-norm, the determinants factors of Green purchase behavior are analyzed. The main aims of this research are to analyze the antecedents of the New Ecological Paradigm NEP, and its consequences on Green Purchase Behavior. The respondents of this research were consumers who consumed immune vitamins containing natural ingredients, during this COVID-19 pandemic. NEP is an individual's awareness in realizing the consequences and responsibility toward environmentally friendly behavior. The results of this study indicated that altruistic value is not an antecedent of NEP, either directly or when it tested between altruistic value and green purchasing behavior which mediated by the new ecological paradigm. The altruistic value, which is defined as feeling or concerns to others in relation with environment, it does not influence the NEP and Green Purchase Behavior. Hedonic values, NEP, and personal norms become factors that form the green purchase behavior.
