Lecturers’ Perspective on Inclusion: Inclusive Education Service for Students with Disabilities in University 讲师的共融视角:大学残障学生的全纳教育服务

The purpose of this study was to analyze how lecturers' perspectives are on the inclusive education model in higher education. This research used a qualitative descriptive method which was conducted on 32 lecturers consisting of four universities in the city of Padang. Each lecturer is asked to fill out an Inclusivity Instrument questionnaire regarding Inclusive Education in Higher Education in Padang City. Based on the results of the study, data shows that inclusive education services in the city of Padang have been implemented properly based on the results of the instruments that have been filled in by lecturers. However, there are several different treatments in the teaching and learning process in the classroom. This difference results in different teaching methods for each lecturer and different absorption of information for these students.

The Implications of Technological Media Towards the Social Life 科技媒介对社会生活的影响

The development technologi information and comunication is what brings the most significant changes in social life. The purpose of this research is to determine the implications or effects caused by technology media on the social life of the community in the village of Aikmel, Aikmel District East Lombok Regency. Based on the results of the research, concluded that the wider of the reach of the community in obtaining information and expanding the association, so there are also shifts that occur and affect the character and culture of the community itself, such as ways of communicating where people prefer to communicate through the social media rather than to meet directly with the interlocutor, the people's lifestyles tend to be hedon or happy to show off their ownership both in real life and virtual life, ways of dressing are more likely to imitate the outside cultures.

Stress and Work Engagement: Meaningful Work as Mediator 压力与工作投入:有意义工作的中介作用

Background: Work engagement is the antecedent of various outcomes, for instance, performance and well-being. Employees can deeply involve when they have an excellent level of work engagement at work. They become more productive that impacts the organization's benefits and has a positive effect on them. Our study tested whether stress relates negatively to work engagement and if a relationship would be mediated by meaningful work. Method: The research design was a cross-sectional study; 203 participants were included, who work as civil servants and private employees with a minimum education at the undergraduate level. They filled out the scales distributed online. The model was tested used a structural equation model. Result: The result shows a direct negative association between perceived stress and work engagement, a direct negative association between perceived stress and meaningful work, meanwhile a direct positive relationship between meaningful work and work engagement. Henceforward, the structural equation model reveals that meaningful work partially mediated a negative association between perceived stress and work engagement. Conclusion: The study has proved that the empirical evidence of how perceived stress can contribute to work engagement, and in this study, the relationship between the two variables can interfere with meaningful work.

The Role of Nagari Traditional Representative and Bundo Kanduang in Nagari (Village) Development Nagari传统代表和Bundo Kanduang在Nagari(村庄)发展中的作用

Nagari Traditional Representative (KAN) and Bundo Kanduang are Nagari Society Institutions. Is a forum for the participation of the Nagari community which is the partner of the Nagari government. The Nagari government needs the involvement of KAN and Bundo Kanduang in making a policy or decision. KAN and Bundo Kanduang function to assist in the implementation of Nagari development, the method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research with a case study approach. Where this study focuses intensely on one object and learns to be a case. Sampling in the study used purposively, where the informant was chosen directly by the researcher. The results show that KAN and Bundo Kanduang are Nagari Society Institutions that play an important role in the development of the Nagari, quality KAN and Bundo Kanduang determine the goal of Nagari Development, namely to improve people's welfare.

Differences in the Effect of Training Methods and Training Motivation on VO2Max Capacity of Football Association Players in Sungai Bengkal Village, Tebo Regency 训练方式和训练动机对特博县双溪本加尔村足球运动员最大摄氧量影响的差异

The problem in this study is the low VO2Max ability of football union athletes in Sungai Bengkal Village, Tebo Regency. Many training methods can increase a soccer athlete's VO2Max. Among them are interval training methods and continuous training methods, as well as training motivation. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of training methods and training motivation on VO2Max capacity of Football Association players in Sungai Bengkal Village, Tebo Regency. This research is a quasi-experimental research with a 2x2 factorial design. The population of this study were 62 players of the football association in Sungai Bengkal village. The sample in this study the researchers carried out by distributing a questionnaire of training motivation to the entire population with 30% taking high training motivation totaling 14 people, then taking 30% low training motivation totaling 14 people. So that the total sample is 28 people. The test instrument used was filling out a training motivation questionnaire using a Likers scale and a bleep test to measure VO2Max. Data analysis using ANOVA 2 Way, and performed with the Tukey test to test the hypothesis. The results of the data analysis showed that: (1) overall the interval training method was more effective than the continuous training method group F0A (5.6)> Ft (4.26). (2) there is an interaction between training methods and training motivation on VO2Max (52.011)> Ft (4.26) capacity. (3) in the high category training motivation, the extensive interval training method is more effective than the group given the continuous training method to the VO2MaxTh capacity (6,768)> Tt (1,171). (4) in the low training motivation category, the extensive interval training method was no more effective than the continuous training method group on the VO2Max capacity of Th (-3.431)

Relationship Between Knowledge and Attitudes of Pregnant Women with Participation in Pregnancy Exercise at Puskesmas Pariaman 孕妇参与妊娠运动的知识和态度的关系

According to the WHO (World Health Organization), WHO estimated that every years more than 585 thousand mothers die during pregnancy or childbirth. Pregnancy exercised was one of the promotive and preventive effort to reduced IMR and AKI. Childbirth is a monumental time for a woman. The research objective was to determined the relationship between attitude and knowledge of pregnant women and participation in pregnancy exercise at the Pariaman Health Care in 2019.This researched was quantitative, while the type of researched used is cross sectional researched. This researched was conducted at Pariaman Public Health Center from June until July 2019. The population in this studied were pregnant women on the third trimester, the sample was taken as many as 42 people.The results of this research analysis show that more than half of respondent knowledges (52.4%) is still low. More than half of the respondents' attitudes (54.8%) are still negative. More than half of the respondents (64.3%) did not participate in pregnancy exercise. There was a significant relationship between participation and knowledges in pregnancy exercise, with p value of 0.005 < 0.05. There was a significant relationship among attitudes and participation in pregnancy exercise, with p value of 0.001 < 0.05.It is hoped that health workers will play a more active role in providing counseling and increasing information about pregnancy exercise both to pregnant women who are at the polindes or other meeting places. Increased promotion can be by distributing leaflets or brochures containing information about the benefits of pregnancy exercise.

History Textbook Development Based on Historical Thinking 基于历史思维的历史教科书开发

The need for textbooks in learning is the most urgent thing, including in history learning. However, until now there have been no textbooks that are a learning resource for students which are arranged based on historical characteristics itself, namely historical thinking. So far, historical thinking has only been discussed as part of historical science. In fact, Thinking History is the main purpose why history should be taught to students. Studying history, students understand chronology, have the ability to analyze the causes and effects, causes and effects of an event, are able to interpret, think about three dimensions of time, and are able to take the values of these events that can be applied. In this life, these are all stages of Historical Thinking. Therefore, this study aims to produce textbooks designed in accordance with historical thinking. The material does not focus on describing facts, but rather analyzes facts and invites readers, especially students, to be trained in historical thinking. So that a textbook is produced, namely the Textbook of the History of Islamic Civilization in Indonesia.

Blended Learning Model for Deaf Students on Developing Critical Thinking in Higher Education 高等教育中聋人学生批判性思维培养的混合式学习模式

The use of technology in learning can develop skills and provide separate learning support for children with special needs such as deaf children who are enrolled in higher education institutions. One of the skills that can be realized with the involvement of technology is critical thinking, which is one of the expected skills in the 21st century. To meet these demands, learning activities must of course continue to adapt to technological developments and be designed to meet needs and characteristics. Technology-based learning innovations can be realized in a instructional model. One of the technology-based instructional models that are currently widely used is the blended learning model which is the best pairing of face-to-face and online learning. This instructional model supports students to learn more actively and independently and requires students to be skilled at adapting to technology. This development research aims to produce a mix learning model to improve the critical thinking skills of deaf students in higher education. The development is carried out using the 4D model which begins with the define stage by conducting a needs analysis, design and development.

Sports Test Model to Measure Athlete’s Physical Fitness Through the Application 运动测试模型在运动员体能测试中的应用

The purposes of this study are develop the test model, determine test model effectiveness, and measures the physical abilities of South Sumatera athletes. The method that used in this study is development research methods with a test model to measure the physical ability of athletes using the application. With five procedures, they are product analysis, initial products, expert validation, trials small-scale and broad-scale; product revision and final product. The techniques of data collection in this study using observation guidelines while questionnaires using percentage data analysis techniques and physical test data collection techniques by category. Subjects were 20 South Sumatra athletes. The results shown in explosive power aspect, 15% athletes are excellent and 85% athletes are good. The results shown in speed aspect, 30% athletes are excellent, 65% athletes are good, and 5% athletes are fair. The results shown in agility aspect, 15% athletes are excellent, 75% athletes are good, and 10% athletes are fair. The results shown in flexibility aspect, 20% athletes are excellent, 70% athletes are good, and 10% athletes are fair. The results shown in durability aspect, 20% athletes are excellent, 75% athletes are good, and 5% athletes are fair. This model produces an effective physical test component for athletes, it can be suggested for trainers to be able to use this test model as an alternative in measuring the physical abilities of athletes.
