Sports Test Model to Measure Athlete’s Physical Fitness Through the Application 运动测试模型在运动员体能测试中的应用

The purposes of this study are develop the test model, determine test model effectiveness, and measures the physical abilities of South Sumatera athletes. The method that used in this study is development research methods with a test model to measure the physical ability of athletes using the application. With five procedures, they are product analysis, initial products, expert validation, trials small-scale and broad-scale; product revision and final product. The techniques of data collection in this study using observation guidelines while questionnaires using percentage data analysis techniques and physical test data collection techniques by category. Subjects were 20 South Sumatra athletes. The results shown in explosive power aspect, 15% athletes are excellent and 85% athletes are good. The results shown in speed aspect, 30% athletes are excellent, 65% athletes are good, and 5% athletes are fair. The results shown in agility aspect, 15% athletes are excellent, 75% athletes are good, and 10% athletes are fair. The results shown in flexibility aspect, 20% athletes are excellent, 70% athletes are good, and 10% athletes are fair. The results shown in durability aspect, 20% athletes are excellent, 75% athletes are good, and 5% athletes are fair. This model produces an effective physical test component for athletes, it can be suggested for trainers to be able to use this test model as an alternative in measuring the physical abilities of athletes.

History Textbook Development Based on Historical Thinking 基于历史思维的历史教科书开发

The need for textbooks in learning is the most urgent thing, including in history learning. However, until now there have been no textbooks that are a learning resource for students which are arranged based on historical characteristics itself, namely historical thinking. So far, historical thinking has only been discussed as part of historical science. In fact, Thinking History is the main purpose why history should be taught to students. Studying history, students understand chronology, have the ability to analyze the causes and effects, causes and effects of an event, are able to interpret, think about three dimensions of time, and are able to take the values of these events that can be applied. In this life, these are all stages of Historical Thinking. Therefore, this study aims to produce textbooks designed in accordance with historical thinking. The material does not focus on describing facts, but rather analyzes facts and invites readers, especially students, to be trained in historical thinking. The research method used is Research and Development, with the ADDIE model. However, this research is limited to the development process only. So that a textbook is produced, namely the Textbook of the History of Islamic Civilization in Indonesia.

Blended Learning Model for Deaf Students on Developing Critical Thinking in Higher Education 高等教育中聋人学生批判性思维培养的混合式学习模式

The use of technology in learning can develop skills and provide separate learning support for children with special needs such as deaf children who are enrolled in higher education institutions. One of the skills that can be realized with the involvement of technology is critical thinking, which is one of the expected skills in the 21st century. To meet these demands, learning activities must of course continue to adapt to technological developments and be designed to meet needs and characteristics. Technology-based learning innovations can be realized in a instructional model. One of the technology-based instructional models that are currently widely used is the blended learning model which is the best pairing of face-to-face and online learning. This instructional model supports students to learn more actively and independently and requires students to be skilled at adapting to technology. This development research aims to produce a mix learning model to improve the critical thinking skills of deaf students in higher education. The development is carried out using the 4D model which begins with the define stage by conducting a needs analysis, design and development.

Differences of Athletes’ Blood Lactic Acid Levels Before and After 1500 M Run 运动员1500米跑前后血乳酸水平的差异

The high intensity of training and competitions that athletes in various branches undergo exercise often carries a high risk of injury and fatigue. Efforts to recover from fatigue are required after athletes undergo training and competitions so that the athlete's body is back to normal. This study aimed to analyze the differences in blood lactic acid levels before and after the 1500 M run. This study used a quantitative method with a cross-sectional design. The research subjects were soccer athletes who were actively exercising. The variables to be studied were blood lactic acid levels and the identity data of the research subjects. This study included all soccer athletes in the FIK UNP Soccer Activity Unit, totaling 51 people. The sample is part of the population, namely 12 people taken purposively. The subject's identity data were collected using a questionnaire and data measurement of lactic acid levels using Accutrend Lactacid. Measurement of lactic acid levels was carried out before running 1500 meters and after resting for one hour. The results showed that the lactic acid levels after running the 1500 m run increased five times than the lactic acid levels before doing the 1500 m run. However, statistical analysis test results after measuring the lactic acid levels after an hour of rest, the lactic acid levels returned to normal conditions. The results of statistical tests showed that there were differences in blood lactic acid levels before and after running 1500 meters in athletes (α <0.05). Keyword: Lactic Acid Levels, Running 1500 m

Conceptual Model of Expert System-Based Smart Learning: Preliminary Analysis 基于专家系统的智能学习概念模型:初步分析

Based on the observations, there were still some obstacles faced by students when they want to develop their skills, where students only become passive recipients, so that the motivation of students to learn is reduced. Moreover, in the pandemic today, where learning is carried out by online, it hampers students from mastering learning optimally, because of students cannot interact directly with teachers when facing problems. Because of this pandemic case, one of solutions that can be done in class is the information and communication technology (ICT) using in the learning process, and technology that according to the era of revolution industry (RI) 4.0 development is smart learning based on expert systems. However, in developing smart learning based on this expert system, researchers need to know what is needed both from philosophy, student learning styles and student initial conditions. Researchers also need a paradigm of how they can develop expert system-based smart learning that can be applied effectively in the classroom during the learning process. Therefore, the aim of this study is to conduct an preliminary analysis of expert system-based smart learning, which is in the conceptual model to analyze the theory of education philosophy, learning styles and multiple intelligence that supports the development of expert system-based smart learning, as well as seeing students' initial conditions before smart learning based on expert system was developed. This study uses the method of literature study and the qualitative research using the observation method. Due to the results of this research, it was concluded that philosophically, the theory of constructivism, connectivism, learning styles and multiple intelligence as well as the initial conditions of students also support the development of smart learning based on this expert system.

Development of Assistive Devices for Blind Sprint Athletes 盲人短跑运动员辅助器材的研制

The purpose of this research is to develop a tool for sprint athletes to set the direction in implementing the training program. This study uses the research and development method of Research and Development, namely the research method used to produce certain products and to test the effectiveness of these products. The research was conducted in 3 (three) places, namely 2 (two) schools SLB-A Yapentra and SLB-A Karya Murni and 1 (one) visual blind sprint athlete NPC North Sumatra. From the results of running trials for athletes and guides after the sprint using a remote control and headset, athletes and guides are given a questionnaire and answered according to their respective understanding. Blind athletes filled out a questionnaire assisted by the research team. From the results of a broader field test of 16 blind athletes and 5 guides / coaches, it can be concluded that development of assistive devices for blind sprint athletes meets the criteria, namely 94% 98% can be continued. to the next stage.

The research was conducted in 3 (three) places, namely 2 (two) schools SLB-A Yapentra and SLB-A Karya Murni and 1 (one) visual blind sprint athlete NPC North Sumatra. From the results of running trials for athletes and guides after the sprint using a remote control and headset, athletes and guides are given a questionnaire and answered according to their respective understanding. Blind athletes filled out a questionnaire assisted by the research team. Analysis of Factors Affecting Student Interest to Continue Their Education to Vocational School 影响学生继续职业学校教育兴趣的因素分析

The purpose of this study was to determine the interests and factors that influence it to continue their studies to vocational high school. This type of research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study were all grade IX students, totaling 250 students. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results showed that most of the IX grade students at SMP Negeri 1 Sikur had an interest in continuing their study at SMK with a percentage of 42%. And the factors that influence it are: (a) the factor of student interest in a particular department that has a percentage value of 78%. (b) the factor of school condition or image of SMK which is considered good by students has a percentage value of 48% (c) the socioeconomic status factor of parents who have a percentage value of 89%.
本研究的目的在于了解中学生升入职业高中的兴趣及影响因素。这种类型的研究使用定量方法。本研究人群均为九年级学生,共250名学生。使用问卷调查的数据收集技术。数据分析采用描述性统计。结果显示,大多数九年级学生有兴趣继续在SMK学习,比例为42%。影响它的因素是:(a)学生对某一特定院系的兴趣因素,其百分比值为78%。(b)学生认为良好的学校条件或SMK形象因素的百分比值为48% (c)家长的社会经济地位因素的百分比值为89%。

Utilization of Interactive Multimedia in Improving the Quality of Learning During the Covid-19 Pandemic 利用交互式多媒体提高新冠肺炎大流行期间的学习质量

The study examines the interactive multimedia development by using Android systems. The interactive multimedia development is an important thing that supports online learning, as is happening now. Media in process of teaching and learning is an important element to deliver information to be more interesting and meaningful for students. Research and Development (R&D) with the 4 D development model is used as a method in this study. They are: (1) Define (defining); (2) Design (design); (3) Develop (development); (4) Disseminate (spread). The study indicates that the use of android-based interactive multimedia can improve communication skills in learning. This paper can be a choice of literature in understanding the use of android-based interactive multimedia in sociology learning.

Development of a Physical Rehabilitation Therapy Model for Functional Ankle Instability with Strengthening Exercise and Proprioceptive Exercise Methods 强化训练与本体感觉训练相结合的功能性踝关节不稳物理康复治疗模式的建立

Functional ankle instability is a subjective feeling experienced by a person in the ankle that feels unsteady after a history of repeated injuries to the ankle which results in proprioceptive and neuromuscular deficits as well as decreased sports performance to end one's career in certain sports due to the emergence of disabilities. The purpose of this study was to develop a model of physical rehabilitation therapy in improving ankle functional stability in functional ankle instability using Strengthening exercise and Proprioceptive Exercise methods. The research method in this research is research and developmentt, namely by developing a training method in the case of functional ankle instability and a product test method that resulted in the research sample using an experimental method with a pre-test and post-test design. The therapeutic model produced in this study was tested on 20 male research samples, the study was conducted 3 times a week for 6 weeks with the research instrument using the Cumberland Ankle Instability Tool. The results showed that the provision of Strengthening Exercise and Proprioceptive Exercise on functional ankle instability had a significant effect on improving the value of ankle functional stability with a pre-test mean of 20.70 ± 1.418 and a post-test mean of 25.65 ± 1.137 with a value of p = 0.000 (p <0.05). In conclusion, the combination of Strengthening Exercise and Proprioceptive Exercise can improve ankle functional stability in cases of functional ankle Instability.
