Revised Community of Inquiry as a Theoretical Foundation for understanding Students’ Blended Learning Experiences 修正探究共同体:理解学生混合式学习经验的理论基础

Industrial Revolution 4.0 (IR4.0) is one of the buzzwords that changed many facets of a human being’s life. Great emphasis is placed on the revolution in industries including education sector due to IR4.0. IR4.0 provides the opportunity to integrate more technology and innovation in teaching and learning process particularly during this pandemic of Covid-19. As a result of technology integration, myriad ways of teaching and learning were introduced such as machine learning, futuristic learning and the most common approach was blended learning. Blended learning is a form of educational technology which integrates both face to face and web-based learning. This approach is employed widely in many higher learning institutions, nevertheless very less research focused on the theoretical foundations for learners’ blended learning experiences. The purpose of this paper is to propose Revised Community of Inquiry as a theoretical foundation for understanding blended learning experiences of students. Revised Community of Inquiry is one of the frameworks evolved based on socio-constructivism theory for blended learning and it focuses on teamwork and interaction in learning environment. Main discussion of this paper is related to Revised Community of Inquiry framework and how it can be employed in educational setting to examine students’ blended learning experiences. The paper ends with recommendation of possible research avenues for prospective researchers.

Training Module Development of Emotional Intelligence of the School Principal Based on Contextual Teaching 基于情境教学的中小学校长情商培训模块开发

This paper aims to explain the results of research on the training modules development of emotional intelligence of principals' based on the contextual teaching and learning (CTL). Through this research was produced a material training for emotional intelligence for principals using modules that designed to be able to practice independently based on the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL ) method. So that the principal does not depend on the training carried out by the related parties. From preliminary observations about the analysis of the training needs of emotional intelligence, it was found that principals desperately needed training in emotional intelligence, but were constrained by the availability of time, budget and rules. Thus, modules are developed by using the ADDIE model with 5 stage of development are analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation that can be used at any time and anywhere.
本文旨在解释基于情境教学(CTL)的校长情商培训模块开发的研究结果。通过本研究,采用基于情境教学(CTL)方法设计的能够独立实践的模块,为校长提供了一套情商培训材料。使委托人不依赖于相关方进行的培训。从初步观察的情绪智力培训需求分析来看,校长迫切需要进行情绪智力培训,但受时间、预算和规则的限制。因此,采用ADDIE模型开发模块,分为分析、设计、开发、实施和评估5个阶段,可随时随地使用。

Analysis of Public Transportation Development Plan for Sustainable Transportation in Padang City 巴东市可持续交通公共交通发展规划分析

The many problems and impacts of transportation form the basis for the policy of developing a mass transit system in Padang City. The purpose of this research is to find out how people's preferences for public transportation are used as a reference for planning the development of public transportation towards sustainable transportation in the city of Padang. This research is quantitative research which is a type of associative quantitative research. The population in this study were residents of the city of Padang who carried out their daily activities in the city of Padang by using the Trans Padang. The collected data were then analyzed using multiple regression techniques. Based on the regression results, it is concluded that partially service quality has a significant effect on people's preferences for Trans Padang with a sig level of 0.00 <α = 0.05. Tariffs have a significant effect on people's preferences for Trans Padang with a sig level of 0.05 <α = 0.05. Overall the contribution of the dependent variable was 38.7%, with an F-count>F-table (30.261> 3.09). Thus, this study suggests that the government can improve service quality and provide affordable and stable rates for the community. Sustainable transportation development will be realized with a public transportationbased transportation system.

The Effect of Togok Tendency Towards Placement of Service in FIK UNP Students 托谷倾向对韩国大学生服务安置的影响

This research is a correlation study which aims to see how much influence togok flexibility has on the placement of service for sports education students at the Universitas Negeri Padang. The data was collected using a test survey with test and measurement techniques. Sampling was done using techniques Purposive Sampling totaled 30 people. The instrument test in this study used a Flexiometer to test the flexibility of the togok, and the Hewitt test achievement to test the placement of service. The results of the study concluded: 1). Togok's flexibility has directly affected Placement of service.

Increasing Academic Self-Efficacy Through Group Guidance in Class VIII Students of SMP Negeri 25 Banjarmasin 通过团体辅导提高中学八年级学生学业自我效能感[j]

Academic self-efficacy is a determining factor in students' academic performance in school. The reality that occurs in the world of education, especially in Indonesia is that students get a lot of pressure, especially in academics. The academic value demands that must meet the minimum completeness criteria, without being accompanied by a pleasant learning ambiance are often experienced by students in Indonesia. This situation can trigger a decrease in the motivation and commitment of students to study. To avoid this, the counselor needs to make efforts, one of which is group guidance. This study aims to improve the academic self-efficacy of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 25 Banjarmasin, which is characterized by changes in student learning behavior. This research is qualitative research using a type of action research. The results of action research indicate a change in behavior in learning, namely students have self-confidence in learning so they have the belief to be able to complete difficult tasks and take on challenges in learning.

Governance Model of Badunsanak Campaign in the Election of the Regional Heads in West Sumatra 西苏门答腊省地方首长选举中巴敦沙纳运动的治理模式

The background of this article presents the conceptual governance of campaigns with the thought of electoral good governance in Regional Head Elections, so that regional head election campaigns are safe, peaceful, democratic, open, and avoid conflict. Although efforts have been made to anticipate conflicts, such as the concept of making a collective agreement on the Badunsanak regional election, these have not been implemented and are still within the limits of political euphoria. However, campaign governance in West Sumatra still occurs, such as before the implementation of the campaign the installation of campaign props was carried out, disobedient rules, frequent nowitness voting, ineffective oversight, and offschedule campaign activity. The main objective of this research is to identify a specific instrument for the “Badunsanak” campaign governance model in the regional elections in West Sumatra so that the model can later be applied to regional head elections in West Sumatra and regions in Indonesia. The conclusion of this paper refers to the findings of various campaign governance model instruments based on Badunsanak cultural values as Geneology values of the Minang community; mutual respect, belonging, respect, tolerance, mutual, openness, feeling, brotherhood and brotherhood integrated with the principles of electoral good governance; Transparency, Integrity, Independence; Impartiality; Efficiency; and service orientation, as a model for campaign governance in regional head elections in West Sumatra and regions in Indonesia.

Development of Tennis Learning Module Based on Blended Learning in Faculty of Sport Science, State University of Medan 棉兰州立大学体育科学学院基于混合式学习的网球学习模块开发

Modules as teaching materials that are systematic, interesting and can be used independently are expected to be a solution to the problem of the lack of teaching materials in Tennis course in Sport Science Faculty, State University of Medan. Students with different learning speed and skills ability learn them through modules according to their respective needs. The module developed in this study follows 4 development steps consisting of 1) needs analysis, 2) preparation of product drafts, 3) expert validation and legibility test, and 4) preparation of the final product. The results of expert validation for the module developed in this study shows a mean of 88% with very good category and the legibility test also showed very good results. Likewise, the response given by students to the final product of this module shows the number 89.9% in the very good category.

The Validity Analysis of Economic Enrichment Book Based on Minangkabau Culture for Senior High Schools 基于米南卡堡文化的高中经济充实教材效度分析

This study aims to produce an economic enrichment book based on Minangkabau culture for class X Senior High School. Development activities have been completed based on an analysis of teachers and students needs. For book development, the ADDIE design (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implementation and Evaluation) was used. The development is focused on the user's need for Minangkabau cultural information related to the economic material studied by grade X Senior High School students. The product has been revised based on input from experts and users. The validation results show that the economic enrichment book based on Minangkabau culture is valid with a validity value of 92.62% (very valid).
本研究旨在为高中X班制作一本以米南卡堡文化为基础的经济丰富读物。根据对教师和学生需要的分析,发展活动已经完成。对于图书开发,使用了ADDIE设计(分析、设计、开发、实施和评估)。开发的重点是用户对米南卡堡文化信息的需求,这些信息与高中X年级学生学习的经济材料有关。该产品已根据专家和用户的意见进行了修订。验证结果表明,基于米南卡堡文化的经济富集书有效度为92.62%(非常有效)。

Community Social Adaptation Strategy to Face Earthquake with Tsunami Potential Disaster Hazard in Red Zone Area 红区面对地震海啸潜在灾害的社区社会适应策略

The study of earthquake and tsunami threats state that the number of their occurrence probability and their impact risk which is come up are four from a scale of five in West Sumatera. This research is important to do because the magnitudes of the probability and impact that are caused by them, hence the aims of this research to obtain the information about: (1) People perceptions and knowledge toward earthquake with tsunami potential threats in Ketaping Village, (2) People social adaptation strategies against earthquake with tsunami potential threats, (3) The values of local wisdom that affect people social adaptations. The research is conducted by using qualitative method with phenomenological approach since it analyses about individual perception and knowledge in facing earthquake with tsunami potential. The results of this study reveals that people aware their rea is prone from earthquake with tsunami potential, nevertheless they have not had well strategy adaptation in dealing with it. People just rely their previous experiences in facing the disasters which were occurred in Ketaping Village and other areas. In conclusion, the research information would contribute to attempt the disaster risk reduction in Indonesia, mainly in Ketaping Village.
