Elaboration on Grammatical Errors of Descriptive Text by EFL Learners 英语学习者对描述性语篇语法错误的阐述

The research was conducted to know and to sort the kinds of grammatical errors in text made by the participants in descriptive genre. The error classifications followed the concept of Corder. Designed as qualitative study, the study took the second term learners of study program in English education at Hamzanwadi University which consisted 35 as the participants. Data was obtained from subjective examination in the form of descriptive text. The data analysis result described that learners’ errors were divided into four categories: omission, addition, selection, and ordering. From the persistent of every error kinds, selection turned out to be the most often made by the participants (57.9%). Furthermore, 30.30% errors were found as omission and 12.9 % errors were grouped into addition; while, misordering just cover 17.4 %.

The Effectiveness of the GAG Training Model in Improving the Basic Technical Skills of Soccer Passing GAG训练模式对提高足球传球基本技术的效果

The research purposes to determine the effectiveness of of the GAG training model on improving the skills of passing football. This research method is Quasi-Experiment. The sample in this study were SSB PSTS players aged 6-9 years. The data was collected by conducting tests using instruments of basic passing technique skills. The results showed that the sig (2-tailed) value was 0.000 <0.05. The conclusion of this research is that the GAG training model is effective for improving the passing skills of SSB players aged 6-9 years.

This research is based on the development of lectora-based digital learning media in the subject of Physical Education, Sports and Health with floor exercise (artistic) material. The research objective was to produce a digital-based learning media product for PJOK, making it easier for students and students in learning gymnastics. The sample of this research is FIK UNP students with gymnastics courses and gymnastics learning with a total of 12 people for small group subject trials and 15 people for field trials. The data obtained in this study are qualitative data obtained through validation from material experts, media experts and quantitative data obtained through assessment questionnaire analysis with descriptive statistics. This research was conducted using "Research and Development" (Research and Development). The Effects of Chocolate Milk and White Milk on the Hydration Status After Playing Tennis 巧克力牛奶和白牛奶对网球后水合状态的影响

The main problem when the author makes observations on tennis players at the State University of Padang is that many players do not pay attention to the intake of fluids consumed after playing tennis. It is feared that it can slow down the post-training recovery process to return the body to its previous state, so it is necessary to conduct research on the intake of fluids consumed after playing tennis. This study aims to analyze: (1) the effect of giving chocolate and white milk on hydration status after playing tennis, and (2) the difference in the effect of giving chocolate milk and white milk on hydration status after playing tennis. This research uses experimental methods. The subjects of this research were male gender tennis players at the State University of Padang, totaling 20 people. Instrument for measuring hydration status using an Urinometer. The data analysis technique used was ANOVA (one way) at a significant level α = 0.05. The results show that giving chocolate and white milk after playing tennis has not been able to maintain hydration status, as evidenced by the difference in hydration status values before and after playing tennis. However, chocolate milk was better at maintaining hydration status after playing tennis compared to white milk with a significant difference (p <0.05). The data analysis technique used was ANOVA (one way) at a significant level α = 0.05. The results show that giving chocolate and white milk after playing tennis has not been able to maintain hydration status, as evidenced by the difference in hydration status values before and after playing tennis. The Analysis of Solution Focused Brief Counseling Contribution in Reducing First-Year Students Academic Stress Symptoms 以解决方案为中心的简短咨询对减轻一年级学生学业压力症状的贡献分析

Various contributing factors influence the success of the learning process. Stress is one of the big problems experienced by students, especially first-year students. Students in the first year who live separately from parents tend to experience stress resulting in stressful conditions. Life changes to career decisions in the form of majors will also affect students' stress levels. Furthermore, these stress conditions are also compounded by changes in educational patterns at the educational level. An approach considered capable of being a strategic step in reducing these conditions is Solution Focused Brief Counseling (SFBC). This approach can help clients strengthen self-autonomy, strengthen thinking that focuses on solutions, formulating responsibilities, develop independence, increase self-control, and increase clients' quality of positive resources. This research aims to analyze the contribution of SFBC in reducing the academic stress conditions of first-year students. This study involved five students with high academic stress levels using the Student Academic Stress Scale (SASS). The research results show that SFBC is effective in reducing the academic stress level of first-year students.

An Analysis of Student’s Critical Thinking to Improve the Higher-Order Thinking Skill of Undergraduate Pharmacy Students 分析学生批判性思维对提高药学本科学生高阶思维能力的影响

The learning process in the 21 century must be contextual and require the Higher-Order Thinking Skill (HOTS) to prepare students in their life situations. The aim of this research is to analyze the students’ critical thinking skill in improving HOTS of undergraduate pharmacy students. This student's essential thinking skill including HOTS, knowledge of theoretical concepts, and skill of students in the learning process. This research was conducted towards the first-year students of pharmacy undergraduate with three major subjects, including cell biology, basic chemistry, and basic pharmaceuticals. The qualitative descriptive method with assessment, observation, and interview in collecting data was used in this research. The population sample made up of thirty-eight students. The categories of students’ critical thinking are divided into a low, moderate, and high percentages. The study shows that higher-order thinking skill of students was improved when a learning process pushed in activating the student’s critical thinking.

Development of Interactive Multimedia to Improve Letters Recognition for Children with Dyslexia 开发互动式多媒体以提高阅读障碍儿童的字母识别能力

This article discusses the development of interactive multimedia to improve the recognition of letters in dyslexic children. The background is the prevalence of dyslexic children who are quite a lot in elementary schools and the symptoms can even be found in children in early childhood education. This research uses the Research and Development (R & D) method, with the following steps: Research and information collecting, Planning, Developing Preliminary form of product, Preliminary field testing, product revision operational field testing, product revision, dissemination. The results obtained are interactive multimedia applications to recognize letters that have been validated by experts and limited trials that show an increase in the enthusiasm of dyslexic children in learning to recognize letters and an increase in their ability to recognize letters.

Multidimensional Scaling Analysis: An Application to Positioning Cosmetic Brands 多维尺度分析在化妆品品牌定位中的应用

Positioning is one of the most powerful marketing concepts. The importance of knowing the position of the product because the positioning is part of the broader marketing strategy which includes three basic decision levels, namely segmentation, targeting and positioning. In statistics, a method that can describe the positioning is Multidimensional Scaling (MDS). The purpose of multidimensional scaling is to provide a visual description of the proximity pattern as similarities or distances between a set of objects. Cosmetic products always get the attention of women including students as consumers who tend to always follow lifestyle trends that involve physical appearance and beauty. This study finds out the position of Wardah cosmetics compared to nine other brands on the market based on the attributes that influence consumers’ perceptions in buying cosmetics. The observed variables in this research are attributes of cosmetic products which are: brand, packaging, price, and ingredients. By using the MDS method, the results show that Wardah cosmetics are in the positive zone when viewed from packaging and safe material and suitable for the skin, but Wardah is in the negative zone when viewed from brand popularity and inexpensive.

Analysis of Student Playing Activity Based on Education Domain in Public Schools of Padang City 基于教育领域的巴东市公立学校学生游戏活动分析

This study aims to reveal the playing activities of Padang City Elementary School students and analyze the playing activities of students based on the educational domain. The population of this study was students of the Padang City Elementary Schools. There were 200 students as a sample taken by using purposive sampling technique. The research instrument used a Likers scale questionnaire which has been tested for validity of 0.69 and reliability of 0.90. The data analysis technique used a descriptive formula by considering the educational domain.Based on data analysis, it be concluded that: (1) The playing activities of the Padag City Elementary School students are in good category; (2) The educational domain included in the playing activities of Padang City Elementary School students are as follows: (a) The cognitive domain consists of; broaden play insight, breaded knowledge, refresh mindset, know the kinds of games (b) The psychomotor domain consists of; improve skills in playing, refresh the body, be healthy, sweat, relax, muscles, improve performance in sports; (c) Affection domain consists of: pleasing yourself, relieving stress, relieving problems at hand, comforting yourself, relieving sleepiness, eliminating boredom, not being lonely, eliminating anger, calming the mind, comforting a sad heart, increasing enthusiasm for learning, getting joy; (d) The social Domain consists of: making friends, improving relationships, recreation.

The Problems of Addictive Substance Abuse Among Young Street Singers in Minangkabau Community, West Sumatera 西苏门答腊米南卡保社区青年街头歌手药物成瘾问题研究

Young children work as street singers that have long been developing in Indonesia. They get income from their job for daily needs like food, cigarettes, glue, and even liquor, some of which contain addictive substances. The phenomenon of addictive substance abuse continues to increase and is concern in street singers. Due to many users are school-aged. In this article, the author will explain the relationship between the social structure of the street singer family in the distribution of addictive substances in the matrilineal society and the effects of using addictive substances for. This study uses a qualitative approach, in which the informants search using the snowball technique. The collecting data is done through in-depth interviews and observation. The author identifies two problems with the family structure faced by street singers that are the condition of poverty followed by communal proverty does not exist in matrilineal culture especially street family in urban areas and the weakening of the role or social status of the street singer family for educating and controling. This condition triggers young people who already have income among street singers to abuse addictive substances such as smoking and sniffing glue. These habit are gradually starting to be accepted among street singer families, especially cigarettes. However, it is different from inhaling glue due to its intoxicating effects, and is still considered bad for children.
