Objectives: to develop, validate, and evaluate an educational video on the prevention and management of antineoplastic agent extravasation, aimed at nursing professionals.
Methods: this methodological study was developed according to Falkembach's theoretical framework, which outlines five phases in the production of educational video materials: analysis and planning, modeling, implementation, evaluation, and distribution.
Results: content validation demonstrated agreement above the minimum threshold stipulated. The overall Content Validity Index was 90.8%, and it was 94.2% among the content and technical evaluation judges, respectively. The target audience evaluated the video positively, highlighting the importance of the content, the clarity of the language used, and the understanding of the information pertinent to the topic.
Conclusions: the video proved to be an appropriate strategy for instructing interventions on the prevention and management of extravasation, with the potential to improve educational practices among nursing professionals.

Objective: To develop and validate indicators for the evaluation of computerized systems in vaccination rooms.
Methods: Methodological study. From the construction of a logical model for managing information produced in computerized systems in vaccination rooms, an evaluation indicator matrix was developed, and its contents were validated by specialists using the Delphi method. The degree of relevance and clarity were judged, using the following parameters: agreement percentage ≥ 90%; content validity index > 0.78. Internal consistency was tested using Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.93.
Results: Of the 55 proposed indicators, 48 were validated and composed the final matrix, with 13 in the structure dimension, 29 in the process dimension, and six in the outcome dimension.
Conclusion: The set of indicators shows validity and high reliability, and can be used to evaluate computerized systems in vaccination rooms throughout the country, as it adhered to the recommendations of the National Immunization Program.

Objective: To analyze the configuration of power relations among the multiprofessional team in the bedside round process in the hospital.
Methods: Qualitative research with data analyzed through discourse analysis, based on Michel Foucault's theoretical framework. From September to December 2022, we conducted interviews and field observations with the multiprofessional team at a hospital in Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, Brazil, as well as qualitative, semi-structured interviews with 37 professionals.
Results: The participants pointed out that the experiences of the professionals involved in bedside rounds depend on how the physician conducts the process, and the physician-centered process makes it difficult for other professionals in the team to participate.
Final considerations: The way hospitals organize bedside rounds does not promote knowledge articulation for their professionals. It hinders the circulation of power and harms interdisciplinary work in a process that maintains the physician as the main actor in clinical decisions.

Objective: To analyze how management practices for sharing knowledge are developed in public hospitals in the context of nursing.
Methods: Qualitative research, carried out with 15 nurse managers from six public hospitals, from July to September 2022. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews and analyzed according to content analysis and in a model for sharing knowledge at work.
Results: Knowledge sharing in nursing occurs through intraand extra-organizational training (training, courses and events), use of digital communication tools (media and social networks) and individual and collective contact between professionals during the service (experiences, exchange of experiences and assessment feedback).
Final considerations: Sharing knowledge is relevant to nursing work. To improve it, it must be understood that effective sharing occurs from person to person, in their daily practices, and must be conducted as a strategically planned process by nurse managers.

Objective: To analyze the sociodemographic and occupational influences on health professionals' quality of life.
Method: This descriptive-exploratory, cross-sectional, analytical, and quantitative study addressed 94 health workers, including nursing technicians, nurses, and physical therapists working in Intensive Care Units in a town in the extreme south of Brazil in 2023. The student's t-test and Spearman correlation were used.
Results: A significant positive correlation was found between being a woman and the psychological domain and between income and the social and environmental domain while working hours were inversely related to general QoL. Additionally, workload negatively impacted the physical, psychological, and general QOL, furniture negatively influenced the psychological domain, and equipment was negatively associated with the physical and psychological domain.
Conclusion: The characteristics of the work environment interfere with several areas of quality of life.

Objective: to identify telenursing contributions in Primary Health Care during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Methods: an integrative literature review, conducted between January and August 2022 in the PubMed, CINAHL, LILACS, BDENF, Scopus, WoS, EMBASE and SciELO databases. A total of 493 studies was found, 62 were read in full, and of these, 16 were selected. For analysis, a dynamic reading of the studies and synthesis of the main results were carried out.
Results: the main results highlighted telenursing practice as a challenge for professionals and the population. Among the contributions and positive points and aspects that require improvement, practice showed promise when considered in a post-pandemic scenario.
Final considerations: through telenursing, the population's access to Primary Health Care was guaranteed in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic. However, a critical look at current technological advances in healthcare is necessary.

Objectives: to analyze the vaccination situation against Mpox in people living with HIV/AIDS in Brazil.
Methods: an ecological study on the vaccination status against Mpox in people living with HIV/AIDS (PLWHA) in Brazil. The data were collected in April 2023 through information from the Ministry of Health, using the "Microsoft app Power BI," which is publicly accessible.
Results: the data analysis revealed that in Brazil, 2,978 doses of the MVA-BN Jynneos Mpox vaccine were administered in PLWHA, resulting in a vaccination coverage of 18.3%, with the southern and southeastern regions showing the lowest and highest vaccination coverage, respectively. Gender-based evaluation showed a higher proportion of vaccinated males.
Conclusions: we identified low vaccination coverage in all regions of Brazil, highlighting the need for intensified vaccination activities, especially for PLWHA.

Objectives: to understand the experiences of indigenous women regarding the pregnancy-puerperal cycle.
Methods: qualitative, exploratory and descriptive research, carried out between May and August 2023 with 27 pregnant women from Indigenous Villages in Mato Grosso, Brazil, through open individual interviews. The data was analyzed using Reflexive thematic analysis.
Results: data analysis resulted in the following themes: Cultivation of labor and birth in its natural and sacred path; Unique practices and beliefs associated with breastfeeding; Evolved or reductive thinking? The participants suggest inviolable practices and beliefs, which must be welcomed, respected and enhanced by indigenous health teams.
Final considerations: the experiences of indigenous women regarding the pregnancy-puerperal cycle are unique and motivated by inviolable cultural and religious beliefs, which transcend scientific knowledge, certainties and the linearity of contemporary approaches, normally established as order.

Objectives: to assess the association between indicators of emotional distress and dispositional mindfulness in health students at a Brazilian federal public university.
Methods: a cross-sectional study, developed with university students in the health area of a public institution from May to June 2022. In the analysis, multiple linear regression was used using SPSS software.
Results: the sample was mostly female, ≤ 22 years old, non-white, studying the first semesters, with a higher prevalence for the medicine course. Students presented moderate dispositional mindfulness scores. It was observed that the variables of stress, depression and current suicide risk were associated with the capacity for mindfulness.
