Objectives: to develop a Situation-Specific Theory based on the Self-Efficacy Theory applied to breastfeeding mothers in socioeconomic vulnerability.
Methods: the Situation-Specific Theory was constructed based on Callista Roy's assumptions, structured in six stages: (1) defining approach; (2) defining conceptual models; (3) defining the main concept; (4) developing a pictorial diagram; (5) constructing a proposition; (6) establishing causal relationships and evidence for practice.
Results: eight socioeconomic factors such as age, parity, maternal occupation, education, marital status, race, social support and family income interfere with the sources of self-efficacy in mothers in socioeconomic vulnerability. The Situation-Specific Theory elements were associated in a pictorial diagram and in causal relationships evidenced by six propositions.
Conclusions: it is concluded that the Situation-Specific Theory can provide a better understanding of the relationships between these factors with the sources of Self-Efficacy Theory in mothers with socioeconomic vulnerability.

Objectives: to report the process of adapting a Mental Health Risk Stratification Instrument through a workshop.
Methods: experience report of the process of adapting an instrument, which is not validated, through a workshop with health professionals from the Psychosocial Care Network of a medium-sized city, using Paulo Freire's dialogical pedagogy as a methodological framework.
Results: the workshop enabled dialogue, reflection and collective construction. The professionals identified weaknesses in the instrument, such as unclear descriptors, lack of criteria that considered socio-family and subjective aspects, and doubts regarding the applicability of risk categories. They suggested adjustments, discussed disagreements and sought consensus.
Final considerations: mutual listening and the appreciation of professional experiences favored the appropriation of the instrument by the participants, strengthening the commitment to the qualification of mental health care and positively impacting the improvement of the work processes of the teams.

Objectives: to translate and cross-culturally adapt the self-reflective tool Outil Réflexif sur l'Accès Adapté (ORAAprof) into Brazilian Portuguese.
Methods: methodological study conducted from August 2022 to April 2023 in five stages: translation, back-translation, synthesis of translations, evaluation by an expert committee, and authors' approval.
Results: independent specialists carried out the translations and back-translations. The Brazilian researchers produced the synthesis version based on those translations and back-translations. An expert committee evaluated the synthesis version considering linguistic aspects (semantic, idiomatic, cultural, and conceptual) and judged the final Portuguese version to be adequate; the Content Validity Ratio was 1.0. The final consensus version of the Ferramenta Autorreflexiva sobre o Acesso Avançado para Profissionais (ORAAprof Brasil) was approved by the original authors.
Final considerations: ORAAprof-Brasil may provide information to improve access quality and management in Primary Health Care.

Objectives: to categorize Advanced Nursing Practice activities in Brazil, registered in the health production reporting platform of the Health Information System for Primary Care, by Primary Health Care nurses.
Methods: a documentary, exploratory, nationwide study was conducted in 2024, based on public data available on websites linked to the Brazilian Ministry of Health, using 2023 as the reference year.
Results: the analysis matrix represents a comparative conceptual structure that demonstrates the evidence of advanced practices that have been assumed and recorded by nurses in the Brazilian Unified Health System data system, with open access.
Final considerations: the study shows that, despite the autonomy of nurses in practices such as prescribing medications, requesting tests, making referrals, inserting IUDs, suturing, and other interventions, Brazilian policy still presents discrepancies in relation to the guidelines of the International Council of Nurses and the World Health Organization.

Objectives: to describe nursing tutors' perspectives on the training process for Community Health Workers in a vocational course offered through distance learning.
Methods: this experience report is based on the work of two nursing tutors in a free vocational course offered by a federal professional training program within and for the Brazilian Health System, between 2022 and 2023.
Development: challenges related to students' low digital literacy, limited understanding of the tutor's role, and weak institutional support were highlighted. Asynchronous communication, heterogeneity of territories, and lack of study time compromised the training process.
Final considerations: tensions between the adopted pedagogical model and the principles of continuing education in health indicate the need to reassess vocational training policies in and for the Brazilian Health System based on an ethical-political positioning, appreciation of workers, critical digital inclusion and articulation between education and work.

Objectives: to evaluate the effectiveness of processing laryngoscopes used in surgical patients undergoing orotracheal intubation.
Methods: this was a descriptive, analytical, quantitative study conducted in a public hospital in Minas Gerais, Brazil, in two phases: assessment of the protein test and the persistence of simulated microorganisms on laryngoscopes. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and the Wilcoxon Signed Rank test.
Results: a total of 48 samples were analyzed, distributed across 24 protein tests, 12 fluorescence analyses, and 12 visual inspections of the laryngoscope conditions. There was a significant reduction in protein levels after processing (z = -2.58, p < 0.010), with a moderate effect size (r = 0.74). However, all samples failed the qualitative assessment, as protein levels exceeded the acceptable limit of 1 µg/cm2.
Conclusions: there was a reduction in simulated microorganisms. However, all protein tests failed, indicating the ineffectiveness of laryngoscope disinfection.
