Ketahanan nasional (national resilience) baru akan terwujud ketika ditopang oleh ketahanan pada lapisan dibawahnya yakni ketahanan regional/wilayah. Ketahanan regional/wilayah juga mustahil tercipta jika tidak adanya ketahanan pada level keluarga (diri/individu). Pandemic Covid-19 berpotensi mengancam ketahanan nasional bangsa Indonesia. Oleh karenanya keluarga sebagai pilar penyokong ketahanan nasional harus ditingkatkan peranannya. Keluarga sebagai unit sosial terkecil dalam masyarakat memiliki tanggung jawab dalam mencetak generasi penerus yang unggul dan berdaya saing, mendidik anak bangsa yang memiliki kecerdasan yang berimbang antara intelektual, moral, dan juga spiritual. Tulisan ini bermaksud menerangkan kondisi ketahanan keluarga pada masa Pandemic Covid-19 serta menjelaskan kontribusi keluarga dalam mewujudkan ketahanan masyarakat yang berdampak terhadap menguatnya ketahanan nasional bangsa. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode wawancara (interview) dan penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana Peran Pemerintah Desa dan Lembaga Adat dalam menerapkan Hukum Adat dan Efektivitas Penerapan Sanksi Adat menurut Peraturan Desa Nomor 07 Tahun 2018 Tentang Penyelenggaraan Sanksi Adat solo hulir sea’ng hala. Metode penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan yaitu sumber data primer dan sumber data sekunder. Informan yang terlibat dalam penelitian adalah Kepala Desa, Ketua Adat dan BPD. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian bahwa Peran Pemerintah Desa sebagai sebagai Mediator, Fasilitator, Motivator, Hakim Perdamaian Dan Lembaga Adat berperan sebagai sebagai Mediator, Regulator, Hakim Perdamaian. Efektivitas penerapan sanksi adat oleh Pemerintah Desa Koting D dapat dikatakan efektif, karena penerapan sanksi adat itu benar-benar dijalankan dan tepat sesuai sasaranya dan aturan tersebut sebelum dijalankan terlebih dahulu disosialisasikan kepada masyarakat sehingga masyarakat mengerti dengan peraturan yang dibuat.

AbstractThe purpose of this research is to develop a learning model that is in accordance with the demands of the times in the industrial revolution era 4.0. Which has an impact on the shifting paradigm of learning patterns, namely learning patterns that use technology with learning that does not use technology, as well as the differences in learning concepts in class to be digital learning that doesn't have to be always in the classroom. This research uses the Research and Development approach by grouping it into three stages, namely: 1) Preliminary Study, 2) Program planning and preparation and 3) program trials. This research was conducted at 92 Jakarta Junior High School, in the even semester of the 2019/2020 Academic Year. The sampling technique in this study was a by purpose sampling by taking a sample of a group of students in class VII Junior High School 92 Jakarta. The results of this study develop a model of infusing blended learning carried out using cooperative and contextual learning models with a scientific approach and integrating or incorporating digital information technology into learning to use Google Classroom and kahoot! managed to improve student's learning outcomes and student's learning activeness. So, it can be concluded that the use of the blended learning model of learning by integrating Google Classroom and kahoot! in social studies learning is in accordance with the 4.0 industrial revolution which is characterized by the use of internet-based information technology and can be used as an alternative for teachers in learning innovation.Key Word: Industry Revolution 4.0, Infusing Blended Learning, Social Studies

ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze the effect of implementing the KKG and routine supervision of the principal on improving the quality of elementary schools, especially in Garut Kota District. The method used in this research is descriptive correlational method. The object of research as well as the population in this research are principals and elementary school teachers in Garut Kota District. Meanwhile, the sample in this study was 137 respondents who were drawn from principals and teachers in a balanced manner. Data collection techniques used are documentation studies, field studies. While the data analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis is statistical analysis with a path analysis model. The results of research on the implementation of the KKG in Garut Kota District have been felt by the teachers to be not optimal, so there needs to be efforts to further improve various activities that are beneficial for the development of teacher professionalism. Routine supervision of school principals shows that in general the principals of elementary schools in Garut Kota District have not fully carried out routine supervision as they should. The quality of the school also shows quite good criteria. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran dari tokoh masyarakat dalam mebina toleransi antar umat beragama yang ada di Kelurahan Karang Baru Kota Mataram, serta mengetahui hal-hal lain yang menyangkut dengan toleransi di masyarakat. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, pendekatan deskriptif dan landasan teori fenomenologi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan cara wawancara, obsevasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dengan cara pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, Kesimpulan dan verivication. Teknik untuk menguji keabsahan data menggunakan trianggulasi (gabungan). Sehingga, peneliti dapat melihat cara tokoh masyarakat membina toleransi antar umat beragama yang sudah ada melalui peran yang tokoh masyarakat jalankan sesuai dengan kedudukannya.

The purpose of this study is to determine the basic values that must be owned and understood by Lecturers as State Civil Apparatus and to actualize the basic values of ASN through the use of the jigsaw learning method. Through this habituation activity, it is hoped that it can be a measure of success in improving public services. There are 6 supporting activities chosen to solve the selected core issues, namely making and packaging learning plans that focus on student activity. delivering learning materials using the Jigsaw cooperative learning model, compiling questions in varied forms, carrying out formative evaluations, checking student test/test results, and analyzing student test/test results. The research finding is that the actualization of ANEKA values has been successful in motivating and increasing students' understanding and activeness with innovative learning models in the Basic Occupational Health and Safety course. There are 6 supporting activities chosen to solve the selected core issues, namely making and packaging learning plans that focus on student activity. delivering learning materials using the Jigsaw cooperative learning model, compiling questions in varied forms, carrying out formative evaluations, checking student test/test results, and analyzing student test/test results. The research finding is that the actualization of ANEKA values has been successful in motivating and increasing students' understanding and activeness with innovative learning models in the Basic Occupational Health and Safety course. The background of this research is related to the development of human resources through social sciences which must be introduced to students from an early age. Of course, in the introduction of social studies, teachers must use learning models so that teaching and learning activities can be achieved in accordance with learning objectives. The formulation of the problem in this research article is how does a teacher deliver learning related to social studies?. In addition, what learning models can teachers use in teaching social studies? The purpose of this study is so that readers can understand various learning models that can be used in increasing students' understanding of the Proclamation of Indonesian Independence. This study uses qualitative research methods that use data types in the form of results from journal literature, books, and other scientific works as a reference for writing research. The results of this study indicate that there are several learning models that can be used by educators in teaching and learning activities about the Proclamation of Indonesian Independence. Hasil belajar pada dasarnya dipengaruhi banyak factor, salah satunya factor metode pembelajaran. Rendahnya kreativitas guru dalam menyajikan materi pembelajaran dengan variasi metode berimplikasi pada rendahnya kualitas hasil belajar IPS yang berdampak pada rendahnya ketertarikan siswa dalam belajar. Melalui kajian eksperimen pada pembelajaran IPS dengan memanfaatkan Metode Snowball Throwing, peneliti mencoba mengkaji bagaimana hasil belajar IPS dengan menggunakan metode tersebut, apakah metode snowball throwing dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar IPS menjadi lebih baik?. Studi eksperimen yang dilakukan terhadap siswa SMPN 1 Samarang pada kelas VIII menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar peserta didik sebelum diterapkan model pembelajaran snowball throwing pada mata pelajaran IPS masih rendah yang disebabkan guru cenderung kurang mempersiapkan model pembelajaran yang menarik, tidak mengetahui apa yang seharusnya dilakukan oleh seorancg guru ketika peserta didik tidak merasa antusias dalam pembelajaran, khususnya pada mata pelajaran IPS, pada saat Hasil belajar peserta didik setelah diterapkan model pembelajaran snowball throwing pada mata pelajaran IPS peserta didik menjadi lebih baik atau bisa dikatakan meningkat dibandingkan dengan hasil belajar sebelumnya. Metode pembelajaran snowball throwing dapat meningkatkan terhadap hasil belajar IPS.

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui Peran Pemerintah Desa dalam Mengatasi Konflik Perkelahian Warga akibat Minuman keras dan untuk mengetahui efektivitas Peran Pemerintah Desa dalam Mengatasi Konflik Perkelahian Warga akibat Minuman keras di Desa Aibura, Kecamatan Waigete, Kabupaten Sikka. Subyek penelitian Kaur Pelayaan Desa, sekertaris BPD dan tokoh adat. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa peran Pemerintah Desa dalam mengatasi konflik perkelahian warga akibat minuman keras yaitu pemerintah dengan menggunakan pola mediasi dan diakhiri dengan hukum adat guni gelo yang artinya bayaran dari pihak pelaku terhadap pihak korban sebagai proses penyelesaian konflik seperti yang tertera dalam Panggilan Penyelesaian Hukum adat dan Berita Acara, sedangkan efektivitas Pemerintah Desa dalam mengatasi konflik perkelahian warga akibat minuman keras Penyelesaian tersebut dilakukan secara efektif oleh Pemerintah Desa Aibura dengan menyediakan sarana prasarana yang cukup memadai antara lain Ketua BPD, tokoh adat, hakim perdamaian desa, kepala dusun, para ketua RT/RW, anggota Linmas, pihak pelaku, pihak korban, tempat atau lokasi pertemuan. Dari hasil penelitian maka penulis mengambil kesimpulan bahwa peran pemerintah diharapkan lebih maksimal dalam memberikan sosialisasi tentang minuman keras dan memberikan penyuluhan kepada masyarakat mengenai kesehatan, psikologi agar masyarakat mengetahui dampak dari mengkonsumsi minuman keras dan diharapkan juga agar Pemerintah Desa Aibura membuat Peraturan Desa tentang minuman keras. This study discusses the role of internet technology in e-commerce. This study uses a causal research design on 58 respondents. The data technique used is simple linear regression with SPSS 21 application. Technology plays a role in the development of e-commerce. This shows that customers will be satisfied if they use technology that offers good technology, low risk and the development of e-commerce. This research has benefits in developing an applied theory that information technology plays a significant role in e-commerce. For further research, it is expected to examine the dividend variable that is not listed in this research model. This research has practical benefits for business actors who use e-commerce to improve marketing performance by always paying attention to the role of information technology in e-commerce
