Speed estimation using extended Kalman filter for PMSM 基于扩展卡尔曼滤波的永磁同步电机速度估计

This paper describes simple speed estimation technique for permanent magnet synchronous motors based on extended kalman filter. Speed estimation is required for Sensorless vector control of motor. A system is designed to estimate the rotor speed according to the mathematic model. Simulation is done by using MATLAB, results show that the EKF-based control system, which is able to implement the speed sensorless vector control for PMSM, can preferably track the rotor speed.

Observability analysis and optimal placement of PMU using Differential Evolution algorithm 基于差分进化算法的PMU可观测性分析及优化布局

Power system state estimator uses the set of available measurements in order to estimate the state of the system. For the given measurements, the network observability analysis will determine if a unique estimate can be found for the system state. Network observability analysis can be performed using either numerical or topological approaches. In this paper optimal number and location of phasor measurement unit is performed using Differential Evolution algorithm. In addition single phasor measurement unit loss is also considered. To verify our proposed approach, simulations on 6-bus test system and IEEE 14-bus, 30-bus, 57-bus and 118-bus system are performed.

Design and optimization of fuel cell consumption using intelligent control 利用智能控制设计和优化燃料电池的消耗

This paper presents the concepts for design and optimization of fuel cell consumption using fuzzy logic controller with maximum power point tracking technique. This project deals with polymer electrolyte membrane fuel cell under various hydrogen concentration and varied fuel flow rate. In this paper, the minimization of fuel consumption in polymer electrolyte membrane fuel cell is carried out by new approach. This concept explains mainly about the minimization of current produced by the fuel cell by means of intelligent controller namely fuzzy logic approach. The dc-dc converter works with controller which process the power produced by the fuel cell and also compared the fuzzy logic controller with conventional controller and the simulation results are verified.

Improvised Capacitor Switched Regenerative snubber circuited high powered D.C/D.C boost converter for Low Cost Hybrid Autorikshaw (LCHA) 用于低成本混合动力三轮车(LCHA)的简易电容开关再生缓冲器高功率dc / dc升压变换器

Advanced transportation technologies, such as hybrid-electric, battery-electric, and hybrid-fuel-cell vehicles, rely on high power dc/dc converters to interconnect and manage their power sources. This paper proposes a Novel Capacitor Switched Regenerative snubber circuit (NCRS) that greatly reduces the switching losses of the insulated-gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) in the boost converter used in Low Cost Hybrid Electric Auto Rickshaw (LCHA). The proposed circuit offers a unique Regenerative Operation thereby, a part of the switching voltage and current are utilized in charging of the snubber capacitor in once cycle and discharging of the same in the another cycle of triggering of the main switch, effectively passing on the energy stored in the capacitor to the output terminals. Due to the usage of high frequency, regenerative converters and switching devices the losses are reduced leading to a much more efficient performance of the engine. The DC/DC converter's efficiency and dynamic operational characteristics are henceforth the most important aspects of LCHA.

Performance characteristics of five level diode clamped multilevel inverter for induction motor drives 感应电机驱动用五电平二极管箝位多电平逆变器的性能特性

The object of this paper is to proposes a method for induction motors with adjustable-speed drive consisting of two five level diode-clamped converter connected back-to-back with transformer less configuration in medium voltage application. This paper delivers a remedy for the voltage stabilizing problem which occurs during the implementation of split dc capacitors. This problem has been reduced by using suitable switching technique in the proposed configuration. Multi carrier pulse width modulation technique has been dropped back behind the advanced Space vector PWM technique. The voltage and current harmonic values of the induction motor output were reduced by using the space vector PWM switching technique.

Solar powered low cost DC-DC converter based line frequency inverter for domestic lighting loads 基于太阳能低成本DC-DC变换器的家用照明负载线频逆变器

This paper presents solar powered low cost DC-DC converter based line frequency inverter for domestic lighting load. AC power conversion circuit incorporating high frequency push pull boost converter with single stage inverter topology. This power converter is more suitable and acceptable for cost effective applications. Its operating principle is presented using the switching mode equivalent circuits in addition to the operating voltage and current waveforms. Electrical energy generated by solar panel could be stored in battery and could be used to drive suitable domestic loads if standalone situations. Due to the utilization of renewable energy sources to meet a portion of daily energy needs. The operational principle of proposed topology was explained and Simulation results have shown the performance of the proposed high frequency transformer based topology for driving domestic loads.

A high speed reconfigurable virus detection processor for embedded network security 用于嵌入式网络安全的高速可重构病毒检测处理器

The goal of this work is to provide a systematic virus detection hardware solution for network security for real time systems. Virus Detection Processor is a complete network simulation from virus threats can be handled only using VLSI chip without any software dependency and it is scalable to large pattern sets. Bloom filter algorithm is used for filtering the input patterns. Safety shift strategy algorithm is used for exact matching process. Pipelining technique is added to the processor to speed up the processor. Pipelining is used to work parallely to achieve the end function. High speed is achieved using pipelining technique.

Performance of wind energy conversion system using a Permanent Magnet Synchronous Generator for maximum power point tracking 采用永磁同步发电机进行最大功率点跟踪的风能转换系统的性能

This paper present a control method which tracks the maximum power point for a wind energy conversion system based on Permanent Magnet Synchronous Generator (PMSG) fed by back to back voltage source converter. The control strategy for the generator with maximum power extraction is presented. The MPPT control algorithm is presented based on perturb and observe method. The algorithm operates at two modes. Mode-1 obtains the maximum power point (Pref). In the next mode Pref is kept unchanged till this mode calculates the new value of optimum power at new wind speed. Simulation results shows that the controllers can extract the maximum power.

Particle Swarm Optimization algorithm for voltage stability improvement using multiple STATCOM 基于粒子群算法的多稳态电压优化

Use of Flexible AC Transmission Systems (FACTS) for voltage stability improvement in power system has been well established. Optimization of various parameters so as to obtain improved voltage profile, minimal total system loss, minimal reactive power transfer and maximization of the stability limit have been achieved using various techniques. The present paper employs the Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) to achieve optimized parameters as stated above by optimal sizing and allocating of a multiple Static synchronous Compensator (STATCOM) in a power system. The effectiveness of the proposed work is tested for IEEE-30 bus test system with multiple STATCOM devices. This paper provides the details of the results obtained using PSO on the IEEE-30 bus test system, using multiple STATCOM for voltage stability improvement under various load conditions.

An approach for condition monitoring in overhead powerlines 一种架空电力线状态监测方法

It is essential to monitor the condition of Aluminum Conductor Steel Reinforced (ACSR) overhead power cables for efficient power transmission applications. Inspect the thermal ratings of power cable as a function of environmental effects, which are the affecting factors for the condition of the cable. Simulated environmental effects were introduced in the ACSR cable and the current induced temperature is observed. This paper introduces an approach for a condition monitoring of overhead power lines. The thermal model of overhead line and its function is simulated by resolving the thermal balance equations with MATLAB Simulink. In the simulated behaviour of the conductor and its surface characteristics, temperature and emissivity affects the conditions of the Powerline. The results are given that condition monitoring is a promising technique for ACSR cables to ensure the safety and quality operation.
